I used to have a Facebook account where I promoted my shampoo company's products until March [redacted]. My account on Facebook got disabled without any explanation. I reached out by using the "disabled the accident" form and emailed [redacted] Here is the email I sent:
"Dear Facebook,
I'm trying to understand the reason for disabling my account associated with [redacted] and [redacted] I've sent multiple requests for help along with my identification but haven't received a response. I am confident that I didn't use a fake name or share inappropriate content on my account, unless it was compromised.
Could it be due to my other account [redacted]? I recently updated my primary email. If having multiple accounts is the issue, I apologize. Is there a way to merge the email addresses from the disabled account to my active one? Currently, I get a message saying "the account linked to this email has been disabled" when I try. I can provide proof that both accounts belong to me if necessary.

I received a notification informing me that someone tried to access my Facebook from another device, which caused me to be logged out of both Facebook and Messenger on my phone. Despite getting the two-factor authentication code, entering it repeatedly resulted in an error message, preventing me from logging in. I requested multiple new codes, none of which worked. I have been receiving multiple notices from FB stating that I have violated their policies in my group posts, even though I have not been able to post due to restrictions. My group has also lost over [redacted] members in the last 6 months, which is concerning. Recently, I tried to post on my personal account and it was flagged for policy violation, even though I received no prior notification. The post is still up and receiving likes. I urgently require someone to contact me immediately! I find it unfair that I received a 7-day suspension for posting a photo in a group on Facebook when the same image is allowed by another member shortly after. This inconsistency is frustrating, and I request for my suspension to be reversed. The situation clearly shows a double standard where I am penalized for something while another person is not. I am prepared to escalate this issue if necessary to address the double standards on Facebook. The photos I share in the mentioned groups are sourced from other Facebook groups. The toll-free number for "Facebook" was not only found on Google search results. In fact, this number and similar ones have been shared within Facebook itself, particularly on pages where users seek assistance, for over a year now. In an example, a user questioned the authenticity of the number, and a member of the company's Help Team replied stating, "There isn't a number to contact Facebook. ... It sounds like the email or notification you saw is likely a scam." It remains uncertain if the Help Team member escalated the issue to higher authorities for further examination.

I believe our selling group was one of the first on Facebook. We started Somerset Buy and Sell about 9/10 years ago and have dedicated so much effort to our group. Over time, Facebook has evolved into a large selling community, even introducing Marketplace.
It is extremely unfair that I woke up today to discover our selling group was permanently deleted without any explanation other than it violated community standards. Can you assist us in reinstating our beloved group?
The countless hours my team and I invested in this group to ensure everyone’s safety have now been abruptly taken away by a computer, causing both mental and physical shock. It is unjust that members can continue reporting issues that we might miss. They should contact us directly instead!

During my research, I came across a company called Zealous Machinery on Facebook, which seemed legitimate and was based in China. They showed me the machine I wanted, and I initiated the transaction. I have been receiving emails to one of my email addresses that is not associated with Facebook. The emails mention an account under the name "Suz****RSDf****s" which I don't recall creating. Following some online advice to resolve this, I tried adding this email to my regular Facebook account to remove it from other accounts. I am reaching out on behalf of my friend, Kaldo Umbrella, who has experienced a Facebook account hack. The hacker has stolen all his personal information, contacts, and photos. The hacker changed his email, password, mobile number, and account name, leaving Kaldo unable to recover his account. The hacker is now using the account to send virus links to more potential victims.
Kaldo's original account was at www.facebook.com/Kaldo-Umbrella and his original email was [redacted] His phone number in Estonia was +[redacted]7, and his password was 2Taktiette.
Despite numerous attempts by Kaldo, including sending identification photos, he has not received assistance. The hacker has changed the account name to Kask Sergei and is continuously posting malicious links.
Please help us in resolving this issue as Kaldo is extremely distressed and unable to reconnect with his friends in Thailand.

When I attempt to search within a group, I consistently receive a message with a sad face icon stating 'We couldn't find anything for ????' and offering suggestions like searching for people or posts by name or location. To troubleshoot, I created a new profile with a different name and noticed that the search function works flawlessly with the new profile, producing results instead of the sad face message.
I'm perplexed as to why my original FB profile limits my ability to search within groups while the new profile does not encounter this issue. Is there a solution to rectify this problem, such as resetting my FB profile settings without losing the existing data?

As an admin on the Tatum ISD Facebook page, I am requesting the removal of reviews related to a contentious movement instigated by a local woman regarding school policies on hair length. She is spreading misinformation and inciting individuals, some of whom are not even local, to protest against our school based on falsehoods. Legal action is being taken, and we urgently need the review option disabled until this matter is resolved.
