This morning my account was hacked. I was instructed to change my password, which I did. However, Facebook started using an old email address I hadn't used in years. I then submitted my ID and a picture holding a code provided by Facebook to verify my identity. Despite this, I am still unable to log in. Facebook suggested adding another email address, but even that didn't work as they kept trying to send the info to the old email address I no longer use. I have not set up SMS or code generator on my account. I am waiting to hear back from Facebook. Your assistance is appreciated.

My account was hacked, and it sent out a suspicious "video" without my knowledge. I alerted my contacts not to open it and shortly after, I got locked out of my account. I followed the instructed steps, including changing my password and removing my phone number and email. However, I've been unable to progress past the step of adding a new email address. Despite receiving the code via email, I can't input it in the required field. I've been attempting this for days since the incident occurred on Saturday. I've changed my password multiple times and attempted to add my email just as many times without success. I have important photos on my account that I wish to retrieve. I assure you I did not send the video – this was completely unauthorized. I urgently need help regaining access to my temporarily locked Facebook account under the name Kelly Dvorak. I've created a new account since but wish to retrieve my old one, which features a black and white profile picture of me with my 8-month-old daughter. A few years back, I created a Facebook page for my business but lost the login details. To overcome this, I made a new page instead of recovering the old one with a lost login request. Now I have two pages: one inactive for years and another actively used. This confuses new clients who come across the old page and think it's the right one. I've been inactive on Facebook recently, primarily using the mobile app. Shockingly, I received a text asking why I blocked someone when I had been using iMessage just yesterday. I soon realized my email and phone number had been altered, along with my password. After verifying my identity with friends' photos, I managed to reset my password. I find it puzzling that I couldn't log in from my phone despite using it just the day before. I submitted a photo of my ID for verification. It's urgent that I regain access to my account, especially as I suspect foul play by a hacker who accessed my account from Miami, Florida, even though I reside in Virginia. I'm unable to remove the new phone number and email address added to the account. I've taken the precaution of changing my email password. This breach has left me bewildered.

Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others have been inaccessible in Eritrea since May [redacted]. Many users rely on an app called Thunder VPN to access these services. Previously, I never used Facebook on my mobile phone, only on desktop computers. However, due to the social media blockage, using it on desktops is no longer an option. Cyber cafes and internet cafes now only allow access through the Thunder VPN app on mobile devices. When attempting to log in to my Facebook account on my phone, the platform requested identity verification with two options: asking friends for help via a code sent to me or using the desktop computers I had used before. I have always been tech savvy but never had the urge to be on social media. Therefore, I struggled to set up my Facebook page. I intended to use the page to support my GoFundMe for medical bills and relocating for better healthcare. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled my page, possibly due to it not being properly set up. Hello, my facebook account has been disabled. I used a fake name which may have caused the deactivation. I've tried resetting my password, but after realizing it was disabled, I submitted my ID to facebook. They sent an email instructing me to click on a link to unlock and reactivate my account, but the link doesn't work. The email also mentioned a specific password to regain access, but that didn't work either. Although they changed my name and birthdate to the correct ones, I still can't access my account. I attempted clearing my browser cache and using a different browser, but it didn't help. I'm unsure what other options I have, but I'm eager to regain access to my account.

I am encountering difficulties running Facebook ads as each personal account I create is promptly disabled, despite my attempts to recover them by submitting identification. It seems this issue arose because I may have previously had multiple accounts or mistakenly advertised on a personal account. Regrettably, any account linked to my shop is now blocked.

I am dealing with a cognitive disorder that seems to be dyslexia along with another attention disorder. This morning, I noticed that I accidentally left a negative review on a Facebook page. I vaguely recollect writing it, but I was surprised by the content. I don't fully comprehend what I expressed and would like to take it down. The review is causing issues, and I want it removed from the page. Once I address this, I plan to deactivate my Facebook account. I believe it's best for me not to be online if I am unintentionally posting things due to memory issues related to my condition. Hello, I am Ameya from Mumbai, an actor in Bollywood films for the past 19 years. You can verify this information by searching my name on Google. I am looking to verify my page and Instagram account. Recently, I encountered an individual named Amol Ghodke from Pune who offered to assist with the verification process for a fee of 80k. He claimed that a payment was necessary as a bribe to Facebook workers who handle the blue tick verification. Despite his lack of celebrity status, he provided fake links to show verification examples. I have all the chat records and I am considering filing a complaint against him. He even suggested a plan to manipulate my profile for verification which I found suspicious. When I expressed my intention to report him, he promptly disappeared and seems to have help from someone inside Facebook. I have saved all chat snapshots and need guidance on where to lodge a complaint.

On July 1st, my Facebook account linked to [redacted] was disabled after a hacker posted an inappropriate religiously motivated post on Air Adventure Golf Tour's page using my profile as I was an admin. The same situation happened with Future Golf's account managed by Ali Terai, another admin.
Despite trying to appeal, I couldn't receive verification emails as my previous email was inactive, and I couldn't communicate with Facebook. John Dyer contacted Facebook on my behalf, but after 3 weeks, there was no progress. I created a new account under [redacted] for managing ads for Air Adventure, but it got disabled within 48 hours, possibly due to the name discrepancy.
After Facebook informed John Dyer that my old account wouldn't be recovered, I created a new account with [redacted] but faced another disablement on August 1st with an unknown error during the appeal process. Any assistance in securing and restoring my accounts is greatly appreciated.
