I had Google, Yahoo, and Facebook logged in on my phone, which was my only device. Concerned about hacking, I changed my password and wrote it down in a file. Later, in a rush to make a copy of my contractor's insurance, I mistakenly put the file in my van. During a flat tire incident, I unknowingly placed my phone on the file box. After changing the tire, securing the door, and driving off, the file and phone fell out as I prevented an accident caused by the tire. Upon realizing my loss, I returned to search but couldn't find them. I've now lost access to my 17-year-old account as I no longer have the phone number associated with it. Having lost cherished family photos stored on Facebook, I desperately need to regain access. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Facebook recently disabled my account without providing any explanation. I had not used my account for a few weeks, and when I tried to log in on July 19th, I encountered issues with my username and password. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, Facebook rejected the new ones. The notification I received mentioned inappropriate site usage without specifying the exact violation. I am confused about why my access has been revoked as any mistake would have been unintentional. I am eager to know when I can regain access to my account - should I use my original credentials or set up new ones? My Facebook account was hacked late Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Hackers are using my name and account to sell illegal drugs on the Facebook marketplace and posting my wife's photos on inappropriate sites. I have contacted Facebook several times via email, but they claim the issue is resolved when it's not. I am unable to access my account, and the hackers are engaging in illegal activities using my identity. I urgently need Facebook to address this situation. My wife contacted Facebook, and they requested her to purchase a Google Play card to verify our location, which seems suspicious. It should not be necessary to spend money to prove my identity to recover my account. I require Facebook to rectify this problem promptly and restore access to my account. I cannot tolerate my reputation being tarnished in this way.

While this right can have limitations for protecting the rights of others or national security, I am unsure how this justifies blocking access to my account.

I tried to create a Facebook account and provided the necessary details. Facebook indicated they needed to review to confirm it's me, but I never received a request from them for additional verification. Despite saying they were reviewing the account, I never heard back and now I can't access it due to security reasons. It's frustrating that they disabled my account without attempting to verify further information. I've been unable to access my account for three days due to security reasons. I am experiencing a serious issue with Facebook. I have had my account for 9 years but it got hacked. Despite multiple attempts by me and my friends to contact Facebook, they have not responded. I have provided them with my driver's license, passport, and personal photos to prove my identity as Laurie Tollestrup. I initially had trouble logging into my account but managed to resolve the issue. Now, upon logging in, I am prompted to confirm my identity. The options for confirmation include approving the login on another device, which I am not using, and verifying photos of friends, which I cannot do as I am visually impaired. The last option, sending a confirmation code to my old phone number, is also not viable. I kindly request to add my new number, [redacted], to my account so I can receive the code to prove my identity. I was previously locked out but after submitting my ID to Facebook, they linked my current email to my account, allowing me to regain access. My Facebook and Instagram accounts, which are linked, were both suspended simultaneously without warning or any explanation. The chances of two separate but connected accounts being shut down at the same time seem slim, leading me to suspect that someone I recently upset in my personal life may have reported something on both of my social media platforms to create this situation. This has had a significant impact on me as social media plays a major role in my daily life. I have had to resort to using my backup accounts, which have minimal activity or connections, as many pictures on those accounts were not backed up elsewhere due to a recent phone replacement. I have tried reaching out to Tech Support on both websites multiple times without success. Responses, if any, are generic messages that do not address my concerns, and the Help Center and Report an Issue options have been unhelpful. Any assistance in resolving this unexpected and unexplained account suspension would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Facebook for seven years and started using Marketplace when it launched. I have always followed the policies and only sell authentic items. Recently, my Coach wallet with a checkbook holder was removed, even though it is genuine. I tried reposting it, but it was removed again, along with other household items. I was banned from Marketplace unfairly. I have been reporting the issues daily to resolve this. I don't want to create a new profile because my current one is important to me and holds memories of my late family members. I miss using Marketplace to buy and sell. Can someone assist me with this issue?

My Facebook account was taken over by "[redacted]". Fortunately, before he could fully hijack it, I removed all my friends, photos, and changed my date of birth to prevent account recovery. I asked a friend to report the account as pretending to be someone else, and it was blocked. However, the person contacted me to say the account was disabled and provided my original account ID and password, having changed the email and phone number. I can provide my ID matching the account on 10.7.[redacted] before the date of birth change. I need help recovering my account and changing the email and phone number. I prefer not to unblock the account to avoid another hijack. The email replaced by the hijacker was "[redacted]".

I have been an active Facebook user with the account under the name Engr Saqib Rauf using the email [redacted] since around [redacted]. My account had close to 4,[redacted] friends mostly from my hometown of Talagang, all of whom I personally knew. Over the past decade, I have shared valuable content on this account.
Unfortunately, my account was disabled by Facebook about a month ago without any explanation provided. Losing access to this account would be a significant setback for me.

This is the third time in a week my account has been disabled. I enjoyed using Facebook to connect with my family and friends for over 4 years. They disabled my account under the name of Daphne Pharr Reid. I informed my loved ones that I had made a new account under the name Daphne Reid with my profile picture. Now, this account has been disabled as well. It's frustrating and confusing why this keeps happening without any reports from others. I urge the team to restore my account promptly as this situation has caused unnecessary chaos. Please address this issue promptly as my family and friends only know me by the account name Daphne Reid.

Hello, I am the owner of www.facebook.com/t4trendzz. Recently, I lost admin rights to my page. In the screen shots attached, you can see the page mentions my website, phone number (0[redacted]), and email (info@t4trendz). Someone impersonated me on Facebook with the name (Harley Rogers) and tried to take control of the page. They offered to pay me $[redacted] to $[redacted] a month to post articles, but required approval for instant articles. I agreed and provided my email, only to be tricked into transferring ownership to a fake account named (Facebook) under the business manager (instant articles). Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, I have not received a response. Recently, I received an email stating I was no longer a part of (instant articles). Additionally, one individual named (Saad Sadiqui) removed the other admins on my page, leaving me in a difficult situation. I request assistance in reclaiming my admin rights promptly. Thank you.

My cousin initially set up two-factor authentication on his account via SMS, but later removed his phone number since he planned to update it. However, without the phone number, he is unable to receive the verification code via SMS, which is needed for two-factor authentication. He tried to use email as an alternative, but he can't remember the password for that email account as he hasn't accessed it in years. Since he's been relying on SMS login for a while, he now finds himself locked out without access to the email.
