I bought an Automatic Folding Scooter from a fashion shop that I found on Facebook on September 2, [redacted], for $87.00 USD. I got an invoice and an order ID. However, I have not received the item yet. I tried reaching out to the fashion shop through various means and even contacted BigCommerce, which the fashion shop is powered by. Unfortunately, I was informed that the provided contact details ([redacted]) are not correct. I need assistance in resolving this issue so I can either get the scooter for my disabled mom or receive a refund. I initially trusted the advertisement on Facebook, so I hope to get this sorted out soon.

I have a Facebook account that I used on my Windows laptop. Recently, when I tried to sign in on my new Android phone using the same username and password, Facebook said they were incorrect. I attempted to fix it by signing out of my laptop, but the issue persisted on my phone. I reset my password and received a code via email to create a new password. When I tried to sign in with the new password, I encountered two-factor authentication, which I wasn't aware of. I unintentionally signed out of Facebook on my laptop, making it challenging to retrieve the code from the "code generator." I've been struggling to access my account for over a week, and I'm worried about Facebook locking me out after 14 days. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have completed the identification verification process through Facebook by submitting a photo ID. Subsequently, I was provided with a web link to regain access to my account using a temporary password. However, the provided link was invalid, and despite multiple attempts to use the temporary password, I kept receiving an error message stating it was invalid. I have followed up via email several times as instructed, yet the issue persists. After waiting 24 hours as advised, the problem remains unresolved. I am eager to resolve this matter and regain access to my Facebook account. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

About a year ago, I created a Facebook account but closed it soon after due to being unfamiliar with using phones. Recently, it was reactivated by a hacker who now has access to all my details. Despite changing my PIN and phone number, the issue persists. The only thing they don't have is my current number. Please contact me via phone, text, or email with any information you have regarding this unauthorized Facebook activity. I need details on when, how, who, where, and all passwords associated with this account for legal action purposes. Please ensure they do not make any changes to or close the active account.

I was playing Word Blitz on Messenger when the screen suddenly went blank. A message said my session had timed out and prompted me to log in, but I got a wrong password notification. After a few attempts, the account showed my husband's name and asked if it was me, which I denied. When I re-entered my email, it said there was no account associated with it. On Facebook, a similar message about the session timing out led me to click a link, only to find out my account was disabled. I've lost access to Messenger, Facebook, texting, and emailing. My name is Michelle Marshall, phone [redacted], and email [redacted].

My Facebook account has been hacked by someone unknown. I am not sure when or how it happened. Recently, a friend mentioned that I accepted their friend request, which I did not do. In [redacted], I changed my password but have since forgotten both the password and the associated email due to being preoccupied with studies. I decided to try accessing my account again after several months but could only remember my previous password. I also updated my Facebook contact number at that time. Lately, I have been receiving messages from friends questioning why I had been inactive for so long on Facebook. I believe my identity has been compromised, and I am unsure of where to seek help. I am sharing this here in hopes of receiving assistance or guidance on how to address this issue properly. Thank you for any support you can provide.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed. Despite trying all my usual passwords, I got locked out and needed to recover it. Unfortunately, my email account linked to it was old, and I couldn't access it due to changes from Hotmail to Outlook. The friends listed to help me recover the account weren't successful, and I encountered wait time issues. I'm frustrated by the difficulty in resolving this and the lack of available support.

Subject: Request for Restoring Disabled Facebook Account Dear Sir, I, Artiman Tripathi, a retired class one government officer from Lucknow, India, write to address the issue of my disabled Facebook account. For the past eight years, my account, with approximately [redacted] carefully chosen friends, has been an active and respected platform where I share positive thoughts and analyses of current events. I am a staunch humanitarian and advocate against terrorism and jihadism, promoting pro-government sentiments. On October 18, [redacted], to my surprise, my account was inexplicably disabled by Facebook. Despite my immediate efforts to provide proof of identity and appeal the decision by submitting various personal documents, my account remains disabled. I have always respected and adhered to Facebook's rules and regulations and am willing to comply with any conditions set by the authorities. I kindly request the Facebook Administration to consider reinstating my account, assuring them of my commitment to following the platform's guidelines diligently. I apologize for any inadvertent errors and pledge to conduct myself responsibly on Facebook going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Artiman Tripathi

I have set up the two-factor authentication on Facebook, which texts a code to verify my login. However, the phone number linked to my account is outdated, and my current phone, which has my Facebook account, fell into a lake. I never updated my phone number on Facebook. Now I can't receive the authentication code sent to the old number. I also have Trusted Contacts in place, but I am unsure how to access my account through them with the two-factor authentication enabled. I need to regain access to my Facebook account. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Facebook, accusing me of posting negative content about the president and being racist, which I did not do. The person also made derogatory remarks about my sexual orientation. I asked for clarification on the post in question, but the caller was insulting. How can I defend myself in this situation and prevent being wrongly targeted by Facebook? I make an effort to keep my page free of political rants and personal attacks. The caller identified as Ralph Lorenzo, and the call appeared to be from Facebook on the phone ID, even though Nomorobo intercepted the first call.

I have been targeted by someone who has been harassing me through my cell phone and Facebook, leading to a recent issue where I was reported for violating community standards over a harmless reference to a TV show. I am an actress who enjoys discussing sitcoms, and this situation has escalated to threats including contacting my employer and the police. I am in the process of filing a police report for the threatening behavior. As an adult, I value my freedom of speech and do not believe I committed any hate crimes. I would appreciate it if action could be taken against the individual harassing me on Facebook. It is disheartening to have my online activity scrutinized, especially when it's meant in jest or not meant to offend. I feel victimized by this situation and hope for a resolution that holds both parties accountable for their actions to prevent future incidents.

I have not used my Facebook account in years. I remember the account name and password, but now I need to verify my identity by identifying my friends in photos. Unfortunately, I couldn't recognize many of the people in the pictures, and after trying twice, I exceeded the hourly limit for recovery attempts. Now it's asking me to contact three people randomly selected from my contacts, but I only know two of the options provided. Can anyone advise me on how to bypass this security measure and access my account with the known credentials?

Hello, I recently created a Facebook page and have been running an advertisement for the past week. Despite high engagement, I've only received one message from a customer. When I tried messaging my page through my personal account using the "send a message" option on the advertisement post, the messages didn't appear in my page's inbox. I've disabled instant replies and automated responses but the issue persists. It seems that the messages only show up when customers send multiple messages after clicking "send message" on the ad post. Any insights on what might be causing this or how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am unsure if you handle Instagram support like Facebook, but I want to give it a shot. I am sorry for not following the guidelines. My account has been disabled, although I believe this is a mistake as I did not intend to break any app terms. I have worked hard on my page for many days, and it is important to me. I never received a warning before my account was disabled. I have tried to reach out multiple times and only received one response asking for a picture with my face and a code. My account remains inactive. I truly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

My account username is Kamil Lols, with the "Save Gaza" picture and my gallery is full of childhood pictures. Unfortunately, my Facebook account was hacked. It happened around 5 years ago, and I've been unable to recover it since. I'm willing to provide any necessary proof, such as sending you my picture, to verify my identity. My recovery email, [redacted], is an old account that I no longer use or remember. I admit I should have updated my recovery email, and I apologize for the oversight. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my old account. Thank you.

Hello! I just started using Facebook yesterday, October 20, [redacted], on my PC. I discovered that an old game I thought was discontinued, Party Town, is still operational on Facebook. I made an account specifically to play this game. While making in-game friends, I opted to use an alias instead of my real name since I felt it couldn't be hidden on my profile. However, my account got disabled, presumably because I used a non-personal profile picture and the alias. I appreciate Facebook's efforts to maintain safety by preventing spam and bots, and I acknowledge the importance of using real names on the platform. I would like to request to have my account reinstated so I can continue using it. If necessary, I am willing to change my alias back to my real name.

My account was hacked, and I'm unable to recover it as the hacker changed the email associated with it. They have also accessed my email and deleted Facebook messages. I have followed all instructions but cannot regain access without my original email. Even when I try using my name or phone number, Facebook does not recognize it as my account. I have provided a picture of my driver's license with my details. Since I can't be reached via the altered email, here is my partner's email [redacted], or you can reach me by calling or texting [redacted]. I urgently need assistance.

I am unable to access my Facebook account, receiving an email stating it was disabled for impersonation. After submitting my driver's license to verify my identity, I have not had my account reinstated. Following further exchanges, I was asked to send additional confirmation of my identity through specific documents. Despite resubmitting the required information, I am uncertain if the process is advancing. This is impacting my ability to communicate with friends in my cancer support groups, causing me distress.
