Dear Facebook Team, I am Nabila E Metwalli, writing to address a recurring issue with my account being partially blocked for the third time. Initially, it was blocked for one week, then two weeks, and now another week, with approximately 24-hour intervals between each restriction. I am confused and concerned about this ongoing situation. The message I see on my account states: "ACTION BLOCKED: You are temporarily blocked from performing certain actions on Facebook due to unusual activity detected on your account. Your account will be limited until October 12 at 1:28 AM." Additionally, my friends have informed me that a message saying "Bye Nabila" appears when they try to interact with my account. I attempted to contact customer service at [redacted], but it seems this number is no longer valid. I am worried that my account might have been compromised. How can I resolve this issue? I have been experiencing ongoing problems with your marketplace. I am unable to post anything for sale or in search of items. I see other posts looking for various items, but unfortunately, my posts always seem to violate your policies. I would greatly appreciate it if Facebook could assist me and provide some answers. It would be helpful if there was a toll-free number like many other companies offer for addressing issues.

Yesterday, a friend sent me a YouTube video link on Facebook Messenger, which prompted me to enter my Facebook password and use face recognition to access it. However, I was unable to open the link even after doing so, and then it asked me to install a VPN. Realizing I was being hacked, I ceased any further action. Now, the same video link is being sent to all my friends through Messenger. I have already changed my password to prevent further issues. Should I take any additional steps to secure my account?

I am part of an active Facebook fan group with approximately [redacted] members. Unfortunately, the sole administrator has fallen seriously ill and is currently unable to manage the group or provide access to the necessary information. We are working to locate their Lasting Power of Attorney to transfer ownership of the group and its valuable archive to the fan club members. We are eager to ensure that neither the group nor the archive is lost. Could you please advise on the process for facilitating this transition from your end? Additionally, what criteria need to be met for a member to be granted administrator privileges in a situation where the current administrator is incapacitated?

A few days ago, my account was hacked, and now I am unable to log in with my password. I have an old hotmail email from nearly 10 years ago that was only linked to Facebook, but I can't remember its details. While my messenger is working, I can't access the Facebook app directly. I submitted my driver's license for ID verification and also attempted to link my main email to help with logging in, but Facebook still shows my account tied to the old hotmail address.

I recently came across a photo of my granddaughter at six months old in a "remember post" on Facebook. The photo has been tagged and posted with a hidden message that I am unable to view, but it has garnered over [redacted],[redacted] views. I have tried to delete the post and disconnect from the individual who tagged and messaged the photo, but have been unsuccessful. The person who tagged the photo has a masked face, and I keep receiving notifications about a hidden message even after logging out of Facebook.

Hello Facebook Support Team, I have encountered a recurring issue with my Facebook account being blocked multiple times. The blocks happened consecutively, lasting one week, two weeks, and currently ongoing with about a day in between each block. Each time I attempt to access my account, I am met with a message stating: “ACTION BLOCKED: You are temporarily restricted from performing certain actions on Facebook due to unusual activity detected on your account. Your account will be limited until October 12 at 1:48 AM.” Additionally, friends have reported receiving a message saying “Bye [redacted]” when trying to engage with my posts prior to or between the blocks. I am concerned this may be a hacking attempt. I have tried reaching out to customer service via a number found on Google, but the line was inactive. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I need help removing a post I tried to promote on Instagram. I made a post for my business on Instagram that I wanted to promote. Instagram flagged it for having a question that might make people feel their privacy is being violated. I wanted to delete the post, so I removed the ad from Facebook. However, on Instagram, the promotion status is pending, and I can't find an option to delete it when I check the insights.

My name is Tasha L. and my Facebook page was hacked about a month ago under the name Monic L. I reported this issue from my new page Tasha L., but it was disabled without any explanation after I reported the hacking incident. I am confused about why this happened and would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me or reinstate my page. I only reported the hack and did nothing wrong. I would like to regain access to both of my pages, Monic Liggins and Tasha Liggins.

My account was hacked, and despite changing my password, the hacker changed my password and email address again. When I try to recover my account, I can't find it. Although I can sometimes locate it using my phone number, when I try the "forgot password" option, it says my ID is already in use. I uploaded my ID for verification but have not heard back. This has been ongoing for over a week. I urgently need access to my account for my photos and memories. Once I retrieve them, I'm fine with deleting the account. I've already tried all options, including the Facebook hacked accounts help page. If anyone can assist me in recovering my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have had my account for over ten years, but it has recently been disabled by Facebook for 30 days due to alleged violations. My Apple device and Facebook account were hacked, causing me trouble accessing my account where I connect with my family. I am concerned about the 8 recorded violations on my account for posting nudity, which goes against Facebook's policies. Hello, my name is Muaz Ben Hurani. I have been using my Facebook account for approximately 10 years, and I recently received a notice stating that my account has been disabled without a clear explanation. I maintain that I have not violated any of the platform's guidelines. Several of my friends locally have also experienced sudden account deactivations, and I believe this may be a mistake. I am looking to promote a video on my Facebook account. When I try to request a manual review due to the text-heavy image, it prompts me to boost the post before the review can happen. However, I cannot locate the boost button on the page, preventing me from proceeding further with the manual review process.

Hello, I've encountered an issue with my account being blocked from the marketplace due to pop sockets, which I no longer sell. I am experiencing an issue where whenever I open a new tab or window on Facebook using Chrome, my full name is automatically entered into the search bar without my input. This happens each time I open a new tab and does not occur when using Internet Explorer. I have tried clearing my Facebook searches and Chrome history from the past seven days, but the problem persists. This issue started three days ago, and I am seeking guidance on how to resolve it.

Hello, I deleted my Facebook business account that was linked to an Instagram account, and now I can't disconnect the Instagram account. I need to link it to our new business page on a different account. I've tried to reactivate the account to disconnect the Instagram but can't log back in. I hope there is a solution to this issue. My wife and I traveled abroad as we've done before, but we're unable to log in to our account. I have correctly submitted the photo identification, but it's still not approved.
