I created my Facebook account in [redacted] with the phone number [redacted]7. Unfortunately, on October 5th, [redacted], an unknown individual hacked my account. They added their email address as my primary contact, allowing them to reset my password and take over my account. Now, I am unable to reset my password or remove their email address. I fear they might log me out of my Facebook or use my identity for fraudulent activities. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. When I enter my password, it says it is incorrect. The email address I used for my Facebook account is no longer accessible because I created my account 9 years ago. I still have the phone number linked to the account, but when I receive a code and try to log in, it says it is linked to a different Facebook account that is not mine. I humbly request your assistance as I have been using this account for 9 years and have many memories and friends on there that I don't want to lose.

During a 4-month hospital stay, a hacker from my friends list gained access to my Facebook account, changing the password and contact details. They used the account to spread falsehoods about me and solicit money from my contacts. Now, the account seems to have been deleted as I cannot locate it via search or by friends. I have involved the court, but they require evidence. My aim is to recover my Facebook account with the login as [redacted] Thank you.

I had to change my password after someone gained unauthorized access to my account and altered it. Now, I cannot log in using my email as it says it is not linked to any Facebook account. Although I found my profile by searching my name, I cannot access it with my password. My account has been inactive since September, and I have been unable to resolve this issue despite attempting various solutions on my phone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received a request to verify my account on Facebook. My username is Nannie Jue, but my actual name is Julie Sims. Initially, I thought the emails were phishing attempts and that my account had been hacked, so I deleted the first email from Facebook. A week later, I was prompted again, and out of fear of providing my ID, I sent a photo of myself. Now, I am locked out of my account. Being unable to access my account is frustrating, especially since many of my other accounts are linked to Facebook, and I rely on it to stay connected with friends and family overseas. I have been using the same account for over a decade, and I have used the name Nannie Jue on Facebook for seven years, ever since my daughter was pregnant with my nearly 7-year-old granddaughter. This situation is causing me significant distress, and I would appreciate it if Facebook could unlock my account so I can provide the necessary verification.

Please unlock my account, Facebook, and I am willing to provide further proof of my identity. This issue is taking a toll on my well-being as I can't access my account.

After obtaining a restraining order against my daughter, she posted harmful content about me on social media, violating the terms of the order. Despite efforts from friends and family, the post remains online. Facebook removed one post but not another, which is concerning. I have blocked her but need assistance in getting the post removed. Every attempt to report it results in an error message, prompting me to seek direct contact with Facebook for further assistance due to the ongoing comments and situation.

I've received numerous codes from Facebook, but none of them have been accepted. I'm trying to access my Facebook account, but I'm not sure if it's been hacked or if there's a widespread issue. I just want to connect with people, and Facebook is not cooperating. It's frustrating that Facebook requires a code it sends but then doesn't accept it.

While browsing through various news feeds, I came across a post showcasing a collection in PUBG Mobile. Intrigued, I delved into the comments and stumbled upon a recommendation by a user named Asif Khan for a sale on a specific website. Upon visiting the site and diligently following the instructions provided, I encountered a step that required logging in through Facebook. After completing this, I tried to access my Facebook account but was met with a notification stating it had been disabled. This dilemma has also affected my ability to open my Instagram account. I seek assistance in recovering my Facebook account to rectify this issue promptly and am committed to ensuring such errors are not repeated in the future.

I clicked on a link provided by your page, uploaded my driver's license, and entered my email associated with the hacked account. I recently received two unexpected text messages from Facebook regarding a password reset code, even though I did not request one. Additionally, I received an email stating that there are login issues with my Facebook account, which is not accurate as I can log in without any problems. I am concerned about someone trying to access my account since the messages were sent to my new phone number not associated with Facebook. Can you help me determine who is attempting to reset my password and access my account using this new number?

I need assistance with someone who has cloned my Facebook account "Wetz miles," using the OSU BUCKEYE Slogan. This individual is misusing my Messenger to make inappropriate calls and harass my friends. I know the culprits: Tim H., Patrick V., Pat T., Nicodeme G., and Donnie M. I've been wrongfully fired due to this impersonation. I can't report the account and my friends are unsure how to help. Another account with a picture of my son and me is inaccessible, possibly linked to the issue. These individuals are skilled hackers. In Spain, hackers are prosecuted, and I wish the same laws applied here. I seek help in addressing this serious matter. Thank you.

A friend recently reactivated their Messenger account after a brief hiatus and encountered an issue where several friends, including myself, were unable to message them. I was instructed to re-add them as a friend, but I did not see an "add friend" button on my Messenger page. We usually communicate via SMS using phone numbers, but I'd also like to follow their Facebook page or blog. Our friend mentioned that this problem might be due to having too many friends, which was confusing to them as well. Ultimately, we just want to have the ability to converse with each other on Messenger.

I am having trouble messaging a friend on Facebook. Even though he fixed his issues, I still can't reach him. Facebook mentioned he had too many friends, and we should re-add him. However, I can't find the friend button to add him again. How can I fix this so I can start messaging him again?

I am Stefanie M. and my email is [redacted] I've been banned from Facebook due to posting in an anti-pitbull group. I believe Natalie B. and/or her husband Aaron B. are lodging complaints against me. Natalie has harassed me and my boyfriend for ten years. Recently, she hacked our social media accounts, including my boyfriend, Travis K.'s, Facebook. We have contacted the police multiple times about her. She creates fake accounts to continue the harassment even after we block them. I don't want to lose my Facebook account because of her actions. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you, Stefanie M.

My account on +[redacted]91 has been blocked due to "suspicious activity," but there is nothing suspicious about it. My phone number is registered with Voxi under my name, Adrian Barge, the same as my Facebook account. There is absolutely nothing suspicious about my genuine account. I am suffering from PTSD, and Facebook is my link to the outside world, so I'm disappointed my account was blocked. I even sent my genuine picture, and it's still blocked.

I've had my account hacked a few months ago, and now it's been hacked again, leaving me unable to access it. I've lost access to both my email and phone number linked to my Facebook account. Despite changing my password, the hacker managed to change it back immediately, making it impossible for me to log in for three weeks now.

I believe my Facebook account was hacked as my passwords were changed. Resetting doesn't work as I no longer have access to the old phone number or email linked to the account. The hacker also removed my email from the account. I'm missing sentimental photos of my grandparents that I hope to recover. I've tried reaching out for help but haven't made progress. Restoring my account is important to me as I use it to stay connected with family.
