Recently, I have experienced hacking issues with multiple devices. My Windows 10 mobile laptop seems to have an exploit that prevents me from resetting it or deleting files. On my Windows 7 Pro laptop, I found a hacker's user account and software related to a rootkit, which resulted in the system shutting down remotely - making the hacker concerned. I also faced difficulties securing my MacOS through the terminal, possibly due to a remote hack. I am concerned about my financial and account information being compromised, which could lead to unauthorized transactions. I reset my "[redacted]" account password but unfortunately forgot it, losing access to the account. Furthermore, my iPhone, which operates solely on LTE, is inaccessible due to the hacker gaining entry to my recovery email accounts. Despite attempting a backup and reset on the iPhone, I have been unable to complete it due to the hacker's intervention. I have changed my router twice in the past two weeks to no avail.

I recently purchased a new Pixel 4, without transferring any data from my previous phone. This morning in France, after daylight savings time, my phone suddenly went black while I was using an app in bed. Despite trying various methods to restart it, the screen remains unresponsive. Even though the alarm went off, the screen stayed black. The phone is just 2 days old, has no physical damage, and worked fine initially. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have utilized my Hotmail email for my Google accounts extensively. Today, I attempted to create a Gmail account and inadvertently replaced my existing Google account linked to Hotmail. Consequently, I have lost all the contacts from my Hotmail account on my phone. Despite following Google's help instructions to update my account, I was unable to switch back to my original Hotmail address. I can only modify the recovery email to be my Hotmail but cannot revert it back as the main email for my Google account. The loss of contacts is my primary concern, and I find Google's help page ineffective for resolving this issue.

I am unable to access my phone due to the FRP Google lock that was activated. I have been trying to regain access for two weeks now. It has caused me to lose my business and I am on the verge of being homeless. Please, kindly reach out to me at my new email address, [redacted] I have attempted to recover my Gmail account through the recovery page, but every time I try to input the code sent to my email, the recovery page closes automatically, forcing me to start the process all over again. This situation is incredibly frustrating and challenging for me. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am experiencing trouble accessing my various accounts as all the devices I previously used have been either stolen or inaccessible. My car, containing my remaining devices, is in impound, and I am unable to retrieve it. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience as I am unable to access important platforms like Facebook and YouTube, which has now affected my job. I have attempted to recover my Google account using the email address [redacted], but previous attempts to reset my password were unsuccessful. I can currently be reached at a temporary email address if assistance is needed.

I'm currently facing issues accessing my Google account. I have been locked out due to multiple phone numbers linked to the account being in impound. I cannot remember my password as it was changed by my dad and neither of us recalls the new one. Given the importance of the account, which I've had since Facebook's inception, I urgently require access. The account is [redacted], and the security questions possibly involve my and my dad's age, my childhood address, and my mom's maiden name. I have been unable to access essential documents, contacts, and even job-related information as my devices are either stolen or in impound. Despite previous attempts to reset the password, the links provided were faulty. I am using a temporary email, and any assistance in recovering my original account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I own a small florist business in the country with a registered website. I am facing an issue where another company, operating multiple websites under one umbrella and functioning as an order gatherer florist without a physical store, is falsely representing themselves as my shop. This is causing confusion among the public and significant financial harm to my business. The name of my shop is Koonoomoo Flowers, and our website is www.koonoomooflowers.com.au.
These companies, such as Sarahsflowers Koonoomoo, [redacted] Flowers Koonoomoo, Megs Flowers Koonoomoo, and Roses Only Koonoomoo, claim to be affiliated with my business when they are not physically located here, operating only a call center in Sydney. They then forward me the orders while keeping a portion of the payment.
I am in urgent need of assistance as this situation is impacting my business reputation and financial stability. Despite having a good search ranking, the links are redirecting to their sites, misleading customers. I would appreciate any advice on how to address this matter effectively.

My husband purchased a printer from Walmart on September 10, [redacted] and while setting it up to his laptop, he noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].83 for a QR Scanner VIP Annually item he did not authorize or know how to use. The order number associated with this charge is GPA.3[redacted]-5[redacted]0..0. He attempted to dispute this charge with his bank but was unable to reach anyone at Google. Recently, he received a letter indicating a dispute reversal request denied by Google and requesting the money back. He is seeking a refund. For communication, please contact him via email at [redacted], phone at [redacted], or his address at [redacted] Eland Drive, SA, TX [redacted]. Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you.

I created an email account to apply for jobs, [redacted]; however, after creating the account, I realized I forgot to include the period between my first and last name.
I tried to register a new account with the period between my first and last name; however, the system notified me that the username is already in use.
I thought that was weird, so I tried sending an email to myself with the period between my first and last name and one without it, and I received both emails.
The problem is, if there are any future Google policy changes that affect the period, it could impact whether I receive my emails or not.
To safeguard against this, could you officially change my email to include a period between my first and last name?

I'm currently experiencing difficulties with my Lenovo Tablet purchased from Cellcom, which serves as the main line on my account. The device needed to be reset because I forgot the email and password used during setup. After resetting, it continuously prompts me to log in with the previous email. Even though I correctly enter the email and password and verify via my phone, a gray screen appears with an error message stating, "unable to sign in due to system device error." Cellcom had the tablet sent for repair and informed me that someone from another country hacked it, suggesting I pay a refundable $25 to Google for assistance. I find this suspicious and haven't proceeded with the payment. I'm urgently seeking guidance or support to resolve this issue.

I have three active Google accounts. Recently, I damaged my phone and was unable to turn it on. Working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico when the phone broke, I couldn't replace it myself, so I asked the crewboat captain to pick up a new phone for me. However, after setting up the new phone with the same number using a hotspot, I encountered issues resulting in paying for two service plans without phone service. Eventually, I changed the SIM card and switched to a different service provider to get the phone working. Since then, I have been struggling to access two of my Google accounts, even though I managed to log in to one Google account, Pandora, and a bank account. I fear I may have locked myself out due to multiple failed attempts and just want access to all my accounts so I can recover the services I've already paid for.

My wife struggles with dementia and repeatedly asks the day's date. I bought the Chrome Cast, but it only displays the time, not the date, which is not helpful for her. For individuals like her, a helpful app is needed. An application that could inform her of the day's activities, offer reminders, and set alarms would greatly benefit both her and her caregiver. This would alleviate her anxiety and prevent missed appointments. Many others in similar situations would also benefit from such an app. Can you offer assistance? - Henry Young

I recently subscribed to a VPN service with a seven-day trial period. I canceled the subscription on the 28th of September, well within the allowed timeframe, but was charged £41.88 by Google on the 26th of September. I have been trying to obtain a full refund as promised but have not been successful. Despite providing proof of my cancellation email on the 28th of September, I have yet to receive the refund. I am frustrated and eager to have this matter resolved promptly. It has been over a month since the issue arose, and I kindly request the full refund of £41.88 be processed as soon as possible. Thank you. - S.T.

Issue: Difficulty verifying Gmail account.
Last week during training at Ibex, a call center, I created a Gmail account with my work email. After verifying it successfully, I tried to update the phone number linked to the account. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive the verification code on my phone.
When I tried to log in at work, the initial code didn't work, leading to an error message saying the number was used too many times for verification. Even after trying five other numbers, including unrelated ones, the same error persisted.
I have been struggling to access my account due to this issue and hope to either disable two-step verification or find a way to log in without any problems.

As a marketing manager for a property development company in Sydney, we attempted to verify two businesses, Crown Hill (Goldmate Property) and Goldmate Sales Centre, but encountered issues during the process with Google's verification team in India. The problems arose because Goldmate Sales Centre shares an address with another business (Albert Park) and Google does not verify two businesses at the same location. Additionally, Google requested a corporate office at Crown Hill's location in Riverstone, but as a land developer, we do not require a corporate office there. Our main office is in downtown and we focus on land subdivision and coordinating construction projects. Despite explaining this to the Google team, they were unable to complete the verification. We seek assistance from someone knowledgeable of the industry to verify our businesses, as we have successfully verified other businesses in the past. We hope to resolve these issues promptly.

Google has been a frustrating experience. I have been using Google Sheets but have concerns about the privacy of my data. Despite Google Drive supposedly saving automatically, I have encountered issues with lost work in my Sheets workbook. As a result, I am fed up with the unreliability of Google's services. I have decided to make the difficult decision to distance myself from the company altogether due to their intrusive and unreliable practices. It will require some adjustments on my end, but I have reached my limit with this frustrating experience.

I have an older YouTube account that I believe was created before [redacted]. I can still recall the email and password, but I am unable to sign in because the verification process now requires a phone number I no longer have. Even after trying to use the email verification code, I was unsuccessful in confirming my identity. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Maryam from Magnet Game. We are a mobile game publisher in the MENA region. Currently, one of our games is facing login problems, and users in Iran have lost access to their Google accounts. After discussions with the game developer, we suspect that the IP server might be blocked by Google, preventing users from connecting to their accounts. We kindly request you to confirm if Google + sync services are blocked in Iran. Thank you for your assistance.
