I need assistance from FedEx to deliver my package that was in Ben Morgan's truck. He was in an accident last month and is unable to deliver it. I recently bought a sturdy box for my porch clearly labeled for delivery drivers to use. Despite this, the items are consistently thrown about 1-2 feet from the box. I installed the box to prevent theft while I'm away and to shield packages from the weather, but the drivers seem unwilling to walk a few steps and follow instructions. I have captured this behavior on camera and wanted to address this issue.

I've noticed a recurring issue with your delivery driver leaving packages at the bottom of our driveway, out of sight from our house. This included important medical supplies like my father's insulin, which were left hanging on the fence. Unfortunately, several packages have gone missing because of this. I recently had to pay for items I never received, totaling over $[redacted], or risk being sent to collections. As a valued member of Fedex Rewards, I received a quote of $88.xx to ship a package from Dallas to Apex. However, when I completed the shipping details, the rate increased to $[redacted].xx. After obtaining a new quote in a separate window on the Fedex website, the rate was $[redacted].xx. The fluctuation in shipping prices is confusing and inconsistent. - Valentin

I was expecting a package yesterday, Thursday, April 27, between 3 PM and 7 PM, but it didn't arrive. We spent over $[redacted] on this delivery. Today, Friday, April 28, I checked your website, and it still mentions the delivery for Thursday, April 27, between 3 and 7 PM. I urgently need to know when my package will be arriving today, as the items inside it are meant for people I need to meet this afternoon. The delivery should be made to my home; I cannot pick it up from any facility. I have been waiting for more than an hour for a representative to contact me.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, April 26, [redacted], from the shipping office at [redacted] Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, Virginia, Suite [redacted]. The driver claimed to have been pulled over by the IRS, causing a delay. The package did not arrive on Thursday either. After hearing from the driver, I was informed that I must wait until Monday to receive it. I find this situation unacceptable. If my package does not arrive today, I will take further action against FedEx.

I was home all day yesterday when the tracking showed an attempted delivery at 12:07, but no one came to deliver the package. The tracking number for the undelivered item is [redacted]04. Surprisingly, there was no note left by the delivery person either. I am eagerly awaiting this package and today the tracking status reads that a delivery attempt will be made again, even though I'm home ready to receive it. There is ongoing construction on my road, but access to my house is possible despite this.

On April 30, I arranged for my FedEx package with tracking number [redacted]22 to be redirected to a local Walgreens store. The initial delivery to my home failed due to my absence and a required signature. Unfortunately, despite 5 days passing, the package has not reached the Walgreens location as expected. Upon reaching out to FedEx via their online chat support, I received the advice to contact a FedEx Customer Service representative due to the extended transit time. However, my attempt to speak with a representative over the phone was unsuccessful. The automated system advised me to call back later, and when I insisted on speaking to a live agent, I was disconnected abruptly.

I've reached out numerous times regarding my undelivered order due to courier issues. Initially, the delivery date was set for 28/04-01/05, then rescheduled for May 3rd. On May 3rd, a delivery failure was cited due to an incorrect address, which upon verification was accurate. Subsequently, on May 5th a new delivery date was set, but it was delayed citing operational issues. Today, May 8th, despite expectations, no package arrived. Even after contacting FedEx and being assured of a delivery today, nothing has shown up. The ongoing delays are frustrating. Tracking number: [redacted]70.

I returned a 77-pound box to a seller on Amazon via FedEx at my residence in Ogden, Utah. The FedEx driver picked up both the Amazon return and a duplicate Walmart return. However, I did not receive a receipt for the Amazon return. The Walmart return was successful. I am in urgent need of a tracking number for the Amazon return package. The pickup took place on May 8th between 4:00 and 5:00 pm at [redacted] S [redacted] E, Ogden, Utah [redacted] at Calvin Osborn's home.

The current delivery date is showing as today, 5/10/23, but the package is still in transit and not out for delivery. I have a shipment with tracking number [redacted]20 that is delayed. According to Fedex tracking, it was scheduled to arrive today on May 12, [redacted], between 10:30am and 1:30pm, with the latest delivery time of 5pm (PST). However, it appears to have been misrouted to the wrong distribution center. The package was sent from Incheon, Korea to ANCHORAGE, AK, then to INDIANAPOLIS, IN, and now to MEMPHIS, TN, instead of its destination in Langley, BC, CANADA. I am concerned that despite paying for express shipping, the package is moving farther away from me. I urgently need this package to be delivered promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I placed an order on Walmart's website on May 8th assuming it would be for pickup, but FedEx ended up delivering it without offering me the pickup option. Unfortunately, on May 10th, the package was incorrectly delivered to the wrong building and it seems to have been taken. I checked the FedEx website using my tracking ID and found a picture showing where the package was left, confirming it was indeed misplaced. On May 11th, I selected the "Missing package" option but have not received any updates. I would prefer to collect my package from a nearby warehouse or store instead of relying on FedEx for redelivery due to this unreliable experience.

I've encountered a recurring issue with packages from New York disappearing temporarily once they reach Rialto, CA, causing delays beyond the expected arrival dates. I had a flower delivery planned for 5/17 at my address in Fredericksburg, TX. I received half of the order but I need the pink and white renunculas, [redacted] white rose stems, and [redacted] pink spray roses for a wedding on 5/20. I adjusted the delivery to Walgreens in Fredericksburg as I would not be home. However, it seems the package might be in Kerrville now due to the change. I need more details on the whereabouts of the flowers to proceed with the wedding arrangements or retrieve them from Kerrville. Ideally, I want them redirected to the FedEx location in Bee Cave, Austin, but I understand it might be complex. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a concern regarding the recent FedEx shipping updates I have received. It is frustrating that after stating a delivery date, the package ends up missing for three days. The route taken from North Carolina to Patterson, CA, then Tracy, CA, and finally Reno, NV, seems inefficient, especially considering the close distance between Tracy and Reno. This has resulted in a significant delay for my time-sensitive package, which is now off schedule by two days. I would appreciate more efficient routing that could potentially save both fuel and time. This marks the third delivery issue I have experienced in the past two months, including instances where delivery instructions were not followed correctly. My package, scheduled for delivery on May 5th, has been delayed for almost 20 days now. Each morning I receive an email stating it will arrive, followed by another email saying there is a delay. The tracking number is [redacted]52. The package is currently at a shipment center near my home. A second package with the master tracking number [redacted]05 was also delayed but was delivered on Monday, May 22nd. This package consists of office equipment essential for my work. Any assistance in expediting the delivery would be appreciated.

Lately, the delivery drivers have been leaving my packages on the steps in front of my house where they can easily be taken. Despite my 'Delivery Instructions' specifically requesting packages to be placed by the front door, within the enclosed large front porch, they consistently ignore this. Consequently, one of my packages was stolen on Tuesday, 5/23/23, from the steps. I have another delivery scheduled for tomorrow, 5/25/23, and I hope to receive it without issues. I was informed that my package with tracking number [redacted]72 was received by FedEx in Conway, AR, then went to Memphis and Nashville. There were updates saying it was out for delivery by end of day on May 24th and that it was delivered and left by the front door. However, now I am being informed that it was never received in Conway, AR. I urgently need to receive the shipment and would like to know its current status. I have a FedEx package scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, May 31st. I urgently need the package by Tuesday, May 30th. There doesn't seem to be any progress on the tracking website. I must contact FedEx to address this issue and guarantee the delivery for May 30th.
