I am disappointed with the delivery service. The driver falsified my signature on a package that required personal acceptance, even though the instructions on the box clearly stated to deliver it to the front door through the gate. I can provide photos as evidence. Due to this misconduct, my $[redacted] worth of perishable food is left outside under the hot sun. As a disabled veteran who relies on assistance for mobility, I find this behavior unacceptable. I have faced repeated issues with this particular driver, and the forged signature is a criminal offense. I plan to contact the sheriff's department to take appropriate action against this wrongdoing.

Today, we received a food delivery, but I found the box left in front of my garage door instead of on the front porch. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell either. It's the second time this has happened, and they seldom ring the doorbell. I'm concerned because it involves perishable items.

We are experiencing an issue with a package from FedEx. According to FedEx, the package was delivered on September 2 at 9:30 am, but there was no one home to accept it. However, we have security cameras confirming that no delivery was made. The package does not require a signature and should have been left at the door, not taken to the post office as FedEx claims. Despite visiting the post office twice, the package has not been located there. It has been challenging to speak with a live person at FedEx to resolve this issue. We have the tracking number available if needed.

I am currently awaiting a package that I have not received. Upon tracking it via FedEx's website, I discovered that it is being returned to the sender due to an alleged incorrect address. I have confirmed that the address I provided is accurate by reviewing my confirmation email. Upon further investigation, I found that the package was supposedly refused, which is not the case as I have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. I have been unable to reach a live person due to business hours, and with tomorrow being Sunday, I anticipate further difficulties in resolving this matter promptly.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my package, which seems to be rerouting away from my location in Maine (ME) towards Michigan (MI). It has been more than a week and a half, and I am concerned about the delay. The FedEx tracking number is #[redacted][redacted]. I contacted a representative last night, and he mentioned putting in a Smart Post, but I never received a follow-up call as promised. The package was last seen in Connecticut, then traveled to Ohio, and is now in Illinois. I would appreciate it if you could assist in rerouting the package back to me. I made a purchase at BestBuy on August 31st, and the initial shipping date changed, likely due to the item being out of stock. As a result, I missed the revised shipping date as I couldn't be home to sign for it. I attempted to update the shipping address to my work location, but FedEx indicated it couldn't be done due to restrictions. The package has been with FedEx since yesterday morning, with a delivery exception status. I am hoping to either modify the shipping address to my work or arrange for pickup at a nearby drop-off location.

My delivery was scheduled to arrive yesterday, and according to the FedEx website, it was on the truck at 6:37 am. However, at 6:06 pm, they claimed they attempted delivery, which did not happen. I was at home and watched my driveway the whole time. When I called at 6:15-6:20 pm, they said the driver couldn't return as he was already in Omaha, which is impossible since we are 45 minutes away. They also mentioned a door tag left, but it wasn't there. The package was meant to arrive at 8 am this morning, but it hasn't. I can't reach a live person now. I urgently need the package by 11:30 am today as it contains a fragile keyboard stand, and I'll be away from 4 to 8 pm. Please ensure delivery by the specified time without any exceptions.

I recently received a notification about a package with the ID#[redacted]0-[redacted]. Before I pay the 1,95€ tax, I encounter an issue when entering my Visa card number. I am experiencing a delivery issue. According to the tracking page, my package has not left the FedEx terminal. Initially, it was supposed to be delivered by 12 p.m. EST, but then it showed a delay without updating to "out for delivery." Now it claims an attempt was made to deliver, yet no one approached my door. The estimated delivery time has been extended to the end of the day, although the tracking still displays it at the terminal. I paid $30 for overnight shipping, but my package has not arrived.

Hello, my name is Gary Iscoe. I received a package with tracking number [redacted][redacted], containing a board game I bought from a seller on Mercari. Mercari says the package was given to the carrier, but FedEx tracking in my app still shows it as pending. I am confused by this contradictory information. Based on the FedEx proof of delivery, my package was marked as delivered on September 24th when I was not home. The signature on the document does not match mine, leaving me unsure of who accepted the package. I am concerned about the lack of ID verification for the person who signed for it. Even after discussing this with my apartment manager and confirming they did not receive the package, the document states it was delivered to my unit.

I sent a package from Del Mar, CA to Argentina for prescription medication that my son needs. Ten days later, someone from FedEx in Argentina called me stating they were having trouble delivering the package. The US tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The FedEx representative instructed my son to call [redacted], but no one answers despite numerous attempts. My son, based in Buenos Aires, mentioned he found a FedEx location about an hour away at Av. del Libertador [redacted] B1640 Martinez. He is willing to go there to retrieve the package. Recently, a FedEx package was misdelivered to a nearby commercial address. Despite the proximity of the locations, the package ended up in the rain all weekend due to the error. To prevent this from reoccurring, I aim to update the FedEx system by requesting signatures for the correct addresses. Additionally, flagging the addresses with their operational hours can help avoid deliveries after business hours. Notably, other carriers manage to correctly deliver to these addresses, highlighting this as a FedEx-specific issue. This experience has been aggravating as I have been unable to reach a live person at FedEx through phone or email for assistance.

I was expecting a FedEx delivery by 12:00 pm CST today. When I heard the truck, I went outside to signal the driver but he couldn't hear me over his loud music. Despite clear address markers on each house in our street, the driver seemed unable to locate my place promptly. I urgently needed the laptop before noon, but now the tracking says it won't arrive until the end of the day. I attempted to contact customer service to request the driver to come back and deliver it, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach a human for assistance.

I sent a package with FedEx, and the shipping label was printed in-store on September 26th. I was given a confirmation for the package to arrive by Monday, October 2nd. However, when checking the tracking history on Monday, it showed the package as pending. Upon calling, the latest update was that the package is on its way to the post office for the area. This status has remained the same for several days now.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the young driver who kindly returned my wallet today at Lakeline Mall in North Austin. The incident occurred around 10:15am outside World of Wine. Despite not catching his name, he swiftly retrieved my wallet after noticing it had slipped out of my pocket. His swift actions and honesty are truly commendable. I was incorrectly charged for a shipment that FedEx received but never delivered due to a governmental hold in Germany. It was then returned to me costing $[redacted]. I believe your company is responsible for the error as you authorized a shipment that was not permitted by a private individual. I refuse to pay this bill. Your staff should be aware of what can be shipped and what cannot. Customers trust the company's representatives to provide accurate information.

I am looking to speak with someone who genuinely cares, who can effectively address the issue, and who speaks fluent English like myself. Unfortunately, that seems impossible. I have discovered that even customers like me can't connect with a manager. Is there any leadership at FedEx? I cannot confirm this based on my experience. I observe a high level of mismanagement but no evident leadership support for me. I am unable to even contact the local distribution center where they are holding my packages until the contents spoil. Whom can I inform about the mismanagement? Does anyone care that your employees' actions are causing financial losses for your company, losses that will likely be transferred to the end users? I have just lost $[redacted] worth of meat for which your company is responsible. Despite tracking my package, what good is it if I cannot take any action to preserve it? I am unable to reach anyone to relay that there is perishable meat in that box. And now, it is being shipped again without my ability to request a signature or make any changes because you rely on impersonal customer service. Your company appears dismissive and overconfident.
