In February [redacted], I was unfortunately arrested for shoplifting, which was a first-time offense. Although I have completed my jail time, probation, paid all fines, and had my record expunged, my mugshot remains online, the only one made public among the individuals arrested that day. I reached out to the website's management, providing proof of my record expungement, requesting the removal of the article. However, I was informed they are not obligated to do so by law. Despite acknowledging their rights, I urge them to consider removing the information, not altering archive history but ensuring it is not easily accessible via search engines like Google. Following their suggestion to contact Google for removal, I am seeking advice on how to proceed in removing this sensitive information when searching my name. I have retained all email correspondence regarding this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am facing a significant issue with my phone. Unfortunately, I have lost my SD card due to an accident and am unable to retrieve it. As a result, I have lost all my photos, with no backup available from 14 July onwards. I have verified that all my apps, including Google apps (excluding Google Photos), have storage permission. I kindly request your assistance in recovering these images. I have granted permissions to my files, photos, storage, messages, contacts, and identity. I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. At this point, even if I can only retrieve thumbnails, it would mean a lot to me as the memories captured are incredibly precious. Some of the photos on the SD card are of individuals who are no longer with us, making them irreplaceable. Your assistance would be invaluable to me in recovering these cherished memories. Sincerely, Irina

I have been consistently receiving emails intended for someone else due to a similar email address. The mix-up has caused me to receive personal and sensitive information, which is a major privacy concern. Despite attempting to contact the individual directly and alerting their friend about the issue, the problem persists. It is troubling to continue receiving emails, including photos, that are not meant for me. I value my privacy and believe Google should take responsibility for ensuring it. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

Regarding "[redacted]," I received an email stating that my account was deleted due to Google's terms of service violation. At the time, I wasn't checking this email account, so I missed the notification about its deletion. I need to recover this email address as my Apple ID is linked to it. The recovery email for "[redacted]" is "[redacted]" Could you please provide details about the terms and conditions that caused the deletion? Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Nitesh Sharma

I opened an account with Microsoft, but quickly realized it wasn't suitable for me. I contacted an agent who assured me the account was canceled with no charges. However, I recently discovered an unauthorized withdrawal of over $**.** which caused my bank account to be overdrawn. After a long wait on hold, Microsoft explained that a 3rd party, Google Play, renewed and withdrew funds from my account. They suggested contacting you for help in securing a full refund. My email is *****@***.com. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this situation and seek a resolution promptly.

I recently conducted a search and was informed that I was the 5 billionth search. I was then prompted to choose a prize, which ended up being an iPhone X. However, when I tried to claim my prize by entering my credit card information, I received a message stating that my card was declined. Despite knowing that my card has sufficient funds for a $1 deduction, the transaction did not go through. I am concerned that the site claiming to be affiliated with Google might not be legitimate. Could you please verify if this is a scam or if I am still eligible for the prize? I have screenshots of both the winning page and the credit card submission page for reference. I am reaching out for assistance as I am from the Bahamas and cannot afford to fall victim to another scam. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. - G.A. Flowers

I have been struggling for over a week to access my Samsung Galaxy On5 linked to my Google Account using [redacted] due to Google Two-Step Verification blocking me out of my device completely. Without phone service, I'm unable to receive Google access codes via WiFi to log into my Google Account or the device. Despite this, I managed to create a new Google Account, [redacted], on a different device, the LG STYLO 3 PLUS, using WiFi to receive codes successfully. I am attempting to set up my Samsung Galaxy On5 with a new phone service provider but cannot gain entry to my device to proceed. I am deeply troubled by this as it impacts my ability to care for my parent and causes me to spend excessive time and money searching for WiFi access. I urgently need assistance from Google to resolve these account issues. Thanks, S.V. [redacted]

Regarding Central FL Dental Centre, LLC, A recent review mentioned a ripped flag due to a storm. However, this is unrelated to the dental office experience, and the reviewer is not a patient. As a result, our rating dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars based on this single incident near the highway. Although Google allows reporting violations, there is limited space for explanations. If possible, they would have removed the review already. We kindly request Google to promptly remove this irrelevant review from the listing for our dental office. The ripped flag issue has been resolved long ago and does not reflect the quality of service provided inside the office.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account on my iPhone mail app as I have forgotten my password. I rely heavily on my Google account for daily use. I typically use similar passwords across different platforms, such as Michelleann1, MichelleAnn1, Sept30, or September30, sometimes with an exclamation point or period. My birthday is September 30, [redacted], and my previous email connected to this Gmail is ‘[redacted],’ although I can't access it now. The backup phone number on the account is outdated. I believe my security questions are related to my first pet (Princess), 1st-grade teacher (Mrs. Cornwell), favorite sports team (Packers), and hometown (Quincy). I would appreciate it if Google support could send a password reset email to the email I will provide for further communication since I am still logged in on my phone. Thank you.

I recently received a call claiming to be from Google Chrome, warning me of a $[redacted] charge if I didn't call back. Although I called the number back at [redacted], they persisted in claiming they were from Google Chrome. They mentioned refunding me $[redacted] due to a supposed Windows license issue. Their attempt got suspicious when they asked for my banking information while having me fill out a form on my computer. I terminated the call suspecting a scam. The individual, referencing as Jim Swinson with ID #W450RST012296, asserted they were affiliated with Google Chrome and provided a California address. When I revealed my suspicions, they reacted aggressively. I'm alerting you to this encounter and am taking steps to safeguard my information. Thank you, Vicki.

Hello, I encountered difficulties while setting up a family link/group for myself, my wife, and our eldest son due to our different locations. I have now resolved this issue, and we are all listed in the same country. However, in the process of modifying my country, I had to delete our inactive family group. Now, when I attempt to create a new family group, I receive a message stating "You can only switch family groups once every 12 months." I kindly request a reset on my account so I can proceed with setting up our family group. Thank you in advance. Tom Ran

I am attempting to contact your customer service about an issue I am encountering with the Google feed on my Android phone. I am frustrated by the lack of options to hide certain feeds, particularly about political figures like Trump. Despite the main point being about other individuals like AOC, the feed does not allow me to stop receiving news about him. I feel there is bias in the selection of content and it is challenging to block certain topics. I have blocked American celebrities and music genres multiple times, yet they keep reappearing in my feed shortly after. This experience is very frustrating. While I doubt my feedback will lead to any changes, I wanted to express my concerns. Thank you.

My YouTube channel got suspended and my appeal was rejected. It all started when my Google account was suspended on September 6, [redacted], which led to my YouTube account's suspension. After resetting my password, my Google account was restored. I reckon the suspension was triggered when I tried to download a photo my husband sent me via the Google Photo App, accidentally clicking on certain icons above the picture. Consequently, my accounts were suspended. I have never violated any rules on either platform, never posted videos, nor made negative comments. Despite my appeal being dismissed, I now understand that my actions unintentionally tripped security measures. I apologize for that. I assure you I won't click on those icons again. Could you please reinstate my YouTube channel?

I recently received a message on my phone informing me that I was blocked from Google. After investigating, I discovered that my 7-year-old grandson attempted to set up various names to play games, leading to this issue. Despite receiving two emails stating my Google account had been cleared, my phone screen still indicates that I am blocked. I have reached out to Google multiple times with no response. I am confused and frustrated by this situation and simply want my phone to function properly again so I can access directions when needed. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me to assist in resolving this matter and helping me make my phone operational once more. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am frustrated with the ongoing struggle to verify my business on Google. Despite numerous lengthy calls and receiving multiple verification codes, I have been unable to gain control over my business listing. Each attempt results in a new entry instead of allowing me to manage the existing one. The communication barrier with foreign customer service representatives adds to the challenge. My business, Ellipse Studios in Yucca Valley, with great reviews, remains unverified. I wish to resolve this issue promptly without resorting to legal action. My Google account email is [redacted] I have two verification codes: [redacted] and [redacted], both unsuccessful. Please assist me in finally verifying my business ownership.

I previously reached out to Google today to request the cessation of ads being sent to my phone. Despite my warnings and clear requests for the ads to stop, they continue to arrive on my personal device. I have documented each ad with screenshots and am prepared to take legal action for each one sent after my initial request. I feel my personal phone is being used as a commercial platform without my consent. I plan on pursuing a lawsuit for the infringement on my personal property unless a reasonable resolution is provided within 24 hours.

I am currently unable to access my Gmail account through my broken cell phone. I have attempted to reach out to technical support for assistance in recovering my password. However, during my calls, the representatives have disconnected the call each time before my issue could be resolved. When trying to recover my password, the email is sent to my broken cell phone, so I provided an alternate email address, but Google doesn't seem to recognize it. The representative mentioned a $[redacted] fee to help with this problem. I simply need the password recovery information to be sent to [redacted] so I can regain access to my account on my PC. The representative's behavior was unprofessional and not in line with good customer service practices. I kindly ask for further training in customer service for the representative I spoke with. In [redacted], I accidentally deleted everything on my iPad, but the crucial issue is not being able to access my YouTube account since then. Every time I try to sign in, it tells me the password is incorrect. Moving forward to [redacted], I attempted to recover it by providing the correct account creation date, which Google confirmed, but unfortunately, they were unable to restore my account. Feeling frustrated, I created a second account three months ago. When I tried to log in on my new iPad, it stated that there was no account found, despite entering the correct password and email. I am certain about my login details, but it keeps saying the account doesn't exist. I am eager to regain access to both of my accounts.
