On September 23, just before going to bed, I noticed my Facebook account was logged out of my device. I attempted to log in multiple times but received an "invalid password" message. Despite not changing my password for years, I managed to log back in after several tries. I received a notification that someone in the UK was trying to access my account via an iPhone 6 Plus. When prompted, I accidentally confirmed it was me. However, on September 24 in the late morning, I was logged out again and unable to access my account due to an "old password" error. After many failed attempts, my account was disabled. I reached out to Facebook for help, but they permanently disabled my account for violating their terms. I am desperate to recover my account as it holds all my precious memories. Can you assist me in regaining access? What measures are in place to support victims of hacking who struggle to regain access to their accounts like me?

I have noticed multiple Facebook accounts under my name. I am waiting for verification codes from trusted contacts. However, this morning, I found that my Facebook account is empty. I have discovered three different accounts, one with my profile photo. When I tried to log in, it requested an email that is not associated with me. I have been experiencing issues for months, and with my Facebook inaccessible, I'm unsure how to resolve this situation.

Hello, I am aware that I am blocked until October 13th, and I understand the reason for it. However, I cannot comprehend why my Facebook profile has been deleted entirely. Today, I received an email instructing me to log in by clicking a specific button that led me to a page to upload a photo. I followed the instructions and uploaded pictures of just myself, which were clear, but Facebook is not accepting them. I have been using Facebook for 9 years and have many precious photos of my children when they were younger and my family. Please allow me to retrieve them. I had a troubling experience on Facebook. I encountered a problematic individual who reported me as spam after I called him out for his behavior. A few years back, my old Facebook page was hacked by someone running a [redacted] scam, causing distress to my friends. I took all the necessary steps to address the situation but now face a new issue. Despite having a trouble-free account named "Red Wolfe" for over three years, it was recently flagged as spam due to this person's actions. Facebook disabled my account and requested proof of identification. I provided my driver's license and updated all details on my profile to match. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Facebook, and this is concerning as I rely on the platform to communicate with my son who is currently deployed in the military.

I need to contact Facebook customer support regarding a business page issue. An ex-girlfriend left a fake review on our page even though she never used our service and is not a customer. I have tried reporting the review multiple times using different options such as harassment and irrelevance, but Facebook has not responded or removed the review. This vindictive review is causing significant harm to my business, and I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue.

I had trouble accessing my profile due to a password issue. Despite changing it multiple times, I continued to have login problems. Eventually, I created a second profile, unknowingly violating the rules and leading to the disabling of my first account. I would like to have my original profile reactivated, but I now have a new email address and phone number as I can't recall the old phone number. Hello Facebook Security Support, My Facebook account has been hacked, as indicated by this notice. Despite trying various methods suggested by Facebook support, I have been unable to regain access. The hacker changed all my passwords, email, and phone number associated with my account. Since gaining control of my account, the hacker has been impersonating me to deceive my friends and relatives. Hello team, I am Anant, and my Facebook account, Anant Sharma, has been falsely reported for impersonation for the second time. Despite providing my Passport copy to Facebook support the first time, my account was incorrectly blocked and then reinstated after I proved my identity. Now, the issue has recurred, and Facebook is not being helpful. They requested photos where I hold my ID, which I promptly provided, but they claimed the photos were unclear and asked for more. I submitted multiple clear photos taken with a DSLR, but now they are unresponsive, ignoring my emails. This is affecting me as I manage a Facebook group with over 137k members, and being the sole admin, I cannot regain control easily. I suspect jealousy or a hacked account may be the cause. I am experiencing difficulty adding a username to my business page on Facebook. I recently created a new Facebook page for my business due to the length of my previous page's name. Despite following various online guides to create a username for the page, every time I attempt it, I receive a message stating "This Page isn't eligible to have a username." I have even tried adding another admin to the page, as suggested in YouTube tutorials, but this has not helped. Without a username, I am unable to network or promote my business on Facebook without paying for advertising. How can I resolve this issue?

My Facebook account was mistakenly disabled due to a third-party infringement report. The company in charge of monitoring for infringements made an error by mistaking a cowboy t-shirt for a Dallas Cowboys t-shirt. Despite acknowledging their mistake when I clarified the issue, they have failed to provide the necessary link to update the report. I'm currently unable to access my Facebook ad account, impacting my ability to earn an income. Each time I reach out to Facebook support, I receive a standard response and the issue remains unresolved after 2-3 years of contact. I am solely focused on restoring my account and am unaware of any other errors on my part.

My username was removed automatically and is now unavailable. I navigated to my profile and clicked on the username option (facebook.com/username). When I canceled and refreshed, the box was empty. Upon trying to re-enter my username, it stated it was taken. I am looking to contact Facebook regarding this issue, as it was not due to my actions but rather an error on Facebook's part. Will usernames be released after a certain period of time? When entering "facebook.com/...", instead of my username, it shows an error message. I wish to have my original username back as I did not change it.

Hello team, I have been using my account for over 9 years, and it has been disabled because I mistakenly shared a video containing nudity scenes with my brother as a joke. It was a regrettable error, and I did not intend for this to happen. I have been experiencing issues with my account being hacked repeatedly over the last few weeks. I changed my password multiple times during this period, but now I am unable to log in as none of the passwords seems to work. I suspect the hacker may have altered my password. Unfortunately, I am unable to use my phone number to log in or reset my password, nor can I access the email address linked to my Facebook account, as it was created years ago and I can no longer access it. It has been approximately a month since I updated my email address. I would greatly appreciate it if a temporary password could be sent to my updated email or phone number to regain access to my account. While I am open to creating a new account, I have many photo albums on the current account that I am unable to access. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Hello, my Facebook account was hacked recently. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. The hackers removed my phone number and email, even changing the password. Typically, I stay logged in on my phone, but one day I found myself logged out without being able to log back in. Hello, my Facebook account was disabled on Tuesday, May 28th, and now it is disabled again. This happened because a person who bullies me reported my account as fake, even though it is genuine. I attempted to change my birth year but was unable to do so. As a solution, I plan to provide my ID card for verification in hopes that you can update my birth year promptly.

I have a business in San Antonio, Texas, and I'm not very savvy with computers. A friend posted pictures for me, but also included other images without my knowledge. I don't understand why people do such things. Now, due to this, I have a difficult customer to handle on my first or second attempt. I want to learn how to post my own pictures to avoid such issues. Please assist me with this. I apologize for any inconvenience. This incident should not impact my business negatively in the future. I've been running an Antiques and used furniture store for 28 years at the same location. I am finally venturing into the online world with "Antiques on Hildebrand" managed by Robert Barrett.

I have sold three laptops through Facebook Marketplace to Meri S. residing at [redacted] Twisted Antler Drive, Charleston, SC [redacted]. Despite our agreements and records, she consistently avoids reimbursing the $69.65 she owes me. It has been two weeks since the laptops were delivered, as per USPS tracking on October 4th, [redacted]. Meri has presented fake funeral images from Google, alleging they are of her aunt's, as one of the excuses for not paying. She also operates a selling account on Marketplace. Is there a way to address this issue, such as suspending her selling account due to non-payment for the laptops she purchased from me?
