I have an issue with my FedEx package tracked under Tracking* ************. I need assistance in locating my package and knowing the exact delivery date. I have been waiting for * days to receive and sign for the delivery. The delivery date and time have changed twice. Initially, it was scheduled for yesterday, ****, then today, ****, with an estimated delivery window between *:** am and *:** pm. However, I am still awaiting the FedEx driver to deliver my package.

Living in a remote area can be challenging for deliveries. To ensure packages are left at the designated spot, there is a green Rubbermaid tote at the bottom of the hill near the mailbox with a red metal sign instructing drivers where to leave packages. Despite these clear instructions, recent FedEx drivers have been coming all the way to the house instead of leaving items at the designated spot. This has caused issues with gravel, getting stuck, and even hitting wildlife. It's crucial that this message is relayed to both the profile and the delivery drivers for future reference. Appreciate your attention to this matter.

I live on Shira Road, but my packages are repeatedly delivered to Wallcreek Road, which is half a mile away. Despite no snow on my street and driveway, the deliveries continue to be left at Wallcreek. I requested them to be left by my gate due to snowy conditions, as it is inconvenient for a 70-year-old like me to carry heavy packages uphill. The FedEx tracking number for the last package is [redacted]40. Although I received it at the mailboxes on Wallcreek, the email claims otherwise. I expected my package to be delivered by noon today, as I paid $[redacted] to ensure timely delivery for my upcoming Monday flight. However, the delivery service center now reports it won't arrive until Monday at noon, which is after my departure. I require a resolution to this issue, especially since I paid a substantial fee ensuring it arrived today in Pompano Beach. I kindly request the option to collect the package in person or have it delivered on Sunday, which seems fair given the premium I paid for overnight delivery by noon today.

I need assistance regarding a concerning incident involving a delivery driver. My security camera captured a moment when the driver from FedEx tried to tamper with it previously. Today, this same driver did not bring my Walmart package to my door as expected. Instead, they left it in a difficult-to-spot location on the edge of my walkway. I have photographic evidence of where the package was left. Due to past thefts, I usually request deliveries to be made at my back door. I will now have to wait for the USPS carrier to retrieve the package from the sidewalk on my behalf.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received an email stating an attempted delivery was made, but no one was home. This is not true as I was home at the time. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the attempted delivery was made in Memphis, TN, which is two hours away from my residence in Arkansas. I contacted FedEx customer service, and they assured me the package would be delivered today. However, 10 minutes after the call, I received a text indicating that delivery could not be completed today. My package is experiencing a delay due to an incorrect address. FedEx mistakenly sent it to a different location in Pasay City. I have been eagerly awaiting these documents for a week. I would like the option to personally retrieve the package. My package has been stuck in Ocala, Florida for more than a week without any progress. Every time I try to contact customer service, I'm asked for a tracking number, but my long number gets cut off. I'm frustrated because this delay is impacting my ability to use my stove to cook for my family. The delivery driver placed my two packages next to my mailbox by the street instead of bringing them to the front porch, as indicated in the delivery notes. Despite not having a gated or lengthy driveway, the driver documented the delivery by a gated driveway, which is inaccurate. I suspect the driver may have skipped delivering to the door intentionally. This is concerning because the packages contained important prescription medications. If they were stolen, it would be impossible to replace them due to insurance restrictions. I am disappointed and find this behavior unacceptable. I would appreciate the opportunity to address this issue with a supervisor from my local FedEx delivery hub. I'm extremely frustrated with the delivery of my packages. The delivery address specified is the back house, an unsecure location that has no gate, making it susceptible to theft. With the front porch by the alley, it is easy for individuals such as homeless people and drug addicts in the area to notice and steal packages. This is the third package lost in a week due to this issue. I kindly request that all future packages be delivered to the front house at the address provided. Furthermore, I would appreciate reimbursement for the missing items or for the delivery company to coordinate replacements with the original seller.

I've had issues with delivery two days in a row. The package is out for redelivery today, but the driver has claimed that the business was closed or I was unavailable, which isn't true. The delivery location is an apartment building with key card/call box access that FedEx should have access to. Other deliveries have been successful using this method. I believe this may be a new or temporary driver who needs proper training. I am home and expecting my package. FedEx should use their access key/card to enter the building and deliver to residents' doors. I hope someone can contact the driver promptly to ensure successful delivery today.

I received a text message stating that a signature is needed for a package scheduled to arrive before 4:30 pm today, April 3. Unfortunately, I will be leaving home around 11:30 am. I tried to provide a signature using my phone but was unsuccessful. Technology is challenging for me, and I'm unsure of the next steps. If the package won't arrive before 11:30 am, I would like to either redirect it to my son's office or reschedule the delivery for tomorrow when I'll be available all day.

I recently had an attempted delivery from FedEx. About a week ago, a door tag was left for me to sign, which I did, and placed back on the door the following day. Despite taking the slip, the package was not left. I do not have a tracking number or the door slip number as it was taken. When contacting FedEx, I am unable to speak to a representative without providing one of these numbers. Is there a way for them to locate the package without this information using just my name and address? I checked a pickup location nearby with no success, and if it required my signature, the package must be important. Unfortunately, I am at a standstill since FedEx is only accessible through virtual assistants.

On April 6, [redacted], I created an account to reschedule a delivery as my package was originally set to arrive on April 6th but I received a text stating it would be delivered on April 5th when I would not be home. After attempting to change the delivery date, I was charged $5.55, which went through on my card. However, during the process, I encountered an error message indicating that the change could not be made. Despite this, I successfully arranged for FedEx to deliver the package to my next-door neighbor as a solution on April 5th. My main concern now is to receive a refund of the $5.55 that was charged to me prematurely before the error message appeared. Thank you for your assistance. - JM

The tracking information indicates a failed delivery attempt last Thursday. However, it is inaccurate because my apartment community has an intercom system for residents. The status mentioned "business closed," but no real effort was made by the driver. Since no signature is required, I am perplexed why the driver didn't use the call box at the gate. My name is clearly stated on the package, so it should have been easy to locate me. I hope this issue can be prevented in the future.

I had a crucial overnight delivery that was received today, April 8th, [redacted], at approximately 9:34 am. Unfortunately, I only discovered it around 7 pm as it was left by a fence in the rain instead of at the front door. The package contained important Government paperwork that is now damaged due to being exposed to the rain. There were actually two front doors where the envelope could have been left instead. The tracking number for this delivery is [redacted]50.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with the delivery of my package. According to the tracking information, my order was marked as delivered on 04/06/[redacted] at 11:00 AM, but I have not received it. There was no notification left in my mailbox regarding its whereabouts. I have contacted FEDEX to inquire about the customs payment as I had transferred it this afternoon. I am experiencing ongoing issues with a FedEx delivery driver when receiving packages from Chewy. The driver repeatedly fails to read the address and name on the packages, resulting in misdeliveries and stolen shipments. Despite numerous requests, photos of deliveries are never provided. The boxes are often damaged, causing the contents to be compromised. Chewy has been understanding and replaced items in the past, but I am at the end of my patience with this situation. I am now insisting on receiving a photo with the delivery, as I have had to replace items far too many times due to this ongoing problem. If this is not resolved, I will have to reconsider ordering from Chewy in the future and will communicate the reasons for my decision to them. This issue seems to be widespread in my area and needs to be addressed promptly.
