I am deeply concerned about the package that was shipped to me via FedEx requiring a signature. Unfortunately, the package never arrived, and someone signed for it using a misspelled version of my name without my consent. Despite the sender's unsuccessful attempts to file a claim, I managed to get my claim approved after multiple tries. They assured me that someone would reach out to me, but I have not received any callback. The package contains vital $[redacted] medical equipment that I urgently require. The situation is incredibly perplexing, and I am eager for a resolution.

I mistakenly sent two packages to different recipients with the same label. One package has been returned by the wrong recipient, but the other one is missing as both were tracked under the same number. I need assistance in locating the undelivered package, but since it was scanned as delivered with the same tracking number, I can't track it. I need to find the lost package based on my name and address.

My neighbor, Steve Crout, residing at [redacted] Hooper Rd, New Windsor, MD [redacted], frequently receives packages from your company. They are often heavy items left at his mailbox located in my yard. Due to the frequency of deliveries, it has become a burden as I have to move the packages to mow my lawn. Considering the property lines on the old deed, may I suggest delivering the packages to his driveway across the road or at the bottom of the drive leading up to his house near the cemetery? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

FedEx drivers seem to struggle with where to leave packages. On two occasions in early June, my deliveries were left out in the rain by the roadside near my gate. Although my gate is not locked and is just a barrier for vehicle traffic, FedEx drivers seem to overlook the option of walking a short distance down my driveway to deliver the packages to my house. I've even made it easier by placing a chest freezer near the gate, clearly labeled for FedEx and UPS deliveries. Interestingly, UPS drivers have no trouble following instructions and placing packages inside the freezer for safekeeping. It's frustrating that being accommodating and proactive doesn't always result in better service.

Last week, my air conditioner was delivered in terrible condition. The box was missing its straps and had a split seam, plus it arrived upside down. Instead of leaving it on my side porch as requested, it was left at the garage, exposed to rain. Although they were meant to pick it up for return, they only taped the box, turned it right side up, and moved it to the sidewalk, where it got rained on overnight. I expect them to collect it today, but I am concerned about its condition. I have a replacement air conditioner expected tomorrow, and I hope they will deliver it to my side ramp on the porch where it will be protected from the weather.

I purchased an item on eBay, and the seller has shipped the package. They provided a tracking number for me to follow its delivery. The expected delivery date was 6-14-23. In the afternoon, I received a notification that the package was delivered. However, I had been at home all day working and never saw the delivery. Upon checking FedEx online, I saw a picture of a large box next to a white door, while my house has a red brick exterior. It seems like the package was delivered to the wrong address.

Shipping from the Effingham, IL office has been deteriorating lately. In the past, it was efficient, but now the delivery person seems lazy and ignores instructions. I reside in an apartment building, and he consistently leaves packages in incorrect locations, including medical shipments that could be at risk of theft. It appears as though he simply opens the front door of the building and leaves all packages there. It has been over a month since a package was delivered directly to my door. I am having ongoing issues with the FedEx driver not delivering my packages to the correct address despite being informed by the lady at the drop-off location. The packages are meant for Roger Wortman at [redacted] 180th Ave, Shannon City, IA, but they keep ending up at Excel Engineering, [redacted] 160th Ave, Diagonal, IA. This problem has persisted for quite some time, and I am considering advising vendors to avoid using FedEx for my shipments. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I sent a small package to Minneapolis on 6/14/23, but it was put on hold for some reason and has not been delivered. I have been trying to get information by calling every day but have had no luck. I also left my email address but haven't received any response. There was a valuable cashier's check in the package that I need returned immediately, along with a refund of $68.30 that I paid for the shipment. I have not received any updates regarding my missing package, # [redacted]89, scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, June 20. Despite receiving a delivery notice and a photo of a delivered box, the package is nowhere to be found inside or outside my building. The latest communication from FedEx was on Wednesday, the 21st, stating that they are investigating the missed delivery.

Hello, my name is Sheila F. and I reside at [redacted] Desert Marina Drive, Condo [redacted], Laughlin, NV [redacted]. On June 23, I ordered a mobility scooter from Vive Health via Amazon. However, instead of receiving one scooter, they sent me two. I promptly contacted Amazon to arrange for the extra scooter to be picked up. It took about a week for them to retrieve it. When the FedEx delivery person arrived, he did not require the code provided by Vive Health for the return. Despite my explanations, he insisted on taking it. Now, Vive Health claims they never received the scooter. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in locating where the additional scooter was sent. Thank you for your help. My package is currently on its third and final delivery attempt. I have reached out and expressed my concerns several times. I recently moved into a brand-new building that does not have a door code yet, causing issues with FedEx accessing it. Despite notes on the door requesting package deliveries, mine has not been successful. It's a bed that does not require a signature, and I am eager to receive it today. However, FedEx's delivery window is too broad, ranging from now until the end of the day. I am determined to receive my bed today, even if I am not available when the truck arrives. I am requesting immediate assistance from a representative to ensure the bed is securely delivered upstairs by my door.

My FedEx package with tracking number #[redacted]50, which had my Merrill shoes, was left unattended outside my building on a busy street. Given the area's foot traffic, there was a risk of theft. It would be more appropriate for the FedEx driver to utilize better judgment by texting me to come down and receive the package or redirecting me to pick it up at the nearby FedEx store on Roy St and 1st Ave N. I am concerned about the level of training and experience this driver has, especially with deliveries in locations like mine. This experience felt unprofessional and raises questions about the driver's familiarity with such delivery scenarios.

My package arrived through FedEx today. Upon delivery, we noticed a rattling sound coming from the box. We opened it and found that part 2 of my dining room table, the stone top, was damaged. Unfortunately, this is not the first item to arrive damaged, as our dining chairs from a previous order were also in poor condition. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and would like to know what steps will be taken to address this issue.

I have been monitoring the tracking of my package for the past three days. Initially, it was listed as on the truck for delivery, but upon further checking, I discovered it was at the FedEx building in Jacksonville, FL. I am inquiring about FedEx tracking number [redacted]76. It shows the delivery was made on 6/28/23 at 11:12 am MDT, stating the package was "Left in mail room." Both FedEx and Parcel Pending did not inform me of the delivery. The standard procedure for non-USPS packages involves delivery to a secure locker with access credentials. Since I didn't receive any, I couldn't retrieve my package. Upon checking the tracking on the ThredUP app, I discovered that the delivery person left my order in the mail room near the entrance. The provided "proof of delivery" photo was unclear, making it difficult to verify the delivery location. I have contacted the mailroom management for assistance, and customer service helped explain the delivery image. They shared a photo showing my partner accessing a locker at 11:10 am, revealing a parcel resembling mine adjacent to it. This contradicts the delivery time indicated. I need FedEx to locate my missing package. Should they be unable to do so, I would request compensation for the full value of the items, considering they were unique and carefully chosen, totaling 35 items which are irreplaceable.

I need to return a package to Walmart, and FedEx is supposed to pick it up. I'm not home, so the package is in the lobby at [redacted] 179th Street for collection. The FedEx driver called yesterday but I missed the call. Unfortunately, the tracking number provided by Walmart is not recognized by FedEx yet, so I can't contact them. I received a pricey package that was left at my front door despite my request for a signature upon delivery. Despite assurances from customer service, the package was still dropped off without my consent. This situation is very disappointing and frustrating. I was promised that the package would not be left, but unfortunately, it was. I was told by a representative that attempts would be made to hand-deliver the package to me over three days, but the driver chose to leave it unsupervised at my doorstep, risking theft. It's disheartening that what I was told would be prevented actually occurred.

Yesterday, my package was marked as attempted delivery at 6:11 pm, which is inaccurate. Our business closes at 5 pm, and I was present until 6:11 pm with the lights on, but no delivery was made. I received a phone message updating the delivery time between 11:20 am and 3:20 pm today. I'm hoping the package will arrive within this timeframe to avoid waiting after hours again.
