This is my third attempt. I am currently locked out of my Google account after trying to adjust my son's age on the Family Link app for him to access regular YouTube instead of YouTube Kids. I believe the account suspension was too severe given that I immediately corrected the age in the app. My household and family rely heavily on Google products daily, and being unable to access my account due to this issue is very inconvenient. I have attempted account recovery but have not found a way to resolve this. I trust that rectifying this matter on your end promptly would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
JB

I recently activated a new phone and encountered issues with my email accounts. I have three accounts: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] for recovery. The [redacted] account got mixed up with the recovery account. Despite my attempts to fix it, I got locked out and couldn't reset the password. Even the Verizon store technicians faced the same problem. I sought help from a tech recommended by Google but ended up paying without a successful resolution.

Around four to five years ago, I created the email address "[redacted]" primarily for platforms like ESPN, Facebook, and Instagram. Recently, after resetting my iPhone, I encountered difficulty accessing my Instagram account even though I knew the login details. Instagram prompted me to verify through Gmail, but I realized I no longer had access to my Gmail account. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to regain access to my Instagram account since around May. I have tried verifying my identity on Gmail without success. I am worried as I have other accounts I need to access, but Gmail refuses to grant me access. I am willing to provide additional proofs of identity such as my high school ID, birth certificate, or even my social security number if necessary. I am desperate to recover my Gmail account to resolve this issue. Notably, my profile picture on Instagram was the shield of Arsenal soccer team. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Nate Kienzle.

I am reaching out on behalf of my brother who got scammed online when trying to trade his game account. Due to using the same password for his game account and Gmail, he got locked out of both. To regain access, he needs to verify his Gmail, but he can't because he's locked out. Being only 13, he lacks email history to prove ownership. He's invested a lot in his game account and is desperate for assistance to recover it.

I need help recovering my Google account that I used to link to a mobile game account where I spent money. After switching devices, I forgot the Google account because it was one of many reroll accounts I used. There are no security answers or other details on that Google account since it was only for the game, and all I remember is when I created it. I would like to reach out to Google to provide evidence that it is my account and request its recovery.

Two months ago, I updated my phone number. The problem is the email password was saved on my old phone, and now that I have a new one, I can't recall the password I changed seven months ago. I believe I started the account around May [redacted], and one of my past passwords was "cedric hester80." The old number was [redacted]. I really don't want to create a new email address as I have precious photos on this account.

I have a suggestion for Google regarding ads displayed on their products.
I have noticed that many times when an ad pops up on a Google product, it disappears before I can fully view it and get the information I need, such as the company's name or contact details. It would be beneficial for both users and advertisers if Google could come up with solutions to allow us to view these ads that vanish quickly.
Perhaps there are existing tools for this, but I have been frustrated by this issue for years. I hope Google can brainstorm ways to improve the visibility of these ads in the future. What are your thoughts on this matter?

Hello,
I have encountered an issue with accessing my two Gmail accounts that are secured with SMS codes and passwords. I am unable to log in to my Gmail accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], which I utilize for shopping and work purposes. I have not logged in for 2-3 months due to changing my address. Unfortunately, my backup codes dated Dec 30, [redacted], for [redacted] and Aug 22, [redacted], for [redacted] have not been successful in recovering my accounts. One of the backup numbers is inactive, and I am uncertain about the exact creation dates. Should you require my phone numbers for verification, they are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] for receiving SMS codes. Please advise on how I can regain access to my accounts.

I received a notification from Google to review and update my account. I followed the recovery process to update my information, including signing up for additional storage. However, I am encountering an issue when trying to verify my account on my cell phone. Despite changing my password multiple times, I keep receiving the message "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device." My Samsung phone is from the U.S., but I am currently residing in Lagos, Nigeria, while working at the U.S. Consulate/Embassy. I switched my sim card from my U.S. number to a local Lagos number when I arrived in late July. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.

I have been having a terrible streak of bad luck. My phone was stolen, and I noticed some suspicious activity on my accounts. Unfortunately, I was alerted in the middle of the night, which led me to forget my passwords. I had to reset my Windows, so now I'm logged out of sync, which was how I stored my passwords. I've changed my passwords multiple times, and I've lost track. I'm unable to access Steam, Facebook, and I feel lost. My main Google account is [redacted], where I can authorize my Firefox. Currently, I only have access to my Skype and Microsoft accounts. If anyone can help, please reach out to me on Skype at +1 [redacted]. Thank you.

I accidentally damaged my phone, and it does not have a SIM card. I have also forgotten my password for Gmail and am unable to access the recovery options as they require either my broken phone or a backup email I did not set up initially. I am left with a questionnaire to verify my identity, including questions about my last password, which I frequently changed for security, and the month and day I created my Google account, which I cannot recall. I do have various government-issued IDs and can verify the financial apps I used before losing access. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I am not very tech-savvy. Is it possible to merge multiple Google accounts or Gmail accounts into one? I've realized I have several accounts linked to various websites, and whenever I couldn't recover a password, I would create a new account unknowingly. Help me sort this out! Additionally, I have noticed recurring charges from Just Answer without receiving any services from them. I see monthly withdrawals of $40.00 and $46.00 this month. I need to check if there are any more pending charges. Can you please stop these charges and assist me in getting a refund since I haven't been able to reach them? Thank you.

I have utilized Google Search and Google Books for historical research purposes. However, as of July [redacted], I have noticed that the search functions have ceased to work properly.
Prior to July [redacted], I could input a search term on Google and receive a list of over [redacted] websites related to the term. I could then transition to Google Books and find over [redacted] books or magazines containing the search term. It was then possible to search within a specific publication for the term.
Currently, when entering a search term, only a limited list of results is generated. Upon switching to Google Books, an even smaller list is displayed. Attempting to search within a book or magazine yields the message "No results found in this book for 'search term'".

I opened an account with Microsoft, but it became clear it wouldn't work for me. I spoke to an agent who canceled the account, assuring me there would be no charges. However, recently my bank account was overdrawn by over $50 due to a charge from Google Play, related to the supposedly canceled account. Microsoft acknowledged the account was renewed and charged by a 3rd party. They directed me to seek a refund from Microsoft to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation and just want it to be rectified promptly. My email is [redacted]

I recently purchased a new tablet and went through the process of setting up my Google account. However, when I tried to download an app from the app store, I encountered an issue where it said I wasn't signed in even though I had just successfully created my account. Despite trying to sign in again and resetting my password, I still couldn't access my account.
Upon attempting to recover my account, I faced difficulties connecting to Google, which led me to start the process over. Despite multiple attempts to set up account recovery, I kept receiving errors mentioning Google couldn't be contacted. I then tried accessing my account through a browser, only to be prompted to enter a phone number for recovery, which I didn't have available.
I'm now stuck and unsure how to proceed without a phone number for account recovery. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
