I recently received an email notifying me that I have lost access to my YouTube Channel, Axiomatic TV. Even though the channel still appears in search results on YouTube, I am unable to log in and manage it. I encountered an issue with Google after mistakenly inputting the wrong birthdate while updating my profile. I spoke to someone from Google last night who mentioned that my account might have been compromised by an adult website. They requested a $20 steam card to reactivate my account, which seemed odd to me. Today, I cannot reach that person, and I am puzzled as to why a gift card would be necessary to restore my account access. I am currently using a friend's iPad as I am unable to utilize my email. I set up my account some time ago but haven't been using it regularly. Now, I'm trying to log in but Gmail won't verify me. I've changed my location and no longer have the mobile number linked to that account. Despite entering correct information like my recovery email and old password, Gmail still can't verify me.

I am trying to access an old account that I connected to my Ubisoft account. I have the old email and password, and these two emails were linked at one point. Unfortunately, I missed out on some free items due to this issue. Both emails are also linked to my Xbox Live account and the Play Store, all through Microsoft. I am getting frustrated because I am unable to prove my identity, even though I am logged into five out of six linked accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am running out of patience with this situation.

I had a negative experience with Spring Financial Inc., in collaboration with Canada Drives and Easy Financial. These companies set up a savings account in your name without access rights, costing $[redacted] initially and monthly payments of $[redacted] for three years. They also required $[redacted] for credit monitoring and another $[redacted] for insurance, totaling $[redacted] on top of the original $[redacted]. After signing the agreement promising $15,[redacted] the next day, it turns out that the savings account is collateral and not accessible. They mislead customers about preapprovals and offer loans at high interest rates. Despite promises of low interest, I was offered a loan at 46% interest over 18 months. The Better Business Bureau in Vancouver has numerous complaints against these companies, and my dealings with them have been misleading and dishonest. Avoid falling into this savings account scam disguised as a loan.

I believe I have been scammed. My phone ID was taken, and the scammer created a Google Voice account using my number. While trying to sell an item on Craigslist, they tricked me into sending a 6-digit verification code to prove I wasn't a bot. Now, my number is being used for the Google Voice account. I urgently need to regain control of my number and prevent further misuse. I kindly request assistance on the necessary steps to resolve this issue. While playing free games on Google Play, an ad led me to accidentally sign up for a subscription on September 10, [redacted]. Unaware that there wasn't a payment prompt on my Samsung device like on my iPhone, I unknowingly got charged $[redacted].69. This unexpected charge caused a serious issue for me when my grocery payment got declined. I am struggling financially, trying to provide for my daughter, so getting this refund is crucial. I have not even accessed the game yet and need that money for essential expenses. I am hoping for a full refund and for the subscription to be cancelled as soon as possible. It's frustrating to deal with this situation and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I am exploring my options and hoping for a resolution without having to resort to legal actions.

I am facing a dilemma. I need my Google Voice for work, but the two-step verification is linked to my old cellphone number that I no longer have access to. I am currently waiting for the accounts recovery team to review my request as my account is locked. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I cannot retrieve my old cellphone quickly. For the past 5 months, I have been experiencing hacking issues only through Google. Someone has access to all my old phone numbers linked to newly created emails they have obtained from me. This individual is using my real name, Kelly Christoni, to forward my emails to a third-party application. They claim to be a Google developer utilizing Creative Commons and GitHub to add extensions and paths to my phone through Google Wi-Fi. I have observed this through their use of Google Voice, Google Home, and Google Wi-Fi to establish connections and port my number via 8.8.8.8 or 0.0.0.0. Additionally, I have noticed a blue Android icon instead of the typical green one on my phone, but I am unable to create new passwords as this person is generating fake accounts everywhere, including on Google, Facebook, and Messenger. They are redirecting my voicemail through deamonalogy.com, with deamon.com being one of the domain names associated with them. This person seems to have developer access to AT&T services for cloud management. I am hopeful that I can report this to Google to recover my phone number, identity, and potentially merge all my Facebook, Messenger, and email accounts. I feel trapped in this situation with every new phone or account I set up, and I have been investigating these actions for approximately 6 months.

Hello, I need assistance with setting up our company's Google for Business accounts. Recently, I created a new email, [redacted], to manage these accounts. When I attempt to play MP3s from Google Drive using the Music Player for Google Drive, only one MP3 file loads. When I try to add more files, it prompts me to sign in to select items from online storage, but the sign-in screen never appears and an error message pops up instead. This issue occurs with other players as well. I am puzzled by the fact that I can sign in to other Google services but not this one for adding audio files. Dear Concerned Party, I am reaching out regarding ongoing issues with GOOGLE that have been troubling me since March [redacted]. In November [redacted], a significant sum, about $[redacted], was withdrawn from my account for the "Double Down Casino" without my authorization. Despite my husband being unwell at that time and us not being in the location indicated, Google wrongly attributed the expenditure to him. Following this, Google not only failed to refund the stolen amount but also restricted access to the game for my husband's remaining [redacted],[redacted] chips. This has caused inconvenience as I have to move a certain distance from the house to connect to the WIFI each time he wishes to play. Moreover, amidst dealing with my husband's and my health challenges, I discovered recurring charges of $[redacted].99 from Google on his credit card since May [redacted]. Despite attempts to seek clarification and pause the charges through Wells Fargo Bank, the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request either reinstating the WIFI connection for the game or reimbursing the remaining chips. Hello, my name is Derek Anthony Mosby. For a while now, I have experienced issues with my Gmail account, [redacted], as it was hacked. I received some unusual emails but didn't pay much attention to them due to my limited knowledge of computers and emails. Recently, I decided to delete my account entirely with the help of my then-girlfriend, Chelsea Walterman. However, I later discovered that someone I thought was a friend, named Tosha (last name unknown), came over and stole phones from me. I noticed that my Gmail account continued to send messages even after I thought it was deleted. I want to report Tosha and her boyfriend, Shawn, for stealing my account and other suspicious activities. I'm documenting everything I can as I've heard rumors about their questionable behavior.

The payment was made to a logistics individual as a pre-booking, and now this person is not responding to our attempts to contact them. We are seeking assistance to recover the amount paid through Google Pay. It is crucial for Google to freeze the account of this fraudulent individual. I bought ESPN on late Friday night and then got the PPV for the UFC fight on Saturday. None of our devices worked properly, including two phones and two tablets. The first phone was used for the ESPN purchase and later the PPV. We couldn't watch the fight due to streaming issues and would like refunds for both purchases. We used G Suite for our company's domain, [redacted], but I cancelled it around Sept 4, [redacted]. Our payment was set to be automatically debited from our business checking account. Despite cancelling, we were charged for the full month of September. I overlooked the half-month payment to avoid the hassle of contacting support for $3.28. Surprisingly, we have now been charged for October after the cancellation. I am unable to access the Admin Dashboard since the account is cancelled. The subscription was terminated, yet charges persist. We are seeking a refund for the October fee and also reimbursement of half of the September fee, totaling $9.84. I am the owner of Pro Sports Club, a health club with 2 locations in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and looking to open more. I have successfully managed the Google My Business page for one location but need assistance with the second. Verifying via postcard is not feasible in Santo Domingo. I seek a practical verification method. Also, I would like to consolidate all locations under one My Page account. Managing separate accounts for each is inefficient. Is there a way to recover an old version of my email address with a different password, or retrieve a crucial email that disappeared along with its drafts just before hitting send 2.5 months ago? The email, written on August 18th, [redacted], between 9:00PM - 12:00AM, went missing from my laptop, and attempts to recover it have been unsuccessful. Despite contacting Google for help and trying account recovery, the email or drafts from that date have not been found. I was away for 6 weeks with no laptop access, making rewriting the email impossible. Is there a method to recover this important document? Additionally, I've noticed brief notes in the upper right corner of my screen pre-login, sometimes mentioning a specific person.
