I am experiencing issues with a recent FedEx delivery. The tracking information shows that my package was delivered to the mail room at 11:12 am MDT on 6/28/23, stating it was "Left in mail room." However, I never received any notification from FedEx or Parcel Pending, the company managing the mail room. I normally receive credentials to access a secure locker for non-USPS deliveries, but I did not receive any this time. I discovered the delivery status through the ThredUP app and saw a blurry photo of the package left near the entrance. After contacting customer service, they provided a clearer photo showing a box resembling mine in a locker at 11:10 am, two minutes before the stated delivery time. I have unique items in my order that are irreplaceable, and I am requesting FedEx to locate my package or compensate me accordingly if it cannot be found.

I am a bit unsure about the process after my item is picked up. My warranty person instructed me to print a return label, schedule a pickup for the TV, and the FedEx personnel came and scanned the label on the back of the TV as directed. However, I neglected to ask for a receipt or any form of confirmation that the item was collected by the FedEx employee around 2:45 pm on 7/17/23. Could you please provide me with some documentation for this pickup?

I have received a package addressed to Debora Penney at [redacted] Mt Tabor Rd, apt [redacted] in Red Springs, NC [redacted]. The issue is the apartment number was missing. They assured me that they would correct it and deliver it today. However, I have not received it yet. I was informed it would be brought to my house and that I would receive a call to confirm the delivery. I'm disappointed as I still haven't received my package. I was expecting a home delivery yesterday of a custom-built PC. I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my package (#[redacted]87). It was sent to the wrong city, Wortham, TX, instead of Austin, TX as listed on the label. Despite clear discrepancies in the address and photos showing a different location and package than what I was supposed to receive, FedEx closed my claim stating it was delivered correctly. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this with FedEx, the shipper filed a claim which was also denied. The package contains valuable and fragile equipment from Jason Cases in North Carolina, shipped on 7/11 to [redacted] Seville Dr., Austin, TX [redacted]. I received a notification that my package would arrive today, but then received an email saying the delivery was unsuccessful and they would try again tomorrow. Despite being home with Ring cameras all day, no delivery was attempted. I contacted customer service four times for assistance. Initially, I was told I could pick up the package today and that I would receive a call back within an hour, which did not happen. Subsequent calls were unhelpful, with one representative being clueless and another even hanging up on me. Disappointed with the whole experience with FedEx and unlikely to use their services in the future.

Hello, I am writing regarding a package from LifePro, a replacement for a defective waver, that was shipped using FedEx with tracking number [redacted]11. According to FedEx, the package was delivered and signed for by G Dejesus in Dracut on August 7, [redacted] at 5:26pm. However, I did not receive the package at my address. I am still waiting for my package that I ordered from Walmart. It was supposed to arrive by 1:00, and it's a PS5. I am frustrated because every time I call the customer service number, I am directed to an automated system that doesn't connect me to a representative. I have difficulty hearing and understanding the automated prompts, and I really need to speak to a live person. On June 26, the shipment with tracking number [redacted]75 was sent to Menton, France and was scheduled for delivery on June 28. According to the travel history, on June 28, it arrived at Nice Fedex France. Twenty-two days later, FedEx left a note on my mailbox indicating the package was not delivered. They provided a new tracking number and sent it back to the sender. Despite my efforts to claim the package online within the 15-day period, now with the new tracking number, I am unable to do so. FedEx's response, 22 days after the delivery date, is perplexing and seems highly convenient. This situation leaves me astonished and in disbelief. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with a claim for the return of an undelivered item for which payment was made.
