I have repeatedly informed Facebook that I no longer have access to the phone number they were sending verifications to. Even after sending them my identification several times, they continued to send the verification to the old number that I could not receive. Despite multiple attempts, the verifications were still being sent to the outdated phone number. It became a frustrating situation, but eventually, after investing many hours, the issue was resolved.

I believe my new account has been disabled due to having more than one account. One was associated with a business page that I couldn't convert to a personal profile, so I deleted it. The other was an old account I had forgotten about, which I also deleted. However, it takes 30 days for accounts to be fully removed. I have submitted the necessary documents and verified my account through two-factor authentication using my phone number, but my account remains deactivated. I am eager to use it and only wish to have one account.
