I updated the withdrawal information today, December 16th. I received an email stating that the money would be refunded by December 17 if the account wasn't set up. However, the email now mentions it will take 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in my bank account. Since it's going to take 2 to 5 business days, will the funds still be refunded even though I have set up the withdrawal account?

I am having trouble setting up withdrawals because the email verification process seems to be stuck in a loop. When I click on the verification link, it keeps taking me to the web version of the site asking me to login repeatedly without progressing. If I don't resolve this issue soon, all the donations may get refunded back to the donors.

I need to address concerning issue regarding my son's funeral funds. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law, Kristy Lynn Noble, has mishandled the GoFundMe account set up for my son, Brendin Kenneth Ray Granado's funeral expenses. Initially intended for the mortuary, she has redirected the funds into her own account and refuses to relinquish them. Despite numerous requests and offers to provide receipts for expenses, she has failed to cooperate and has even slandered our family's name. We had sought assistance from Judge Roach to cover the cremation costs as Kristy had informed us of delays in accessing the funds. It is distressing that she has not respected the intended use of the donations and has disregarded our requests to rectify the situation. We remain deeply troubled by her actions, especially as we are preparing for my son's services tomorrow.

I have been collecting donations through my Gofundme campaign for a month. However, when I tried to set up my withdrawal information, I received a message saying that my campaign is under review, and withdrawals are temporarily suspended. I have not received any further emails explaining the situation. I contacted customer service 5 days ago but have not received a response. I am very worried about this issue and need it resolved as soon as possible.

After setting up my GoFundMe fundraiser for my medical needs on your site, I shared it on Facebook. I then emailed the link to others and asked some contacts to join my fundraising team. People have donated through Facebook, and I received a GoFundMe notification. However, I only see one donation of $40 by Antje, and I can't view any other contributions on the website, phone app, or Facebook. What's going on?

After creating my GoFundMe account and sharing my fundraiser for my medical needs on Facebook, I invited my contacts to support by sharing the link and also sent emails with the fundraiser information. I have received notifications for some donations, but I can only see one person's name and the amount they donated, not the others who contributed through Facebook. The total amount in the fundraiser has not changed. Why can't I view all the donation names and amounts?

I would like to report an individual who is misleading people by asking for money under false pretenses. When she set up a GoFundMe page, she was actually staying at the Heather Brae Motel Farm with me, where I observed that she had an abundance of Christmas gifts for her children. She also resides with her partner, Cindy Morgan, who receives various government payments. The cost of staying at the motel is $[redacted] per fortnight. I am having trouble withdrawing funds for the first time. Every time I try to log in to GoFundMe and add my financial institution and password, I encounter an error message. First Florida CU confirmed that there are no issues with my financial account and advised me to contact a GoFundMe representative. This is urgent as I am currently dealing with the sudden passing of my husband, and our friends are fundraising for his arrangements. I have tried accessing from different devices using Firefox and Google Chrome with both my Comcast and Gmail accounts, but I am still unable to proceed with the withdrawal. I have finished all the steps for my withdrawal and patiently waited for 5 days. However, when I checked my account, it says, "more information needed," without specifying what that information is. I never got an email asking for additional details. I reached out to customer service through email multiple times but haven't received any assistance or reply.
