Hello, I need to share our company's Facebook page with one of our vendors, Hunter Douglas Blinds. They provide updates and free posts on our Blindsmax FB page. The issue is that the FB page was set up years ago by someone who is no longer with our company. When I try to provide the email of the person I want to add for promotional posts, it asks for the Admin password. We have another FB company page, Wallpaper Wholesaler, which I believe is the primary one since I receive notifications there. The Blindsmax notifications go to an outdated email. My current email for FB notifications is [redacted] How can I retrieve the Admin password since the original creator is no longer here? Various redirected emails are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]

Good afternoon, my name is Samanta Almada, and I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account, specifically with my email password ([redacted]). This email is solely used for Facebook and messenger, while another email ([redacted]) is used for receiving emails. When I tried to log in, I was prompted that my session had expired, and despite numerous attempts to recover my password, the reset code was sent to an email I no longer have access to. I urgently need access to my Facebook account for an important training this Sunday and to communicate with my superiors and contacts. I humbly request your assistance in retrieving my account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Samanta Almada

Dear Team,
I am Alejandro C., the managing director of BetterHuman LLC and associated accounts.
I recently learned that one or more of our ad accounts or profiles have been disabled, which is unfortunate. My assistant noticed this while reviewing our quarterly expenses, including this account.
We prioritize compliance with Facebook's advertising policies and strive to ensure our campaigns adhere to them.
However, I understand that we may have unintentionally violated guidelines regarding deceptive content. We have reviewed our ads, removed any misleading language, and will be more diligent in adhering to the policies moving forward.
As we plan to increase our ad spend for the final quarter, it is crucial for us to regain full access to our ad accounts. We value a long-term partnership with Facebook and commit to stricter compliance going forward.
I kindly request a review of our account and appreciate your consideration.
Warm regards,
Alejandro C.
CEO

Approximately 10 months ago, my Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email to an old hotmail.com account that is no longer in use. Additionally, the password was changed without my knowledge since the reset emails were going to that defunct email address. I can only access my account from my phone since it stays logged in. To resolve this frustrating situation, I need to update my email from [redacted] to my current email [redacted] This will allow me to regain access to my account since the only email it shows now is the outdated hotmail.com address.

After receiving a message from Facebook, all my pages, including my personal profile, were disabled. Despite reaching out, I have not received any response back. My pages remain disabled, and I am unsure how to recover them.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account on my new phone. Even after entering the correct password, I was prompted to upload my ID. I complied, but then received an email requesting business details and proof of ownership of the account, which is not a business account. I used to have admin rights for the Hydro hotel Facebook page, but I have requested to be removed as I no longer work there. I need help accessing my account as I only changed devices. I could provide all necessary details and ID verification. Thank you for your assistance.

I need help resetting my Facebook password. Initially, it didn't recognize my current email as the original email was set up in [redacted] using an email shared with my late husband, who passed away in December [redacted]. I've been unable to access my Facebook account for at least two weeks, possibly longer. My daughter mentioned that I might have been hacked and needed to reset my password. Unfortunately, I'm not very tech-savvy and may have deactivated my account by mistake. I prefer not to create a new account but rather reactivate my original one to stay connected with family. If reactivation is not possible, I may have to stop using Facebook, which I would regret. I find it unreasonable to pay to verify my identity. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you. Michelle D. I received a message on Messenger from a Facebook friend and after chatting with them for about half an hour, I realized it wasn't her. I have the chat logs and my friend attempted to change her password several times to no avail. The fake person offered me a chance to receive up to $[redacted],[redacted] but insisted I pay fees to claim the money. When I asked a question only my friend would know, they did not respond. I called my friend, Suzette Stroupe H., who confirmed she wasn't on Messenger. I have a record of the entire conversation.
The messages included claims of receiving $[redacted],[redacted] after paying upfront fees. They urged me to contact their claim agent via their Facebook link and provided a text number. I was given options to pay fees to claim various amounts and insisted on receiving cash instead of a check. They shared a photo of the money and requested confidentiality for their safety.

After getting a new phone, the transfer resulted in a factory reset that left me locked out of my email account and unable to access important data as passwords were not saved. Despite providing verification information and starting a new account, I am still unable to regain access to my original account associated with the email [redacted] and old phone number [redacted]. Your assistance in helping me recover access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Support,
I accidentally deleted a chat with "Inese Grīnberga" that had a very important password which I need to retrieve. Despite searching, I can't seem to locate it in the archives. If I can recover it, I intend to utilize your advertising services as this password is crucial for my business needs.
I am looking for the chat log from May and June of [redacted], as I believe the password is within that timeframe.
Accessing this deleted chat is vital for my business continuity. I have exhausted all other options, and this is my last resort. If successful, I can restore my business operations and make use of your advertising services.
Your assistance in recovering this chat log would be greatly appreciated. It's the key to reviving my business.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Maris

Several months ago, I deleted my Facebook account, and recently re-created it with the same information. Initially, I had issues setting up the new account, but after using the iPhone app, I managed to create it. However, when I tried to log in on my laptop, I received a message saying my account had been disabled. Even using the assigned unique username from Facebook didn't allow me access. I attempted to recover my account, but kept getting redirected to a page that wasn't helpful. It either asked me to confirm I didn't have access to my email (which I do), or to enter a password (which I couldn't do). Every recovery attempt led back to this unproductive page. I need to reset my password or have someone assist me with it.

I recently changed my iPhone on August 30 and tried to log in to my Facebook account on the new device. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and the email associated with my account is no longer valid ([redacted]). I attempted to use a different email ([redacted]), but it seems to be linked to another account. I tried to receive a code via the phone number [redacted] but haven't received any codes. I asked three family members to send me codes for account recovery to my work email, [redacted], but I haven't received any emails, possibly due to firewall restrictions. I have a snippet of a message from Facebook confirming my identity, but I'm unable to paste it here. Please respond to my issue at [redacted] or contact my son Ankur Kanotra via the email provided below.
Thank you,

Hello, my name is Liz. I oversee the management of 2 business pages. Recently, I attempted to check the results of one of the boosted ads, but the display window restricted access, stating another individual controls the ad. This is strange as I am the sole manager of my pages and content. I reached out to Facebook advertiser support, where I conversed with Heather, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. While I could navigate to the ads center and pay for the advertisements, I encountered a request for a 4-digit code from Facebook to verify my identity, which I never received. Despite querying the Facebook representative about this in our chat, no solution was provided. Subsequently, I was notified via email that my page was deactivated for security reasons. Presently, my business page has not been restored, and my attempts to contact customer support have not yielded any responses.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I'm trying to restore my disabled Facebook account because I believe it was disabled by mistake. I run ads on my business page and wanted to check the results, but instead, it mentioned that someone else was using the account, which is incorrect as I am the only one managing it. My business page holds all my videos, and when I contacted Facebook advertisement support, I spoke with Heather for over two hours to understand the issue. I also received an email asking for a four-digit code that I never received, despite having the payment receipt. The latest email stated my account was disabled without any explanation. I've been trying to reach out to Facebook's customer service and advertisement support but haven't succeeded. Please restore my page promptly to avoid any business loss as I've been using Facebook since [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to have my page reinstated soon.

Hello, it has been approximately a week since I encountered an issue with accessing my FaceBook account. My primary email connected to the account is [redacted] I have been a loyal member of Facebook for many years. Despite my limited technical proficiency, I faced a challenge with the password and was prompted to enter a code that was sent to my alternative email, [redacted], that I couldn't access while on the Facebook login page. As my mobile number wasn't listed for recovery, I was asked for personal information, but the request vanished before I could provide it. I am the rightful owner of the account under the name Lynette McWilliams Troughton, with the email [redacted], which I've held since [redacted]. Given my extensive international connections, my FaceBook account is vital for staying in touch. Unfortunately, my attempts to create new accounts were unsuccessful. I am seeking guidance on resolving this issue promptly. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as I feel disconnected from my loved ones. Thank you, Lynette McWilliams Troughton

I recently encountered a scam on Facebook Marketplace where I lost $[redacted]. The seller promised to ship the item and provide a tracking number, but after payment, their account disappeared. Upon reaching out, the seller claimed their account was deleted, losing our previous messages. I asked for the tracking number, but they ignored me. Requesting a refund has also been unsuccessful as the seller is unresponsive. PayPal couldn't assist, and Sams Club mentioned it could take a few pay periods to investigate. I feel frustrated and unsure about how to proceed.

I am seeking help to regain access to my Facebook page. I have been attempting to do so for the past few weeks, encountering issues with my password, email, and phone number. Due to my ex-partner hacking my accounts, I had to change my contact information multiple times, complicating the login process. The situation is distressing as I have important information on the page necessary for legal matters. Despite efforts, I have been unable to access my account even when using a new phone received from Assurance Wireless. I removed the Facebook app from my Samsung S7 and Samsung E8 phones before shutting them off, causing further difficulty in recovering my account. Any assistance in retrieving my Facebook account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Linda S.

With all due respect, I paid $22 and $39 for remote access, but I don't have a computer, and nothing has helped me. From previous work, I know Facebook has all past email accounts like TSChicago72 and ShealyTina08, both at gmail.com. Phones at [redacted] and [redacted] are associated with my Facebook. I was in a hit and run and my Samsung Galaxy S8 with Facebook on it got lost in the wreck. Facebook can verify all that information. The issue is my password was changed since I got a new phone, a Samsung Galaxy J2, with the new number [redacted] and email for now is [redacted] Basically, I can't get a new password to sign in because I no longer have access to any of the emails or phone numbers. I need them removed or just add a new email and phone number to be able to log in and reset the password. This new phone is all I have as I lost my PC in the car wreck. I have been trying for hours last night to get help, but no links helped or worked. And what is remote access? It didn't go to my phone. I have been through this with Google and even filed a legal complaint. I want a high-up person at Facebook to fix this. I tried to call, but trying this first. Is this Facebook help? I have had Facebook for over 15 years. My kids' and grandkids' pics and family history are on my Facebook. It's simple, I just need the new number and email added to sign in and remove the old if needed. So please, I'm begging you, and after all the money I wasted, fix this real fast, please. I gave you plenty of info and money. So please fix my Facebook to sign in. Someone not a friend changed the password, and now I'm wasting money, and it hasn't done a thing to help. Please help in a simple, easy way I can follow and make sense of. And what's remote access? Hurry, please! 😥😥😥

I recently switched mobile providers from Verizon to Sprint and purchased a new Galaxy S10 running Android. Following this change, I found myself logged out of Facebook on all my devices and haven't been able to access my account for the past five weeks despite resetting my password multiple times. I have submitted my driver's license for verification three times but have not received the computer-generated code yet. My Facebook account is under the name Jill Cherry Robert's, with the associated email [redacted] I discovered a suspicious Facebook profile linked to my phone number [redacted] with no profile picture or posts, and all my friends listed as people I may know. I suspect this account was not created by me and have tried to delete it. Can anyone help me regain access to my original account under Jill Cherry Robert's name?

I have a Facebook business page where I regularly boost posts. For the past 4 years, I've had a seamless process of receiving a bill at the end of each month, paying through my debit card. However, on August 31st, I encountered an issue. I received a payment failure alert, stating I needed to update my payment information. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't update it successfully as it kept saying I was an invalid user. Consequently, I cannot boost posts until this is resolved. I've reached out multiple times but haven't received a response. I even checked with my bank, and they confirmed the approved transaction did not withdraw any funds. I have available funds and no account issues. This situation is causing me to lose money, and I need assistance urgently.
