I am having trouble receiving the confirmation code via SMS on my mobile device. I suspect I did not set up the generator code correctly on my account. Despite changing my password three times, my Facebook account is not disabled, but I am unable to receive recovery codes via phone. My mobile number is correct on my account, but there seems to be a glitch. I attempted to confirm my identity by sending a photo ID, but since my account is not disabled, the process did not work. I contacted my mobile provider to check for any issues on their end, but they confirmed everything is fine. I have attached screenshots of my failed attempts. Recently, I had a disturbing incident involving Dennis S., the CEO of Double D Transportation Limo based in Las Vegas. He appeared to compromise and manipulate several aspects of my digital life, including accessing my Google account, altering passwords for multiple accounts, deleting incriminating text messages, changing hardware and passwords on various platforms, and interfering with my phone calls. Additionally, he seems to have gained access to sensitive personal information like my SSN, address, and birth records. This situation has made me extremely uncomfortable and wary of my online security.

I was scammed by a woman named "Jo Ann" on Facebook who goes by the name Jorain Ann J. Eigenmann. She messaged me on an online selling app to purchase an iphone 6s plus. After agreeing on the terms and making the payment through gcash, she stopped responding and deactivated her account. I need help filing a complaint against her as the amount involved is significant. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to update my mobile number on my Facebook account [redacted] but was redirected to an identity verification page. I chose to identify contacts rather than using my old mobile number for a passcode as I no longer use it. After completing this step successfully, I was then prompted for further security checks. Since having a passcode sent to my old mobile number was not an option, I am now unable to access my account. Retrieving family photos is essential, so I really need to regain access. I recently accidentally created a new FB account when I switched phones. It took me some time to sort it out and regain access to my original account. I recently encountered an issue with my phone number. Initially, when setting it up, I couldn't use it for my Facebook account. Later on, I got a new phone and tried to recover my password using the number. Unfortunately, it led me to someone else's account. I attempted to remove my number but couldn't without a password. I ended up using Instagram to regain access to my Facebook. Now, I keep receiving confirmation codes that I suspect are from the same person. I would like to address this with him, but I can't recall his profile. I unintentionally accessed his account through my number. I'm unsure how to proceed.

I forgot my password and used my 3 trusted contacts to get the necessary codes to verify my identity. After completing this step, it confirmed my identity and prompted me to create a new password without confirming it. The platform stated that I would receive an SMS within thirty minutes with instructions to reset my password, but I never received it. I would appreciate it if Facebook could assist me in resetting my password and regain access to my account, as it has been 3 weeks since this issue arose.

I am still unable to access my accounts, and this is causing me a lot of stress. Despite trying all available options, my ex-girlfriend hacked my account on August 29th and changed the email and security details. I have followed the steps to reset my account, but when I indicate that I no longer have access to the email, I receive a message stating they are unable to help. She changed both my old email, [redacted], to a new one she created last week, [redacted], along with the passwords. I am desperate for Facebook to provide alternative methods, such as contacting my friends or family for verification, as I have tried for the past five days without success. It seems Facebook can only communicate through the changed email, which does not belong to me but was created by my ex. My account appears to be deactivated now. I urge Facebook to reach out to me and offer other solutions to recover my account, which I have had since [redacted]. It is evident that my ex hacked my account from London, while I am currently in Lithuania, which should raise concerns. I implore Facebook to provide another way to regain access to my account.

My Facebook account has been hacked by my ex-girlfriend, and she has changed all the associated emails and alternative logins. Since August 29, [redacted], I have been unable to access my account. This situation is causing me too much stress. I have had this account since [redacted], and I never expected this to happen. It seems impossible to contact Facebook to resolve this issue. She has been logging into my account from London, while I have been logging in from Lithuania on my phone. It is frustrating that Facebook cannot see this inconsistency. I only have the option to regain access through the new email she set up, which I cannot access.

I recently lost my cell phone which stored all my passwords for various accounts including Gmail and Facebook. The phone number associated with those accounts is no longer accessible to me, as I had to get a new number after losing the device. Hello, my Facebook account is still disabled, and I'm unsure why this is happening. It seems that I may never be able to access my account again, as Facebook refuses to lift the ban, despite my belief that it was hacked. My Facebook account has been inactive but not closed for a few years. Periodically, I need to log in to view certain company pages. However, each time I try to access it, I am prompted to complete a security check. The only option provided is to contact friends I haven't been in touch with for years, which I have no intention of doing. Even if I wanted to reconnect, my only means would be through Facebook, which I can't access. Facebook's security measures are inadequate for verifying my identity. Unfortunately, they offer no option to call for support, and the Help page requires access to my account, which is inaccessible. The email addresses I found for them bounce back, creating a dead end. It's frustrating that a social media platform designed for communication makes it nearly impossible to reach them. I need a solution to verify my identity or to permanently close my account.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with recovering my account. I am unable to recall the password for the hotmail account which I used to create my Facebook account around a decade ago. I attempted to use the "send a code to 3 trusted people" option. After inputting the codes I received from Alicia Fry, Christopher Pyke, and Scott Pyke, I was prompted to set a new password. However, upon doing so, I encountered a message stating that I had attempted too many times and should try again later. I have made several more attempts after waiting a few hours each time but continue to receive the same message. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account that abruptly stopped working. I suspect the predicament is a result of having two Facebook accounts linked to my Gmail, both with identical phone numbers and lacking a profile picture. The initial account included details on my education and hometown for security avoidance. Unfortunately, I unwittingly linked my old Facebook account when using my backup email, inadvertently complicating matters as crucial class information is tied to the inaccessible account. While I continue to receive emails at my Facebook Gmail account, vital information remains out of reach. Despite attempts at contacting the Facebook security department, clarification on driver's license verification has not been forthcoming. I have diligently provided all pertinent account details as requested, including my user name and associated number. I purchased travel products from Dmire on Facebook. Unfortunately, after collecting money upfront, they have disappeared. I have tried reaching out via email and chat but have not received any response. Their contact information is not available anywhere. It would be helpful if someone could provide their GST number, real address, and phone numbers to track them down and take legal action against this fraudulent seller on Facebook. I believe Facebook should only permit genuine sellers who provide authentic contact details and GST numbers. Businesses should be verified before being allowed to sell products on the platform.

I received several text messages prompting me to log in using codes for various reasons such as friends list updates, subscription to a questionable website, account suspension, public image postings, impending account deletion, successful password recovery, and unauthorized login attempts. Confused by these messages as I only share family photos and unrelated content, I changed my password twice recently due to repeated hacking incidents. I am unsure if my account will be deleted and seek guidance on how to remove my pictures and potentially switch to a different social media platform.

My partner began sending me hurtful messages, which she quickly deleted after including something personal. I caught a glimpse of the initial part before it vanished. This practice of deleting messages can be manipulative, leaving one to wonder endlessly about the content. I believe transparency is key, and I would rather know the message's content to understand the situation fully. It feels unfair that someone could play such mind games. Can you retrieve and provide me with the message she sent and then deleted? Knowing it would ease my anxiety and serve as evidence if needed. The message was sent on 4/9/19 at 23:26 PM New Zealand time. Any help in recovering it would be greatly appreciated.
