I recently set up the Facebook page "Hooked On That Look" and I'm stuck because I'm not receiving the login security code that is supposed to be sent to my phone. I've tried checking forums and help pages, but I'm not getting any other options to receive the code. Every time I click on a link to redirect me to a different way to receive the code, it just loops me back to the same mobile login page. I even tried texting the Facebook number provided, but all I get is a text saying "Service Access denied." I really need help with this as I've been struggling for a week to get past this security page.

I encountered a problem while attempting to run ads on Instagram because it instructed me to add myself as an admin, though I am already the primary admin. To my surprise, I discovered multiple business Facebook accounts that I don't recall creating. I feel increasingly baffled the more I investigate this matter. I urgently require speaking with a representative as communicating via email back and forth would be time-consuming. Moreover, I am trying to update my primary email address on my main account from [redacted] to [redacted] However, the system claims I can't use [redacted] as it's linked to another account. I have no recollection of this account. When I attempted to access [redacted] to address this, I got redirected to Facebook Business, which is unfamiliar to me. Strangely, I am now unable to access Facebook.com on my laptop; every attempt redirects me to the Facebook Business page.

Dear Team, I had an account under the name Chiranjit Biswas. My email address is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. My account was suddenly removed from Facebook because it was reported by someone. I request you to investigate the reason behind the report. My account was part of a group called "Ding Dong Group," which consists of many Muslims using abusive language towards Indians and Hindus. When I tried to protest, my account was reported. I urge you to take action against those who post hateful content about my community but have not faced consequences. Please consider reactivating my old account. I assure you that I will not engage with any negative content and will handle the situation calmly. Thank you.

Hello, I am Naa Adukwei Allotey, an administrator for House of Plenty Foundation (HOPE) in Kenya and Uganda with headquarters in Sweden. In [redacted], I created my first Facebook account. I deactivated it last year due to hacking concerns. Upon making a new account, I felt uneasy when receiving an immediate friend request from someone claiming to be my son, prompting me to deactivate it. After trying once more, I successfully created a new Facebook account. However, the next day, I was unable to log in due to a security alert. Now I am unable to access my account, preventing me from creating a new one until the issue is resolved. I seek assistance in deactivating the account tied to my email and phone number, allowing me to start fresh on Facebook. Kindly help me resolve this matter.

Hello Community, I recently moved from the UK to Belgium and encountered an issue with my Facebook account. After attempting to change my password, I got locked out of my account due to it being temporarily locked. The reason provided was that there was a suspicious login attempt from a different IP address, which was actually me trying to access my account from Brussels for the first time. Despite selecting five friends correctly and providing all the requested information, I am unable to sign in. The page keeps loading until it times out, and I'm not receiving security codes on my mobile phone. As a web designer and registered Facebook Developer managing multiple business pages, apps, and catalog sales, this has caused significant problems. The catalogue sales are not updating, affecting the advertisements I run using Facebook for WooCommerce on various websites. I urgently need access to my account to update my apps and catalogues. I have attempted to contact Facebook through different channels without success. Thank you.

My ex-girlfriend, Angela D Morphis, has hacked into my former Facebook account, Eric D Mcgahan, and changed the profile picture to a red square with a message saying "I miss you already, Angela Dawn Morphis." She's now pretending to be me and harassing my friends and business contacts. Despite their efforts to block her, she keeps creating fake accounts like the one under the name Sam Fulton. I've tried all available support options to delete the account, but I'm unable to access it. Angela has used multiple email addresses to make these fake accounts. I urgently need assistance to shut down this account before it causes more harm to my business and personal life.

Dear Sir or Madam, I have been intermittently without Facebook for just over a week now. I created a new Facebook account because my old one under the name Phil Blimpo stopped working. I suspect the issue arose because Blimpo is my nickname, while my actual surname is Blinston. I have used the Phil Blimpo account for a long time. This account is associated with a group I manage called Wigan Latics Video Vault with nearly [redacted] members. Due to identity concerns, two polls I created in the group were disabled along with my account, and this reflects poorly on our members. After receiving no response from Facebook for three days regarding the disabled account, I created a new one using my alternate email address, [redacted] This new account has been suspended three times, likely due to my mobile number, home phone number, and IP address being linked to both accounts. I would appreciate keeping both accounts - one for personal use and the other for my football group, Latics Video Vault. It currently causes confusion among people I have known for a long time, as they believe I am intentionally blocking them. I want to emphasize there is no suspicious activity associated with either my email [redacted] or my mobile number [redacted]9, as well as my other email [redacted] linked to the same mobile number. I have provided my driver's license and photos for identity verification. I kindly request your assistance in reinstating both accounts promptly so I can continue running the group smoothly. Your help at this stage would be greatly appreciated. I value my friendships and aim to resume normal group activities. Please reinstate the accounts at your earliest convenience. Thank you in advance. 🙂

My Facebook account was hijacked several months ago. The hacker took over my account using the email [redacted] and password isabella2013. I am Adam B. F. Paton born on 11/10/[redacted]. Despite contacting you multiple times, no action was taken. The hacker's email is not known. I created a new account linked to my phone number [redacted], but Facebook shut it down, accusing me of pretending to be Adam Paton. I complied with the request to submit a photo ID, but was then asked to hold it next to my face for a photo. I had over [redacted] friends on my original account which I built over years, primarily from playing Heart of Vegas. I am frustrated by the ease of hijacking and the lack of support from your end. I am considering legal action due to the stress and headaches caused. I have important family members on the account - A.C., T.P., and my sisters. I am willing to reconnect with my original account [redacted] or have my new account [redacted] reopened. My legal appointment is on Friday, so I request your assistance before that or I will involve others in sharing my experience on social media. Please contact me via phone at [redacted] if necessary.

I've just started working at a doctor's office that had a full staff turnover. During this period, we lost access to the login details of our practice's Facebook page. The doctor has no information on the email linked to the page. We are eager to boost our social media presence again, but we're unable to access the Facebook account. I'm seeking assistance to identify the email associated with the account so we can reset the password and begin using the practice's Facebook page for patient engagement.

I recently lost my phone, which had my only logged-in browser. After changing my Facebook password, I can't access my account because it's trying to send a code to my old phone number. I have a new phone with a different number, [redacted], and have tried multiple photo verifications without success. I need to update my mobile number on Facebook to my new one so I can log in and have been locked out for about a month. Please assist with updating my phone number to regain access to my account. Thank you, Kaylee D.

Recently, my account showed activity from London and then Sweden, which wasn't me. After setting up two-factor verification, someone tried to access my account from Sweden, resulting in my email and password being changed. I need to regain access as I have valuable memories in there. While trying to secure my account, Facebook only allows me to send a verification code to an extremely old email from 9 years ago, not to my current phone number. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email, phone number, and language to Arabic. Despite my best efforts, the account has now been shut down. I still have my phone linked to the account and emails from when it was hacked in May. I need access to my Messenger, photos, and contacts. My friends have tried to help, but due to the language change, we can't read the messages. I have important documents saved in there for a court case on August 21st, and I also have cherished pictures and conversations. These mean a lot to me, especially since I recently lost my dad. Please assist me in recovering my account as these files are crucial to me.

I recently bought a new phone and needed to log back into my Facebook account, but I can't recall my password, and the email account I initially used is over a decade old. I've tried to recover the password, which is the same as my old email, but I can't access the associated email account. When I attempt to change the password, I'm asked for information I can't remember. Is there any way to assist me in changing my password so I can access my current Facebook account without losing all my data by creating a new one?

I have experienced severe illnesses over the past few years, leading to hospitalizations due to UTIs causing mental confusion. After each sickness, I struggled to remember my Facebook password and created new ones. My latest health episode was in June [redacted], and since then, I have misplaced my last password and cannot recall it. Despite numerous attempts, I remain locked out of my account and unable to change the password. I believe I've been an active Facebook member since [redacted]. I am a 77-year-old person in a wheelchair, housebound, and disabled. Facebook helps me stay connected with family and friends. My 79-year-old husband of 57 years is my caretaker, and we both miss accessing my page. Unfortunately, I am also having trouble with my email account. Kindly assist me in setting up a new password. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have already submitted my IDs for my actual account, but it has been disabled three times. I need to use my account to connect with my family and friends. I provided my personal information, so please consider reactivating my account with added security measures. Perhaps it was disabled because I used a different account for gaming, and I apologize for that. If you unlock it, you will see that the account belongs to Sandra A. C. and has all my genuine IDs. I assure you that I will not create a gaming account on this profile. Please reconsider and grant me access as I rely on it to stay in touch with loved ones. I have sent you all the necessary documents. Many people on Facebook operate with fake information, yet my account was disabled although I used real details. This doesn't seem fair, and I believe it could be due to the gaming account incident. I promise to refrain from such actions in the future. I am truly desperate as I've been upset over this for days. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated.

My account has been compromised twice despite resetting the password. The security confirmation process fails to send a text code, and the "call me" option is no longer available. A notification message suggests potential misuse of a feature and warns about being blocked. I contacted my phone service provider to rule out any issues on their end, but they confirmed everything is correct. Although I could receive short codes via text to change my password, Facebook still doesn't send the 6-digit code for verification. I'm struggling with this and seeking assistance urgently.

I have a Facebook account connected to my Instagram, but I can't log into Instagram now. I need a code, but it's being sent to an old email linked to my Facebook. I've updated my Facebook with a new email hoping it would update on Instagram, but it hasn't. I need help regaining access to my Instagram as I have a modeling opportunity with Adidas, but they can't see my profile. I've tried contacting Instagram for help, but they haven't been useful so far.

I rely on Facebook to contact many people, and as a visually impaired individual, it's one of my main means of communication. On the 27th of July, I encountered issues logging into my account as it got locked due to a possible unauthorized access attempt. Despite trying the text verification multiple times, I never received the text. Resetting my password via text worked fine, but did not solve the issue. The verification options available to me now, verifying on another device or identifying friends' photos, aren't accessible to me due to my visual impairment. Uploading my passport for identification didn't help either as the link I received was invalid. Contacting Facebook via email yielded no results, and there's no phone support available. It seems my account was locked because I used Miranda, as Facebook might have mistaken it for unauthorized access. While Miranda is the most efficient way for me to use Facebook, there are certainly glitches in Facebook's system if verification methods are not working. I'm unable to create a new account per their terms of service and would like my original account unlocked. I'm willing to forego using Miranda and stick to Facebook and Messenger apps if necessary. If an accessible verification option isn't provided, I kindly request a phone call from Facebook to assist in verifying my account. Thank you.
