I have been facing challenges trying to access the funds raised for my daughter's funeral costs. Originally, I was the beneficiary, but due to issues with my bank, we had to change the beneficiary to my granddaughter. We have complied with all your requirements, and the transfer was supposed to go through on March 19th, but now you are requesting additional information. If this is not resolved today, we may have to involve a lawyer. My name is M. Tellier, and my daughter, N. Czarnik, set up the fund with Harley Haag as the new beneficiary. You can reach me at marley82860@ gmail.com. Please reply promptly as we need to settle her final expenses.

I have been residing in a condo for the past 10 years when I noticed water leaking through the attic. This led to a court date resulting in my eviction. My dog and long-time live-in caretaker, who I accommodated in exchange for her help, were also affected. After being evicted due to the living conditions not being suitable for me with my health conditions, I found a new house only to be scammed by the landlord and a supposed lawyer. This left me and my dog homeless, losing most of my belongings. I am now unable to access my financial aid payments and other benefits due to missing documents like my birth certificate and SIN card. I need assistance urgently to get back on track. If anyone can provide support to help me address these issues, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, and I will be sure to pay it forward once I am back on my feet.

A GoFundMe page was created for Shannon Williams' funeral expenses. Despite raising £[redacted] from various donors, including friends and strangers, the entire amount was reportedly given to a different charity instead of being used for Shannon's funeral. I, along with others who contributed, feel misled and believe that our donations should have gone towards the intended cause. I suggest that the funds should either be allocated for Shannon's funeral as originally intended, or refunded to the donors to honor their initial intention.

I need guidance on transferring the donations from my GoFundMe campaign in the USA to support my very sick brother in Manila, Philippines. He has had two hemodialysis sessions within two weeks and a biopsy scheduled for today to address a liver lesion identified in a recent CT scan. His platelet count has improved from 21 to 84, but his creatinine levels remain high, necessitating the dialysis to aid his kidneys. Is it advisable for me to suggest to them in the Philippines to set up a bank account for direct transfer of the donations from the GoFundMe campaign? This would bypass the need to involve my own bank account here. Your prompt advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you for this valuable program that has assisted countless individuals. Wishing you all more blessings, and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am seeking funding for a mobile home for my disabled husband, son, and cousin. Our current living situation is in a storage building overrun with black mold. With my husband's health preventing him from working, I am the sole provider for our family, residing in a cramped travel trailer. I am unsure what type of documentation or information would best represent our need for help. Should I send photos of our living conditions, the mold-infested building, or details about the mobile home we require? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My GoFundMe campaign has been on hold for two weeks for a review. Despite being promised a response within 24 hours by a customer service representative, I haven't heard back after sending 12 emails. There's $[redacted] in my account that I need to transfer. This has been a terrible experience, and I'm reconsidering using GoFundMe in the future due to their poor customer service. The funds are meant to help a non-profit in Florida with disaster relief supplies, so the delay is frustrating. I plan to escalate this by reporting it to the BBB if I don't get a resolution soon. If I don't receive a response in a few days, I'll be permanently boycotting GoFundMe and informing everyone I know about their unresponsive customer care.

We tragically lost our daughter in a car accident while she was with her daughters, our granddaughters, who had been staying with us for 10 days due to issues at their father's home. To help with funeral costs for Taylor and support services for the children, we launched a GoFundMe named Scarlet and Ruby's Future Fund. Although we've received contributions from family and friends, we faced a request from your support team for proof of guardianship, which has puzzled us. We've already expended a significant sum on the funeral and the girls' well-being, causing us financial strain. Our family stepped in to assist, but the extra requirement has complicated matters. Attempting to clarify this with your team has been challenging. If we cannot resolve this issue, we may have to seek alternative avenues of support from our loved ones. I can be reached at [redacted]. - Mitch Harbeson

A friend created a GoFundMe to assist me with medical expenses post-surgery, raising $[redacted]. This sum will help with medication costs. I received a beneficiary invitation via email. After clicking on the invite and logging in with my credentials, a page appeared displaying the fundraiser's name, my picture from the page, and options to accept or decline. Selecting "accept" doesn't progress the process. Despite trying to resolve this through the online customer service, no solution has been reached, leaving me frustrated and out of options. I believe the issue needs urgent attention and should not be this complicated, requiring direct customer support. I anticipate a prompt resolution; otherwise, I may need to escalate this matter further. Thank you, W.E.

I am disappointed with my experience with your company. I am trying to access funds from the Legacy mentoring program for African American students at any Hart Unified School District school. I have been instructing my staff to send the limited number of gifts for the legacy fundraiser to the Chase business account. Your system needs an update as the address on file is outdated, belonging to my former business partner Pete Van, who relocated the business to [redacted] Canyon Crest Drive. He owns Oxford House Publishing, works at Saugus High School during the day, and tried contacting your company but only received an automated response to call back during business hours. The amount is not worth legal action, but the confusion may lead to the funds being returned, causing embarrassment to donors. My business partner's wife worked as a hospital controller and accountant, and she suspects foul play, resulting in them choosing not to use your services in the future. Please address these issues promptly. - Stephen C. Mulligan

I am inquiring about an issue related to "Feedthepeoplejaxinc," run by Mr. Dwayne S. Coley, Jr. with Pastor Perry C. Robinson, Jr. from "In Christ International Ministries" as a partner. I am unable to find a valid contact number. I reached out to GoFundMe and received ticket number [redacted] on 03/24/[redacted]. Another concern I have is that Mr. Coley Jr. is also seeking donations through Facebook and his Nextdoor Neighborhood accounts. He is promoting another barbecue event for July 04, [redacted], requesting donations through these platforms. As a Disabled Veteran, I am deeply troubled if there is any fraudulent activity in collecting funds, as it undermines the service of those who have served our country.

The family of Violet Westwood has asked me to reach out on their behalf regarding unresolved issues with GoFundMe. They set up a GoFundMe page that raised over £30K for Violet's treatment for Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and a trip to Disney, with any remaining funds designated for Birmingham Children's Hospital. Despite verifying bank details with GoFundMe, there have been complications. GoFundMe initially confirmed the bank details but later claimed there was an issue, ultimately deciding to return donations without proper communication. This has left Violet's family and donors in distress. Violet's treatment is ongoing, and the situation has prevented her from enjoying the trip as intended. The lack of transparency has also raised concerns among supporters about the legitimacy of fundraising efforts. GoFundMe's actions have left many feeling let down, and the family seeks a resolution to ensure Violet's well-being is not compromised due to this mishandling.

I am currently facing challenges trying to withdraw my funds from GoFundMe. The process requires me to verify my phone number with a code, but I am stuck in a loop due to a glitch. Each time I attempt to enter the verification code, the app refreshes and prompts me to request a new code, preventing me from completing the step. I then tried accessing my account on my laptop to bypass this issue, but encountered another roadblock as I forgot my password. The password reset link sent to my email does not work, leading me back to the login page in an endless loop. This frustrating situation is causing unnecessary complications, and I am disappointed by GoFundMe's malfunctioning system.

A new project called "Open Door Temple, an Assembly of God's people," is soon to be launched in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The Open Door Temple, Assembly of God's people, stands out as unique and unparalleled. It aims to be a non-denominational house of God welcoming all nations, faiths, roots, and nationalities under one roof in the Republic of Ghana. The challenge we face is the need for $1,[redacted],[redacted] to acquire 1.90 acres for constructing the Temple entirely. With successful global support and awareness, construction is planned to begin by the end of July [redacted].

Please provide Alexander Niemi with his money. Can you imagine if it were your loved ones in this situation? It must be tough for him, and he deserves better. It's disappointing how you are handling this, and the misinformation on your page is unacceptable. I hope Niemi takes legal action against you for your dishonesty. It's unacceptable and shameful for a business to treat its customers this way.

My name is Leonidas Papadopoulos. I organized a fundraiser after our house burned down in Jacksonville, FL on January 18, [redacted]. I was surprised to discover that someone named Kelsey Eging had entered her PNC banking information fraudulently and had collected all the funds from my fundraiser, leaving my family with nothing. I never authorized anyone else to access these funds, and I have evidence of the unauthorized activity. I have taken measures to secure my accounts and have updated my banking information on GoFundMe. Please contact me through GoFundMe, email, or phone to resolve this matter. It is crucial that my family receives the funds raised to help us rebuild our home. Thank you for your assistance. Leonidas [redacted] [redacted].

I launched a GoFundMe page a month ago. I noticed there are two initial pages on the site. One required a picture, zip code, and some other information that I can't recall, while the other seemed like the start for my fundraiser with a story and picture page for my brother. I'm uncertain if I should have started on the first page where the picture should have been of me, or if it was meant for another picture of my brother for his story. I'm a bit confused and eager to get started quickly after waiting so long. I hope this is clear. I appreciate any assistance. -Lisa

When I initially signed up for GoFundMe, I completed the page where I uploaded a picture and shared my story. After my application was approved, the picture was published. However, one day when I tried to log in, I was prompted to upload another picture and, presumably, share a brief story. I'm unsure if this additional page is necessary. Can I use a different picture on this page? Will it change my original page? Due to my medical challenges, I haven't been able to work on this much. My story is titled "Bring Bernard some Joy," which includes a photo of him fishing, reflecting the essence of my narrative. I recently found this picture and would love to include it. I hope this clarifies the situation more than my previous explanation. - Lisa

Today, on 4/29/[redacted], I discovered an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].50 on my paper bank statement dated 8/28/[redacted] to Gofundme, which my wife and I do not have an account with. The bank was unable to assist as it is beyond the allowed timeframe, advising me to reach out to the "vendor." I am now attempting to contact GoFundMe to resolve this fraudulent debit card transaction. The bank statement displays "Gofndme Help John and Redwood City, CA," yet I have been unable to locate any relevant page online. While searching for a different transaction, I came across this unexpected charge. I am now monitoring my accounts more diligently to prevent further fraudulent activities.

**Rewritten Message:** I have received an important message from GoFundMe, but after responding, I have not received a reply yet. Message Content: It has come to my attention that the funds raised on my GoFundMe may be directed towards a country not supported by the payment processors. I understand my account is under review, and I have been asked to provide more details for the fundraiser. While transfers are on hold, new donations are still accepted. To complete the review, GoFundMe's Compliance Team requires me to provide specific details within 3-4 business days. These details include the names and connections of those involved, the purpose of the donations, and the intended bank for the transfer. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

The following is a post about a Vietnam Veteran named John Randall (Randy) Stewart, who is in urgent need due to his health conditions. He is in a situation where he and his partner, together for 29 years, must get married quickly to qualify for a loan as they need to move out of their leased home, which is being sold. Despite having a clause giving them the first choice to buy the house, they were informed it no longer applies as the lease is ending. They are struggling to find a solution due to health issues, age, and lack of support. John suffers from Parkinson's disease compounded by Agent Orange exposure and dental problems. They are in need of assistance to avoid homelessness and improve their living conditions. Your timely help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, J. Matthews.
