I have been contacted by Travelers, our travel insurance, regarding a $[redacted].50 credit (15% refund from our cruise) that we were supposed to receive from Holland America following our cruise on 11/09/[redacted]. Despite addressing this with guest services during the cruise and being assured it would be applied, the refund was never received on our account or credit card. To proceed with our insurance claim, they require a letter from Holland America confirming the oversight in issuing the 15% refund. We have made numerous attempts to contact the provided number, [redacted], but have experienced long wait times without success. I have attached a copy of the letter for your attention and would appreciate it if you could email our insurance company to explain the missed credit. Our property usually receives deliveries directly to our house, but this time the FedEx driver left the package by a tree near the mailbox without notice. This was distressing, especially given the winter weather and our ages. Previous FedEx drivers have always delivered to our front porch with promptness and courtesy. We did not receive the typical notification call and found the package left on the road after dark. It was disappointing and we hope for better service in the future.

I missed my delivery yesterday and was expecting it before 12pm based on the information on the website using my DOOR TAG number. However, after 12pm passed, the delivery time suddenly changed to by the end of the day. This sudden change has caused inconvenience as I have numerous people waiting for the package. I was counting on receiving it by noon but now I'm unsure when it will arrive. Is there a possibility to pick it up at a different location before the end of the business day today?

I received a call regarding a package from China at the Las Vegas, Nevada location, but missed it. The voicemail mentioned an issue with express care ground shipping. However, the message was unclear. When I tried to call back, I couldn't reach a real person for assistance. The automated system kept disconnecting me before I could speak to the right department. I am looking to speak with a staff member directly to address the express to ground shipping problems. Thank you!

I have been waiting for an order with tracking number [redacted]61 since 2/2/[redacted]. The only information I have received is that it was handed over to FedEx Ground and no delivery date is available. The last notification indicated it was in Georgia. Despite it being a small package, the details seem unclear. I am eager to track down the location of my package or be compensated for the loss. It is frustrating that the FedEx representatives do not have further information beyond it being sent via ground shipping. I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I recently got a call from GetHuman, but it got disconnected, and they never reached back out. I am trying to track my package with tracking number [redacted]61 heading to [redacted] SE 86 Circle Summerfield FL [redacted]. The package contains Dolce & Gabbana Rosa Excelsa perfume. I am frustrated with the lack of information about its whereabouts and when I can expect it to arrive. It's frustrating to hear it's on the way without knowing any specifics. Also, I am disappointed that I wasn't contacted again after the call got cut off.

I am having trouble locating a missing package from a recent delivery email. Every time I attempt to track it, I receive the following message: "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later."
I am hoping to obtain proof of delivery or a delivery picture to identify the recipient's address. In a prior FedEx delivery, my package was mistakenly delivered to a different address on another street. The individuals there kindly returned it to us. Today, my husband visited that address to check if the missing package had been delivered there again, but it was not found.
I am feeling quite frustrated by this situation.

I recently dropped off a FedEx package at a local Dollar General store. It's been four days, and I still haven't received a confirmation email. Trying to reach a human at FedEx was a challenge as the automated system generated random numbers for ten minutes before connecting me. Unfortunately, the tracking number provided had no information in the FedEx system. It seems like the package might have been misplaced by either the Dollar General employee or the FedEx driver, as it's not showing in their records. When I dropped off the package, the store employee just told me to place it in a designated area without providing a receipt. I’m unsure if the package was mishandled or taken. The situation is frustrating, but resorting to violence is not a solution. It's disappointing to feel let down by this experience, but it's a reminder to be cautious in trusting others.

I have experienced issues multiple times with FedEx delivering my packages to the garage instead of the front porch. Today, a fragile piece of wall art worth $[redacted] was left near the garage where it could have been damaged if it fell. In the past, a box of preserves from Kentucky was left outside on a snowy day, nearly frozen. I would prefer my deliveries to be left on the covered front porch, not by the garage door. Our condo at Hawthorne Woods, located at [redacted] N Lucille Cir, New Boston, MI [redacted], is a ranch style on the street corner. I filed a case because I received a text message on 02/07 stating my package had been delivered on 02/06. Despite checking my surveillance cameras, which confirmed no FedEx delivery, FedEx insisted the package was delivered with "proof of delivery." Doubtful of this, I reordered the items. Surprisingly, another FedEx truck delivered the lost package this afternoon, with the driver admitting to finding it in the truck. It is clear the initial driver may have falsely reported the delivery to hide a mistake. The tracking shows two delivery dates under the same number. This behavior reflects poorly on FedEx's reputation, and I am now hesitant to use their services in the future. I left my iPad at the security checkpoint at Barbados airport on December 29, [redacted]. After contacting the airport upon my return to the U.K., I was informed that my iPad was found and being held in the Manager's office at BGI airport. I arranged for FedEx to collect it on January 3, [redacted]. Despite spending approximately £50 on phone calls to Barbados FedEx customer service, I finally received my iPad on January 27, [redacted]. However, the invoice was nearly double the initial quote. I reached out to FedEx customer service via email multiple times, receiving reference numbers and replies within 2-3 days. They agreed to refund the difference to my account, yet the next email indicated the refund was placed in my FedEx account instead. Despite providing all necessary details, the refund has not been received as promised. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

My spouse needed to travel for work and forgot to bring her medication. I brought it to the FedEx store on Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati for overnight delivery to Independence, Ohio. Despite paying $75.87 for the service, the package did not arrive on time, causing my wife undue stress due to her withdrawal symptoms. After realizing the package was still at the store, I had to make a 4-hour round trip to deliver more medication, incurring an extra $75.13 in fuel expenses. I have tried to contact your team without success. The delivery person has allegedly attempted to deliver my package four times, but I have not received any calls or hang tags. The package was supposed to arrive on Saturday, it is now Thursday, and I have had no luck. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and service. I am requesting to file a complaint and if the same delivery person is responsible, they should be replaced. I often have issues with your delivery service, which seems to fake delivery attempts without proper communication. I am considering switching to UPS as they provide a better service. Despite calling twice, I have not received the promised delivery or communication. I expect a refund for the delays and wish for better communication moving forward.

I recently ordered medication with 2-day shipping for over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the package was marked as delivered, but we couldn't locate it. After tracking the package, we found it at our neighbor's farm, near a water hydrant handle, even though we live a 1/4 mile away. Our address is clearly displayed on our mailbox post. The delivery person should not have left the package at a farm with no residents, especially considering it was medication from a pharmacy. This incident occurred with a package from Evansville, IN, when it could have come from the Huntingburg, IN hub, which is closer. The tracking number for the package is [redacted].

I had an important FedEx Envelope sent overnight from Chicago to NY with a scheduled delivery for last Friday by 10:30. Despite being home, no delivery was attempted, and I received a failed attempt notification. A second attempt was scheduled for Monday before 12:00, but there was a delay, and the package was set to arrive by the end of the day. Tracking the FedEx truck, I saw it near my house at 5:00, so I waited outside but no one showed up. Even though I was there, a false delivery attempt was reported at 5:03. In my frustration, I searched for help and found Get Human. They connected me to a FedEx agent twice, as the delivery was delayed until Tuesday. Thanks to Get Human, I avoided the risk of my letter being sent back to Chicago and redirected it to a nearby Walgreens. Thank you, Get Human.

I found a door tag, DT1[redacted] [redacted], on my door, but I am unsure about the sender or what it relates to. Despite it being there for 3 days, the FedEx system has no record of it. The tag just mentions a last pickup attempt at [redacted] S Sam Houston Pkwy W. When attempting to contact FedEx at [redacted], the automated system doesn't have an option for unrecorded tags like mine. I can't proceed without a valid number, even though I have the physical tag. This process is frustrating, as it lacks essential information for recipients. The current system leaves me stranded without a way to connect the tag to its origin. Customer service should be able to assist in situations like this, especially when the customer has the physical tag available.

I am inquiring about my package with tracking number [redacted]10. I sent priority mail from my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union in the United States to China. The expected delivery was by the third, no later than 6:00 PM, but it was not received. After contacting several phone numbers, we were informed by a representative that delivery does not occur on weekends. To have the package delivered on Saturday, we were asked to pay [redacted] renminbi or wait until Monday. This experience with FedEx has been extremely disappointing, and it feels like a form of extortion. I plan to inform my bank about this unacceptable service.

I recently got a notification about a package that couldn't be delivered due to no safe spot to leave it and absence of someone to sign for it. I encountered an issue with a package containing life-saving medication. Despite FedEx's delivery confirmation stating it was signed for, the package was left by the locked gate at our secondary address, 75 miles away, where it could have been easily accessed by anyone. I am inquiring about my FedEx package with Tracking# [redacted]95. I require assistance in tracking its whereabouts and obtaining an estimated delivery time. I have patiently waited for 2 days to receive and sign for it, but the delivery schedule has changed twice. Initially, it was supposed to be delivered on 3/12, then rescheduled for today, 3/13, with an estimated delivery window of 9:40am-1:40pm.
