Whispering Willows Sanctuary Group was founded in April [redacted] by Steph Morgan, aiming to rescue horses and operate as a non-profit organization. Despite gaining a significant following and official non-profit status, the group has faced challenges with the creation of hate groups and harassment towards its members, leading to police involvement. Recently, a former staff member reinstated Steph Morgan as an admin overnight, resulting in the group being changed to closed, admins removed, and archived. This action caused the group to lose all its previous data and donations, forcing members to start from scratch. Despite efforts to report a hate page with a thousand followers, no action has been taken. On a recent afternoon, Steph Morgan unarchived the group only to make an admin someone associated with the hate group before leaving again. This situation has resulted in personal information being exposed to new individuals who are now engaging in blackmail against the group.

Dear Facebook Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with my disabled Facebook account. I acknowledge that my actions on my account were not appropriate, however, I did not receive any prior warning before it was disabled. I believe this may have been a mistake. I want to clarify that I have never posted any explicit or abusive content or shared inappropriate links on Facebook pages or public groups. I have been an active Facebook user for 7 years and my account holds important contacts and data. I also manage public pages as an Admin, with [redacted] followers, as well as utilize my Instagram account. Additionally, many gaming and other accounts are linked to my Facebook. Considering the above, I kindly request you to reconsider my account's status. I assure you that I will adhere to Facebook's rules and regulations moving forward. Hello, my name is Janie B. I set up my Facebook account to save my Candy Crush and other game data when switching tablets. I am a genuine person, but for some reason, Facebook disabled my account. I have never posted anything on Facebook and only used it to log in to games. I followed their instructions to enable my account over a week ago but have been unsuccessful. As a disabled person, playing these games is important to me for entertainment. I really miss playing them, and I had to ask my niece to use her computer to send this message. I hope Facebook can enable my account soon so I can have my game data back. Thank you.

I created a Facebook Page on my iPhone and decided to 'BOOST' it for $25. Initially, I believed it was a one-time payment, but I was surprised to see recurring charges on my credit card. To stop the charges, I removed my credit card from the account. However, this caused an issue where now I have an outstanding balance of $[redacted] for boosting my page. I only authorized $25, and I am at a loss about the additional charges. It seems the limited options on the mobile version misled me. I was informed that using a laptop for boosting would have provided clearer options. In January, my Facebook account got disabled, and I had to submit my ID as requested. I was then informed that due to security reasons, the account was disabled without the possibility of learning why. I was driving and missed the notification about the issue. I mainly share family-related content and rarely engage in political or religious topics. I suspect a hack might have occurred leading to inappropriate posts. Regardless, I simply wish to have my account reinstated to retrieve precious memories of my son spanning 9 years, which were wiped clean. Even my wife's tagged memories were affected. It's disheartening as I witness other accounts with what I deem as inappropriate content go untouched. If restoration is not an option, I hope to download all my data. I reiterate my innocence and plead for assistance. The closure of my Instagram with minimal content adds to the distress. I've heightened security practices to prevent future issues at work or potentially from someone misusing my account.

I used my phone number, [redacted], to create a Facebook account, but Verizon informed me that I cannot recover this number. Therefore, I am unable to reset my Facebook password since I cannot receive the recovery text. My Facebook account is linked to my Pokémon Go account, and without access to my Facebook, I cannot log back into Pokémon Go. I hope to regain access to my Facebook account to not lose my progress, money invested, and gaming experience. I have recently encountered a situation where I have been temporarily suspended from both Facebook and Messenger. The reason specified for this action was a comment I made that was flagged as hate speech. Despite reviewing Facebook's Terms and Conditions, I am struggling to comprehend how my statement could fall under that category. I have quoted the relevant section of the Terms and Conditions to showcase that my comment did not target any of the protected categories mentioned. Moreover, I have not received a clear explanation from Facebook regarding the violation, nor have I been able to appeal the decision due to technical issues with the response link provided. The additional blocking of Messenger has also left me puzzled as I have always maintained a respectful presence on that platform. This suspension has not only affected my ability to use social media but has also hindered communication with my friends, which I find unjust.

I recently shared a video on my "business" page which featured music. Shortly after, I received a notification stating that the video was partially muted due to potential copyright issues. I am unsure about which copyrighted material was being flagged, as no specific details were provided in the notification or the related links. I need assistance. I shared a video that had copyrights without knowing, and as a result, Facebook disabled my account. I provided my ID, and they responded with the following message: As a user of Facebook, you agreed to our Statement of Rights & Responsibilities, which prohibits actions that violate someone else's rights or the law. Upon receiving a valid claim of intellectual property infringement, we promptly remove the content. We also deactivate accounts of repeat offenders. We previously warned you of infringing on third-party rights, and as a result, your account has been disabled. I am unsure of what steps to take next, please advise.

I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly, as it has persisted for four months, causing me inconvenience daily. I have a clean track record on the platform, with no prior conduct issues or disputes. I am not seeking much, just a resolution to these ongoing security and account access problems. I recently managed to merge my old disabled Facebook account with a new one I created after giving up on accessing my old account. However, now my new account has been closed by Facebook. They claim it was reported as fraudulent, even though I have provided them with my ID and requested information multiple times. I am frustrated with this situation and have tried contacting customer service but have not received any assistance. I suspect there may be a technical issue within Facebook causing this problem, as many others seem to be experiencing the same issue without resolution. Despite already submitting my ID multiple times, I complied with Facebook's request to send it again after they closed my new account. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

A few weeks ago, my original Facebook account was disabled without any explanation. Despite numerous attempts to reactivate it, I was unsuccessful and had to create a new one. Unfortunately, the new account was also blocked within an hour, affecting my Messenger as well. Every attempt to create new accounts resulted in immediate blocking. Both apps requested my phone number for verification, but rejected it as invalid, even though I know it is correct. After researching the issue, I discovered that many others are experiencing the same problems. It's essential for these issues to be identified and resolved promptly.

I need help with my Facebook account named Shahbaz Umer Kaimkhani, created with the email address [redacted] and the phone number +[redacted]45. Unfortunately, my account got hacked on July 16, [redacted], at around 12 am. The hacker changed my phone number and email, but my name remains the same. I don't know how to prove to Facebook that it's my account. I'm willing to provide my ID card or answer security questions to verify my identity. My fiance's Facebook account has been hacked by someone who changed the name on it and blocked several individuals. Despite our efforts, the new pages we created keep getting deleted and blocked as the hacker, using her previous account, reports them. We have tried contacting Facebook through emails without success. Our business page, built over five years with private customer information, has been affected, causing significant distress. Family photos have also been lost. The original profile, still active, remains a source of frustration. We are considering taking legal action against Facebook if the issue is not resolved promptly to regain control of our original profile and business page.

I have two Facebook accounts. The old one was created when I was married to my ex-husband, whom I've had a restraining order against since [redacted]. He previously reported my new account under the name Hope Rising, resulting in a dispute with Facebook. Following a recent court hearing, he has reported my new account again. Despite providing them with my ID and copies of the restraining order, Facebook seems to be allowing him to harass and manipulate me by claiming my account is fake. I stopped using my old account under the name Heather Smith (from when I was married) in November [redacted], creating the new one around that time. It's frustrating that despite my efforts to provide evidence and explanations, I'm facing this situation again. My friends, family, and ex-inlaws all know the reasons behind my new account setup, so this is very frustrating.

About 2 1/2 months ago, I saw an ad on Facebook from Nalunations for the complete sewing center cabinet. I bought one but did not receive any confirmation of the order. Unaware, I accidentally ordered a second one. I tried calling but they never answered or returned my messages. I attempted to reach out multiple times to no avail. I felt desperate to get the item, so I tried once more and was quickly charged $[redacted].00 on my credit card. Despite leaving around 30 messages, I haven't heard back from them at all. I am unable to access my locked Facebook account through Safari, the application, or my laptop because I need to verify my identity. There are two main issues causing problems. I recently purchased a new LG Scenic phone from AT&T. I had downloaded Facebook onto the phone and everything was working fine until one morning when I unplugged it and Facebook asked for a phone number that was supposed to be already saved. However, when I entered my number, it said it couldn't verify it. I have tried redownloading the app using my Gmail, but it's not working. I have multiple passwords saved, and every time I try to log in, it tells me something is wrong. Please help me resolve this issue and reset all the passwords on my phone. I have discovered that there are 3-4 fake accounts created using my name, along with one using my phone number and Date of Birth. I am unable to change the password to delete these accounts. The issue persists with 2 Instagram accounts as well. None of these accounts were set up by me. I urgently need assistance in permanently removing these accounts, as they are causing conflicts within my 33-year marriage. I suspect this could be linked to an old Mistress seeking revenge due to my commitment to my wife. The situation has escalated, resulting in negative arguments that I did not instigate. I do not use any form of social media and require immediate help in deleting all these unauthorized accounts and preventing them from being created again.
