Could you please review the GoFundMe page for Lee Rand? I'm concerned about its authenticity. This marks the third emergency appeal this year. While she has insurance, she states needing to cover a £75 excess fee first. Her house previously suffered significant damage. Despite her assertions, she refuses to disclose her insurance provider. The support line lays out 5 steps, but I am facing trouble with step 3. Clicking "withdraw" only displays a list of donations without the option to view the withdrawal overview or edit the account info as instructed. I am feeling lost and frustrated as I attempt to resolve this issue. My friend, Catherine Novi, initially assisted me in setting up this crowdfunding for my studies, which has been successful. However, due to banking restrictions, I need to update the account details to my Italian bank account, and the current process on the website is not working for me.

Around 14 months ago, I created a GoFundMe to support my back procedure. My sister, B. Jones, and my brother, D. Jones, were the only donors I remember. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account as I have forgotten my password and email due to not using the computer for about a year after it was compromised. I'm concerned because I believe there were funds in the account that I am now unable to access.

The withdrawal date for the account I set up for my friend has been constantly changing. Initially, I used my own banking information to receive a deposit which I then transferred to her. As a better solution, I added her banking details for direct access to the funds. However, the withdrawal date has been continuously pushed back. I have reached out to GoFund three times without any response. How can I address and resolve this issue?

I requested a withdrawal of funds more than a month ago. However, the withdrawal date keeps getting delayed almost daily. I contacted my bank to check for any attempted funds that might have been returned, but they found nothing. I have been trying to get help via email for three weeks but have not received any useful assistance. My email and phone number are verified, and my savings account information is correct and active. Surprisingly, I have not received any notifications requesting additional information.

I created an account in August and started a campaign on the same day. I deleted the campaign due to personal reasons. My uncle mentioned sending money through the campaign but it was deleted before he sent it. I assured him the money would be refunded that same week, but he never received it. He believed he sent $60, and I want to resolve this immediately. I manage two college clubs and was considering using this platform for fundraising, but now I am concerned it might be a scam. WePay.com rejected my banking account as I live in Morocco. They asked for my information a week after joining GoFundMe, so I provided the details of my close friend Nabila Markhi, who lives in Canada, to handle donations and transfer them to my account. However, WePay.com canceled the withdrawal on December 1, [redacted], for identity verification, requesting document transfers which I cannot find an email to send to. Consequently, I changed my name on GoFundMe to Nabila Markhi, but GoFundMe did not approve the withdrawal. I kindly request GoFundMe to validate the withdrawal under the name Nabila Markhi.

I set up a GoFundMe account for my friend who is battling stage 3 breast cancer. I was able to raise funds from my coworkers, but on December 12th, I received an email stating, "Unfortunately, we can no longer support your campaign because it falls under a category we are not processing." Additionally, Gajan donated $[redacted], but he has not received a refund, and the funds are not reflecting in the account. Dave Marlowe's friends have been discreetly supporting Dawn Marlowe through a GoFundMe account without her knowledge. To ensure secrecy, they have entrusted the funds to Dawn's sister, who they believe will pass the money along. However, the GoFundMe page now shows "Friends Of Dave Marlowe is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Carissa Heaps," causing Dawn's sister to feel upset. I recently made a withdrawal from my account and received an email stating that the funds would arrive within 2-5 business days, which should have been by December 4th. However, I have not received any indication that the money was deposited, neither have I seen the funds in my bank account. Subsequently, I contacted my bank to inquire about the transaction, but they could not find any record of the funds from GoFundMe. Consequently, I updated my banking details at the bank. I received an email from GoFundMe asking me to verify my email address. I have multiple email addresses and can access emails from all of them. I was designated as the beneficiary of a campaign but I'm struggling to complete the enrollment process as they are not recognizing my verification attempts. Despite confirming my verification repeatedly, I am unable to progress to the next step needed to withdraw the donations. This situation is extremely frustrating for me.
