I created a Facebook account over the summer to participate in Carnegie Mellon University student groups. I only used the account to access these groups and converse with a couple of individuals. However, one day when I attempted to log in, I received a notification requesting a photo of me for identity verification. Although my account had no pictures, I followed the instructions. Subsequently, Facebook deactivated my account citing a violation of their terms and conditions. I am certain I did not breach any rules and I am unwilling to provide my ID number or any personal details to Facebook. I would like clarification on the specific terms and conditions I have allegedly violated and request the reactivation of my account. We are reaching out concerning a concerning message from Facebook about our 7-year-old child. A retired friend with FBI background raised issues about Facebook’s message, regarding images of our son at a resort buying ice cream. Another photo showed him in a cowboy hat jumping into a pool. We are deeply disturbed by Facebook's mention of "child nudity" and want to emphasize this is completely against our values as parents. This incident has left us feeling violated and hurt. We seek a resolution from Facebook that respects our values and parenting, and we hope to be compensated for this distress. I have exhausted all possible ways to reach out to Facebook regarding my account. I have tried contacting them through the help center and community help center, but have not received any response. A woman is using my picture on a false profile, harassing me, being disrespectful, and posting inappropriate content all over Facebook. I am tired of the threats and the situation. I have reported this more than once, but she keeps creating new accounts. My Facebook account is meant for my children, who are no longer with me, and only contains family pictures. I need this matter to be addressed as soon as possible to stop this individual from using my identity.

Hello, I am looking for assistance with my Facebook account that has been hacked twice in the past four days. Although I was able to regain access after the first hack and saw all my information intact, the second hacking incident resulted in the loss of my data from December [redacted] to September [redacted]. I shared a warning video on Messenger assuming it was a secure platform with end-to-end encryption. I was surprised when my Messenger and Facebook accounts got deactivated. I always believed that WhatsApp and Messenger were encrypted. I didn't post anything on Facebook, so I'm puzzled why my account was deactivated. I messaged a cousin privately on Messenger to warn her because I felt she needed to be cautious about certain things. I hope my Facebook account can be reactivated as I've learned my lesson. It was an innocent error, and I'll ensure it doesn't recur.

I am Cheryl Lynne N., a 59-year-old disabled individual. Unfortunately, my Facebook and Messenger accounts were hacked. On September 6, I created a new Facebook account using my middle and maiden name, with new pictures. I did not report my own account. I was asked to verify my identity by taking a picture, which was humiliating for me, and also added a profile picture. I completed the two-factor authentication using my cell number. It is distressing to go through this process. I rely on Facebook for games to get me through the day. I hope that Facebook can see that I took all the necessary security steps and trust their own security features. My new Facebook is under the name Lynne Dutton. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account after switching phones. My account is under the name Emalee Shelby, but I created it in [redacted], so I am unsure which email is associated with it. When attempting to log in, it says my password is wrong, and the reset option goes to the phone number [redacted], which is not my current number. Unfortunately, I have important memories and photos, particularly of my late child from [redacted], on this account. I have tried various solutions with no success. The username is pageemalee, created around January [redacted] as Emalee Page, later changed to Emalee Shelby after my marriage in [redacted].

I was at Stokely Memorial Library in Newport, Tennessee, seeking help from a staff member to access my old Facebook account. It seems Facebook flagged it because it was being accessed from an unrecognized computer, suspecting possible hacking. Despite this, I can assure you it was me trying to log in. The email associated with the account is rowdy_reese@ya and the old password is something similar to "womenandwine#1." The account has plenty of pictures and over [redacted] friends; I really need access to retrieve pictures of my deceased daughter and her friend. There are photos of horses and music-related content. Please assist me in recovering my account as it is very important to me.

While on Facebook, I was alerted about suspicious activity on my account. Despite several attempts to log in, I never received the verification code it mentioned. Now, it's stuck on a page requesting a phone number for the code, but won't progress or let me add a number. My friends report missing tags and my profile picture is now blank like my account vanished. I've had this account since [redacted] without any prior issues. I recently shared a photo on Facebook for my business focusing on women's rights and empowerment. Initially, I was informed that the post did not violate any community standards, and I received an apology from Facebook. However, shortly after, the photo was taken down, citing a breach of community standards. I believe the content was appropriate and I have evidence to support this. I have screenshots showing the approval followed by the removal of the post, all with timestamps. It's frustrating to deal with this situation, but I have the censored photo available for review if needed.

I have never posted anything inappropriate, and the music I uploaded was always censored or without vulgarity. However, my account was suddenly disabled without any explanation. I tried creating a new account with my Gmail, which worked for a while but was disabled too. This happened to three more new accounts within minutes of creating them. I was frustrated and confused as I only used Facebook to stay in touch with close friends for emergencies like the recent hurricane. I need help understanding why my accounts keep getting disabled without a valid reason given.

Hello, I am unable to access my Facebook account as it is showing as locked. Unfortunately, the validation options provided are not working for me. 1) Attempting to retrieve a code by contacting friends is not feasible as many of their contact details have changed and I am unable to reach them. 2) Despite entering my correct date of birth as 25-11-[redacted], Facebook states it does not match their records. 3) I have been correctly identifying my friends from pictures, yet the validation fails. 4) Confirming the use of my mobile device on Chrome browser on 27th August did not help with the validation process. Hello, my Facebook account was hacked on September 3rd. Someone removed some of my friends, added strangers, made comments, changed my name, deleted numerous photos, and possibly more. On September 4th, they reset my password, leading me to discover the hack. I changed my password several times as I wasn't certain if the hacker still had access to my phone. I typically use my Redmi 4A phone or my Samsung computer with Chrome for Facebook/Facebook Messenger. I've recovered some data and my password, but I would appreciate assistance in restoring the remaining data, especially the photos. It would also be beneficial to see some consequences for the hacker. I'm hopeful you can assist me with this matter. Best regards.

My Facebook account has been hacked. A few weeks ago, I received several notifications indicating unauthorized access attempts from different locations, including Slough. In response, I had to change my password multiple times daily. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my account as I am unsure of the most recent password I used. The email address associated with the account since [redacted], [redacted], is no longer active. My name is Laura Spencer, with a date of birth of 7/2/87, and my contact number is [redacted]5. Following the hack, my Facebook profile picture and name have been altered. Additionally, my phone was stolen and reported to the police a week ago. I now have a new phone with the same number, but my concern lies in not being able to recover valuable photos of my child and special moments stored on my Facebook account.

To whom it may concern, We recently created a business page but encountered an issue when attempting to change the admin privileges between my friend and me. Facebook flagged this action as a violation of their policies, resulting in the disabling of my friend's account. Despite creating a new account for my friend to avoid confusion for our customers, Facebook disabled the new account as well. We would appreciate it if you could assist us in deleting the original page created on August 1st, [redacted]. It seems some individuals dislike my opinions, but I strive to express them respectfully.
