I am experiencing an issue with the 'invite' feature on Facebook Groups being blocked. It seems like this is due to “overusing” the feature. The situation is the following; I have numerous friends, as can be seen, and believed many of them would be interested in learning about my mother's new business ventures with Ann Summers and Avon.
I don't see an issue with my actions. I have not excessively used this feature; I simply have a high number of friends on Facebook, possibly reaching the [redacted] friend limit, and have over [redacted] followers on the site. Importantly, I have not spammed anyone. Why have I been blocked from using this feature, and is there information on how long this restriction will last? I am only trying to support my mum, who is currently facing financial challenges, in expanding and advertising her business.

I am in a difficult situation. My wife has accused me of tampering with her Facebook account, but I do not have access to her username or password. I have been deployed in Kentucky for almost a year due to my work at Homeland Security. Unfortunately, it seems she has been unfaithful and is now making threats towards me online. She has blocked me from her Facebook, making it impossible for me to see what she is posting. Her name is STEPHANIE Lynn Court, and she has been involved with someone named Fallon who is an ex-convict. Despite her attempts to set me up, my employer has discovered the truth and advised me to seek legal help. They will be taking action against her for falsely accusing a federal officer.

Subject: False Accusations by Stephanie Lynn Court
Dear All,
I'm Michael Roberts, and I'm facing false accusations from my soon-to-be ex-wife, Stephanie Lynn Court. She has been spreading lies to discredit me, claiming I hacked into her Facebook and even went as far as obtaining a restraining order. Despite reporting the issue to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, no crimes were found. I have sought legal counsel with Krubin from Rubins Law Firm to address this matter.
I have evidence, including text messages and screenshots, proving my innocence. Stephanie has a history of making false accusations, such as domestic violence allegations, with the intention of harming my reputation. I have undeniable proof, like medical records and video evidence, that refute her claims. It's essential to take legal action against her and have her false posts on Facebook removed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had to remove a tenant before their one-month agreement ended because they misled me about their employment and income status. Following this, they tampered with my Facebook account and repeatedly reported my posts, resulting in Craigslist taking them down.

These individuals have been seeking revenge since I issued the 30-day eviction notice. I'm unable to list my rental on Craigslist, impacting my earnings daily.
Seeking assistance.

I've also forwarded this to the Facebook legal team, but haven't received a response from them. Kindly lend your support.

My name is Engr Bolarinwa Adesina, and my Facebook account was hacked around four days ago. I noticed it on the second day and have been completely locked out since. The phone number linked to my account, [redacted]8, has been changed. I used to receive text messages for account verification on this number, but now everything has been altered. They have even changed the email address associated with my account. I am worried about my personal content being misused. Please assist me in recovering my account to prevent any illegal activities being done through it.

My former partner has gained unauthorized access to my Facebook account, changing the password and removing my email and phone number associated with it. I had originally registered the account with a different phone number, and despite adding my current number later, my ex removed it. Now, when I try to reset the password, Facebook sends the code to the old number. I've created a new account but would like to regain access to my original one where I have cherished photos of my grandchildren. The account is under the name Casey Thomas Burk and was opened with the phone number [redacted]. I am unable to recover it as the email option was not used initially. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as the Facebook help center has not been helpful. Thank you.

I'm experiencing a lot of distress right now because I accidentally deleted a one-sided Facebook Messenger conversation that held important memories and videos. Due to low phone storage, I often store valuable content there. Mistakenly, I pressed delete instead of archive, resulting in losing significant videos of my cat when she was a kitten and other cherished items. I understand that retrieving deleted messages may seem impossible, but I'm reaching out in desperation for any potential solutions, even if it involves a forced rollback or any alternative method. I'm truly in a state of panic as these memories are irreplaceable to me. Thank you for any assistance or guidance you can provide during this upsetting time.

My friend and I have been sending money back and forth. On Tuesday the 26th, I sent him $40, and on Friday the 19th, he sent me back the same amount. However, I never received any notification confirming the transaction or indicating it was pending. Despite him having proof of sending the money in his transaction history and it being deducted from his bank account, I have not seen any confirmation on my end. Customer support keeps mentioning that my card is on file, but we are both experienced with this app, and I am certain I did not receive the payment. We are trying to locate where the transaction went wrong. His transaction ID is [redacted][redacted]. I need assistance as I have not received any notification of the payment being sent to me.

Hello,
I have been a Facebook user for ten years, and I have cherished memories stored on my account, including precious moments of my son growing up, memories of my nan, and messages from my young cousin before she passed away. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with accessing my account recently when they sent my identity verification code to an old telephone number. Despite trying for over a week to resolve this, I was finally able to update my phone number. Now, they are asking me to send pictures of myself to confirm my identity, which worries me as I fear they might disable my account. I am deeply upset by the treatment I have received after being a loyal user for so long, and I am concerned about losing my memories permanently. I hope this situation can be rectified before I lose hope.
Warm regards,
Danielle

Update on Facebook password issue: Facebook was not helpful in resolving the problem initially. When trying to change my password, the screen I was directed to did not accept my current password and did not provide a "forgot password" option. A phone number I found online only played a message stating that Facebook does not take phone calls. After several days and attempts with different browsers, I eventually reached a screen that had the "forgot password" option. Unfortunately, I am part of large groups that solely use Facebook for communication, or I would have discontinued using the platform immediately due to its inefficiency.
I am experiencing a challenge changing my Facebook password as advised due to login issues. Despite entering my current password, Facebook claims it is incorrect, preventing me from accessing my account. Customer support seems unavailable. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

Hello,
I recently reported an incident where an unknown person accessed my Facebook account and started tagging people in selling posts. Although I changed my password, four days later, I received an email from Facebook stating my account was logged out and hidden due to potential unauthorized access. After verifying my identity on a known device, I was instructed to change my password. Despite following the link and changing the password, my account remains locked with the same message prompting me to confirm my identity. Currently, my account is hidden on Facebook and Messenger under the name Kayte Meredith. I have been receiving email codes at [redacted], the email associated with the account setup. Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kayte Meredith

I signed up on Facebook to benefit from the rewards given by PUBG for linking social media accounts. I used the same nickname to be recognizable on live videos. Unfortunately, when trying to log into PUBG, my Facebook account won't open. They requested a selfie for verification, but my profile picture is of a crazy joker. I've invested over $[redacted] into this account and am worried about its status. I ask for a one-day activation to resolve any issues, allowing me to transfer the account to my Google account for safety before it gets deleted. My email associated with Facebook is [redacted]

I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I received a notification about a login attempt from another location, prompting me to reset my password. However, when trying to reset it, none of my usual passwords seemed to work. I suspect the hacker may have changed it. After requesting a password reset code via email, I faced an error message stating I had tried too frequently. Even after waiting 24 hours, retrying the same code led to the same message. The repetitive nature of the 6-digit code sent is puzzling. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter without resorting to creating a new Facebook profile. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

When I tried to log in, I received a message stating that someone may have accessed my account. I was then asked to identify individuals based on my recent comments and provide a photo ID. Despite completing these steps, I am still unable to access my Facebook account due to the ongoing review of the ID I submitted. I am unsure of how long this process will take. I just want my account unlocked so I can continue using it as usual. This situation is causing unnecessary stress, and I feel like someone is intentionally trying to disrupt my life.

There has been a recent scam involving a company called Sjfeifwor claiming to sell lightweight trailers for $[redacted].00. After receiving warnings in my inbox, it is evident that this has been an ongoing issue. It's disappointing to see these posts not being taken down promptly. Due to this scam, I had to deactivate my credit card, which is inconvenient. It's frustrating to see legitimate concerns being overlooked. Rest assured, steps will be taken to address this issue properly.

I enjoy playing PUBG Mobile regularly and have invested money in the game. I recently learned that players can donate in-game currency to others, but it seems they prefer to donate to individuals with attractive avatars. I attempted to change my profile picture to that of a model by altering my Facebook account details. However, this led to access issues with my Facebook account as I provided inaccurate information during the verification process. I am eager to regain access to my account to continue playing without losing my progress. I am committed to reverting my profile to its original state once the issue is resolved.

My account was temporarily disabled today due to suspicious activity. I am Gary McCharles. They suspect I logged into a fake Facebook site. I've had to change my password multiple times, review my posts, friend additions, comments, and identify friends on my list to confirm my identity. There seems to be a concern about me, and my account may be flagged. The issue is that my fiance, Wayne, is on my friends list, but I don't have his number and can't recall his last name. He is 59 with white hair and a moustache. We message each other frequently, and not being able to access my account to chat with him is distressing. Facebook is closed today, and he might worry about my absence. At 70 years old, I wonder why I am being targeted by these individuals.

About a week ago, my Facebook account was hacked. I had been using it without any issues until yesterday when I found out I was locked out. Every attempt to log in prompts me to confirm my identity, but I keep getting locked out when I try. I've requested a code to my phone but haven't received it. I've tried confirming on multiple devices and with friend's photos. I can't find any way to contact Facebook about this frustrating issue. I'm worried about losing access to my account even though I ensured my security settings when changing my password. I need this resolved within the next 24 hours as I'm very frustrated and eager to regain full access to my account.

I received an email informing me that two of my posts violated the community standards. However, when I tried to view the posts and logged in, I was prompted to change my password, delete the posts, unfriend individuals, and unlike pages. After following these steps, I received a message on the last page stating, "sorry, this page is not available now, please try again later." This page only provides options to log out or create a page. I need to access my account as I am an administrator for at least 10 other pages. Could you please clarify if I am in Facebook jail or explain the situation? Thank you.

Hello,
I am part of the team managing a local Facebook page with typically high organic engagement. However, for the past four days, our posts have stopped appearing on followers' feeds, causing a significant drop in visibility. Despite adhering to community guidelines and avoiding controversial content, our page seems to have been affected by a sudden decrease in reach without any explanation or prior warning from Facebook. This issue is particularly concerning as the page is crucial to our business operations and the potential loss of a 10-year social media following is distressing. We have attempted to contact Facebook for assistance but have not yet received a response regarding this frustrating situation.
