Hello, my name is Wali Abdul, and my personal Facebook account has been disabled. I believe this action occurred after I attempted to create a Facebook account for my client, Ahmad Mumtaz, who recently started a business called Discount Cleaners in Irving, TX. To resolve this issue, I submitted both his and my IDs to validate the accounts, but as we used two different devices, I suspect this may have caused the disablement. I have all the necessary documentation and assure you that we are genuine users following Facebook's guidelines. Your assistance in restoring our accounts is greatly appreciated as we rely on Facebook for promoting our business endeavors.

I wanted to address an issue regarding recent changes on Facebook that allow users to delete messages before they are read by the recipient or even after they have been read. I contacted you to report that I attempted to delete messages between myself and a woman named Bianca Macintyre. Although I have blocked her to resolve some issues, I kindly request your assistance in removing the messages I deleted from my end. I would like the messages to be permanently deleted so that neither party can access them. The content of the messages is inappropriate, and I want to ensure they are completely removed. I recently updated my phone number on Facebook due to getting a new one. Unfortunately, a friend informed me that their account had been hacked after contacting me. I asked another friend to check, and they confirmed that my account was also compromised. I promptly changed my Facebook password upon learning about this. During a chat on Messenger with someone I thought was my friend Susan, they began mentioning coming into money and suggested I apply for a government program through a link provided. The conversation quickly turned suspicious when they asked for personal information in exchange for money. When "Susan" mentioned sending $[redacted] and receiving $60,[redacted], I became wary. After advising caution about spending the money and suggesting she contact her bank, the conversation took a hostile turn, leading me to believe this wasn't my real friend Susan. I reported the incident to Facebook and subsequently ignored a follow-up contact attempt. I would appreciate it if someone could verify if my account is safe or provide guidance on next steps. I am reaching out for assistance regarding a serious matter. I was a victim of sexual abuse on [redacted], which I reported to the police on [redacted]. Following the incident, the abuser sent me text messages that were deeply disturbing, leading me to share this with my boyfriend out of fear. I have saved the abuser's phone number and blocked all contact with them. Unfortunately, I panicked and deleted the text messages. I am now seeking help from Facebook to retrieve these messages as evidence for the police investigation. Your assistance in locating these messages would be greatly appreciated. I had a recent incident where a person named Brittanny Gierhart was unhappy when I asked her not to park and sell in my lot due to previous issues with illegal activities. In retaliation, she posted a negative review claiming my establishment is dirty. To combat this, I've started advertising elsewhere and had my attorney send cease and desist letters to those leaving false reviews on Google, Yelp, The White Pages, HotSpotz, and a local newspaper forum. It's frustrating not being able to respond on Facebook, as Gierhart has used fake accounts like Milissa Dumbo and Tans R Dirty. I feel unfairly penalized by Facebook for actions taken against these fake accounts, which remain active despite my reports. I believe Facebook's inaction is biased and detrimental to my business. I've blocked several individuals for similar behavior and can provide a list if needed. Tracking them through Gierhart's friend list could be a way to identify more fake accounts.

My name is Jan S. I used to manage the Pissed off Women Over 50 Facebook group, which was banned along with my personal page for an unknown violation of Facebook's policies. I am a 73-year-old retired and disabled registered nurse who lives alone. Losing my personal page has been difficult since it was my main way to stay in touch with friends and family worldwide. Being homebound due to my disability, the loss of my page has left me feeling isolated and disconnected. I mainly shared non-political content like photos of my gardens, except for posts concerning important issues like the Straits of Mackinaw pipeline and former Gov. Rick Snyder's teaching fellowship. My account was abruptly shut down without warning. They requested I confirm my identity, but every time I tried, the session expired. Eventually, I managed to submit my passport through Facebook settings on Google. After they acknowledged receiving my information, I promptly received an email stating that my account violated community standards, yet they wouldn't elaborate or reinstate my account. I have always adhered to the rules, and Facebook promises to notify users of any issues before disabling an account, normally imposing a temporary ban for a first offense. This immediate and unexplained action is unjust as I have not breached any guidelines.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. It appears to have been accessed by someone from Nigeria, as they have changed the email and phone number linked to the account, locking me out. Although I managed to regain access briefly by identifying friends, when I attempted to change the phone number back, Facebook logged me out again. I am concerned as these individuals are attempting to scam my friends. Despite informing some of my contacts about the situation, I couldn't reach everyone. I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account where I was logged out of all devices. When I try to reset my password, I get stuck in a frustrating loop. I have already proven my identity through identifying friends and my quotes, reset my password, selected posts to delete, only to be asked to log in again. This cycle repeats: log in, get temporarily locked out for protection, prove my identity, reset password, delete posts, and then back to logging in again. I have attempted to access my account on multiple devices and browsers but continue to face the same problem. On my laptop, I am unable to delete any posts as the function appears to be unavailable. Despite trying various options, I cannot break free from this loop. It is important to note that the original login was legitimate, not from a phishing attempt.

I recently received a message from someone claiming to be Mr. Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, informing me that I won a giveaway promotion. At first, they assured me it wouldn't cost me anything. However, now they are requesting $[redacted] for a "searh card," saying they would cover half if I paid the rest. They directed me to an admin endorsement in Menlo, CA, which is far from where I live in CT. The promised prize is said to be arriving via FedEx, and the person even showed me a video of a FedEx plane. I'm frustrated about being banned for sharing a post that was allowed on another person's timeline without consequences. The post I shared didn't contain nudity or sexual content. It seems unfair that I'm penalized when the original poster wasn't. I find it upsetting that I can't even post or communicate after the ban. This situation makes it seem like we can't express our opinions or raise concerns. I am questioning the ban of 7 days imposed on me. I indicated a word without directly stating it due to the racism present on the site, which troubled me. Despite this, the offensive site was permitted to post freely. I find it disheartening to be censored; if needed, I will alter the word. It is distressing that I might face a ban while the offensive site remains active. Moreover, the ability for someone to report my remarks, silencing me and erasing my viewpoint, is unjust. This feels like censorship, and the treatment I am receiving is unfair. As an American company, it is crucial to act impartially and refrain from promoting a specific agenda. It is important to treat individuals fairly, like the majority of Americans expect.
