I lost my phone and bought a new one. I am having trouble logging into my gmail account because I cannot remember my password. Since my gmail was always signed in, I haven't needed to log in for a long time. Because I have a new phone number, I cannot receive a verification code through text on the old phone number linked to my account. I can receive a verification code through a different email address, but when I enter it, I receive an error saying "can't verify account." Unfortunately, I do not recall when I created my gmail account, and I am unable to access my security questions to prove my identity. This is causing frustration as I need to set up my email on my new phone to access important emails. Any advice on how to verify my account would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking of volunteering to teach seniors how to use Google Sheets on Windows. The room where I'll be teaching has ten Windows computers. I've noticed that on Windows 10, you can’t log out of a Google account, you can only delete it. My idea is to use one Google account on all ten computers during the course, and delete it at the end. Each student would log in to the same Google account but work on separate Sheets files. I'd like some advice on Google's policy about this, or any alternative suggestions that could work. Thank you.

Hello,
I am having trouble accessing my account due to a forgotten password. I attempted to recover the account, but encountered an issue with the verification message being sent to my phone number ending in [redacted]. I mistakenly inputted "Bree Recovery II" instead of the desired email for refund, which should be [redacted]. Unfortunately, there was a typo in the email address I provided: "al. [redacted]" instead of "[redacted]". It seems I omitted the letter "l" in "gmail". I am in need of this account and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Warm regards.

My father is using my old LG K8. He does not have a Google account, email, or use Google Play for apps. He only uses Google as his search engine. Recently, he received notifications prompting him to set up a Google account and create a Google list, which he is unfamiliar with. He was concerned when given the option to remove Google from the phone. He worries about losing phone functionality if he chooses to do so. If you have advice or solutions, please email me at [redacted] Thank you.

I believe my MAC was compromised even though I have AVAST installed. I experienced strange activities like the mouse moving independently on iTunes and Pages. To address this, I shut down my computer, disabled Wi-Fi, activated the firewall, ran a system scan with AVAST that detected malware, changed my MAC password and logged out of my cloud. Additionally, I changed my Google passwords and noticed odd occurrences on my phone, such as a foreign voice emerging when using Google voice search and a list of all my Google accounts appearing unexpectedly. Lately, my microphone has been activating on its own. I am concerned about my security and want to ensure everything is safe. If anyone has suggestions on further steps to take or insights into how the foreign voice accessed my device, I would appreciate the guidance.

After a recent system update two days ago, the Google Widget that I use to access the mic on my Galaxy S9+ unlocked for Pre-paid has changed from white to black. I typically use my phone in night or dark mode due to light sensitivity. The widget was always white until the recent system update turned it black. I would like it to be white again, regardless of whether I use it in night or day mode. I have tried removing and adding it back to the home screen, rebooting with and without the widget, but it continues to appear black. This change is unacceptable to me. Thank you for your time and help.

My phone is currently being remotely controlled by an unknown individual. It displays a message stating that a developer has access to specific applications. Unfortunately, I have lost access to two important emails, one of which I have had for almost a decade ([redacted]). These emails contain crucial information as all my bills are sent to this address. Moreover, I have noticed unauthorized charges on my debit card. Despite reaching out to authorities such as the FBI, FCC, and Federal Trades Commission, I have yet to receive any assistance. I understand that Google may not be able to provide direct support, but I am reaching out in the hopes of reclaiming control of my device. This situation has also affected my ability to use devices like Alexa and Bluetooth. I have even tried switching to a new phone, but the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in regaining control of my phone and resolving this issue. Thank you, Tiwana B.

I've been struggling to access my Google accounts for about six months now. I have two accounts, the original t c b i n Hawaii [redacted] and [redacted] A friend of mine found one of my phones, used some information, and changed the recovery details for both accounts, with each being the recovery for the other. I now have access to the Yahoo account as I have been in touch with her again. However, I am still locked out of the Gmail account without any way to reset the recovery information. I have tried reaching out to customer service through various channels, but have had no success. I have all the necessary information to prove the accounts are mine, including pictures and personal details. I would appreciate being prioritized and hearing back soon since none of my attempts to resolve this have been successful. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my accounts. I have three email addresses, [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Google is saying they can't find my accounts. I managed to get one of the accounts recognized, but I never received a password. I recently changed my phone and am experiencing confusion. My main email is the Yahoo one, but I think it goes through Google. I have used [redacted] in the past, and someone at T-Mobile convinced me to change it to [redacted] I don't know why. I need to book on Airbnb, and it's asking for Google information. I just want to keep my Yahoo as my primary email, but my passwords for both accounts are not working. Please assist me as I am not very technically savvy. Thank you.

I received a Google Pixel 1 as a replacement for my original device with battery issues. However, the replacement started overheating right away. Research showed this is a known issue since the [redacted] launch. Despite Google agreeing to replace it after 2 months, the new device is likely to have the same problem. The overheating occurs even when the phone is not in use or charging, not just during heavy use. This excessive overheating renders the phone unusable for up to an hour. I value my well-being over Google's profits and will not use the replacement device they are sending.

Hi, I need some assistance with my account. I suspect it has been compromised, and I am unable to access my funds and investments. It seems like there may have been unauthorized access to my account, possibly involving Google accounts linked to my bank information. This has caused a significant disruption for me, and despite attempts to change my password, the issue persists. I have gathered evidence of the situation and am considering legal action if not resolved promptly. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. -Sandra S.

I am experiencing an issue with my Gmail account. Recently, my mobile number was transferred to another service provider without my authorization. Subsequently, I received an activity alert from Google stating that my Gmail account password was changed, although I did not initiate this change. Upon attempting to log in using my usual password, I discovered it no longer worked and was informed that the password had been altered less than an hour prior. I followed the password recovery process but the new password created was also unsuccessful. Consequently, I have not been receiving any emails. I am unsure if my account has been hacked or if this is related to the unauthorized transfer of my phone number, as my Gmail account is linked to it. My Gmail account is [redacted] I would greatly appreciate assistance with this matter.

Subject: Work Experience Inquiry
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sofia Fraile Alonso, a Transition Year student at Alexandra College and a boarder from Spain interested in exploring different career paths. As part of our curriculum, we are tasked with securing a 4-day work experience opportunity. I admire Google and the innovative company you have built. I am flexible with the dates, and I am available on September 30th - October 3rd, February 10th - 13th, or March 30th - April 3rd. I am still exploring my interests and aspirations, and I believe experiencing the operations at Google would be invaluable.
I understand the volume of requests you receive, but I genuinely hope for a chance to be part of your team for this short period.

I had an account under the username of [redacted] I am unsure how it got switched to that domain since I wouldn't use that for my email due to its complexity. It originally started as a Facebook page created by my brother-in-law and me, where I was an admin. After I removed myself from the page years ago, it became my primary YouTube channel, linked to my PlayStation. Although my account seamlessly transfers between PlayStation consoles, it does not do the same on phones. I can remember the old phone number linked to the account, but it's been three years since I had it. I have tried both of my emails and the password I vaguely recall, but I can always log in on my PlayStation without issues. However, when attempting to log in on other devices like my phone or smart TV, it feels nearly impossible. I created this PlayStation account in August [redacted] around the time I got my first job. I am just trying to regain access without starting all over and losing track of my watched content.

Hello,
Case ID [redacted]
On August 29th, I contacted Google Support because my new Google Pixel 3 was not charging. I purchased it on June 20th. After spending some time on the phone with support, I was instructed to return the phone and was promised a replacement within 5-10 business days.
On September 3rd, using UPS tracking, I confirmed that my phone was received in Mississauga, CA.
After sending an email on September 9th to inquire about the status, I received a response on September 10th stating that my replacement device was delayed due to availability.
I then requested to speak with customer service on September 12th as the situation did not seem reasonable. However, I have not received any further updates since then.
I am extremely disappointed in how Google has handled this matter. I urgently need a replacement phone as my daily life and work depend on it. I am frustrated with not being heard and feeling neglected. I just want to know how I can receive a response and a replacement phone promptly.
Thank you.

On August 14, [redacted], I received a notification from Komercijalna Banka regarding a payment made to G Suite Business on my card. Since I did not authorize this payment, I promptly visited the bank to block my card. An amount totaling $[redacted].97 was debited from my account without my consent - $60 + $70 + $43.97. The bank provided me with a transaction report showing the unauthorized charge for the G Suite Business services that I did not use or order. The fraudulent account linked to my stolen card number shows an address in Ashford, AL [redacted], which is not associated with me as I reside in Serbia. I have reported this incident to the police and hope for a resolution.

After conducting research on cookware online and reading reviews, I recently received an unexpected call from a number starting with 1-[redacted]. I opted not to answer but returned the call later. The caller claimed to be from Granite Rock, an alleged pan company requesting information to finalize an order. Since I had not provided any details, I found this suspicious. Upon reaching out to the genuine Granite Rock company, they confirmed that the call was not associated with them, including the dubious 2-for-1 deal mentioned. I promptly reported this incident to their corporate office. It appears that the call was a scam, likely aiming to extract personal information and credit card details.
The timing of this call, right after researching Granite Rock pans, raised concerns for me. Could businesses access user phone numbers from Google searches to solicit customers? Or is this simply a strange coincidence?

My Android phone's original password has been hacked and altered, preventing me from accessing it. This issue has persisted for almost a year, with increasing frequency. Google informed me of unauthorized alterations to my password, leading to various attempts to compromise my accounts and personal information. Attaining access requires cracking a challenging new password. Vital information is stored exclusively on the locked phone. Any assistance in resolving this recurring nightmare would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time, patience, and consideration. Sincerely, Jerry J.

I have an email address [redacted], and I last logged into it from my home at 4 Swanley Lane. I am currently trying to access my account from work to get into my PayPal and other services. When I try to log in, it asks me to verify my identity. The recovery email should be [redacted], but I mistakenly misspelled it with an "o" instead of an "i." I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and update the recovery email. If the recovery email is not [redacted], I suspect it might be [redacted], but it seems I do not have access to it or it does not exist.
