On December 23rd, I made a payment of $[redacted].37 to ship a package from North Carolina to Florida overnight. The package contains a battery charger for a medical device and was scheduled to arrive by noon today. However, the package did not arrive as expected. According to the package tracker, it is now delayed until Tuesday, December 27th. This delay is problematic as the package contains a vital medical device. I believe some form of compensation is necessary given the inconvenience and the high cost of the expedited shipping. I request a refund of at least half of the shipping fee. Furthermore, I urgently need the package to be delivered by Monday, December 26th at the latest. If this cannot be achieved, I will escalate my concerns to the company's corporate office.

I witnessed a delivery driver attempting to take back a package after placing it on my porch. I observed him take a photo of the delivery and then remove the package back to the truck. Upon noticing me on the porch, he quickly retrieved the package from the truck and handed it to me. It seemed he assumed no one was home since my car wasn't in the driveway, especially since I live on a corner. I intend to speak with a supervisor regarding this incident. I want to report that a fraudulent order of nearly $3,[redacted] was placed using my personal and credit card information. The order is set to be delivered to my home address today. I have already contacted my credit card company and reported the fraud. I am requesting the shipment to be returned to the shipper in Los Angeles, as I did not make this purchase.
I don't want to sign for the item upon delivery to avoid any complications related to accepting a fraudulent charge. The tracking number for the shipment is [redacted]95. I was not home when the FedEx driver attempted to deliver my package and couldn't reach anyone to request leaving it without a signature. Despite being home on the specified delivery date of Dec. 27 before 8 pm as per the tracking information, the package did not arrive. Now, I see that the package is seemingly on its way back to the sender from a location farther away. Is there a way I can have the package redelivered to my address or rerouted to a FedEx office?

I purchased an E-bike from California today through eBay. I am looking to expedite the shipping process as it hasn't shipped yet and am willing to pay extra for faster delivery. In the past couple of days, we have received packages from Chewy's that were left at the mailbox 1/4 mile down the driveway instead of being delivered to the house. Thankfully, they only contained kitty litter, not food. My wife and I, both dealing with disabilities due to age and health, find it inconvenient and challenging to move the boxes to the house. I would like the driver to fulfill their duty by delivering the packages to the house or have them replaced with a more capable driver. Considering we'll be receiving heavier food packages soon, resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't receive a package that was out for delivery due to snow and ice storms. Despite contact struggles with FedEx's AI, they claimed it was delivered when no driver appeared. After tracking, I discovered that the driver actually left the package at the local post office and falsely marked it as delivered. I've called FedEx thrice to report this, but the AI kept redirecting me because a case was already opened. I need to speak to a human at FedEx to address this issue. Thank you.

The tracking number [redacted]40 shows that the package is out for delivery daily, yet it has not been delivered. FedEx claims delivery attempts were made, citing no one was available. The delivery location has a surveillance camera and notes requesting the package to be left there. Despite this, FedEx insists on attempted deliveries. It seems likely the package remains at the Mahwah warehouse. Is it possible for me to collect it from there?

I would like to request that deliveries be made to the building (our garage) instead of roadside. Roadside deliveries often get wet, dirty, or blocked by snowplows, making it challenging to retrieve packages. Our delivery address is [redacted] Mittry Lane in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Delivery instructions: gate code [redacted], enter by walking around the gate or opening it, drop package at the first cabin inside the gate on the front porch. Today's delivery did not follow instructions. The door hanger was taped to the gate code keypad about [redacted] feet from our front door. We were home all day but no delivery came to the front door, and the signature boxes were not checked. No one was at the gate to receive the package. The snowboard product was not left at the front gate, which is good. I would like this resolved by having the delivery person follow the address and instructions, and inform us that a signature is required.

I received two mattresses from Walmart by mistake. FedEx collected one two days ago, but it was left unattended on my porch, blocking my entrance yesterday. I am inquiring about tracking number [redacted]03 for my [redacted]-pound anvil. According to the tracking information, the item arrived at the Ft. Myers, FL terminal at 2:46 AM today, but there have been no updates since then. The scheduled delivery time of 1:30 PM has passed, and after calling, I was informed it is en route for delivery by the end of the day, which seems unlikely now as it is past 6 PM. I have experienced issues with this vendor, VEVOR, before where items were lost and eventually found weeks later. Despite a chat message claiming delivery at 1 PM, the package has not arrived. In a prior incident, a different driver mistakenly delivered another package to me due to errors from the Ft. Myers terminal. I shipped Zeiss binoculars to their repair facility in Hebron, Kentucky in early January [redacted]. After authorizing repairs, I was informed it would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
On January 27, FedEx notified me that a package from Zeiss was en route, with an expected delivery date of January 30 between 10:50 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. Due to absence, I redirected the delivery to Walgreens at [redacted] Arlington Rd., Bethesda, MD. Despite the update, FedEx claimed the package was undeliverable on January 29, before the scheduled delivery date.
I subsequently received a message from FedEx on January 30 stating the delivery could not be completed and that the package was being returned to the shipper. As of now, I am uncertain of the package's current location.
