I want to clarify that I did not violate any terms; my account was compromised by three unknown individuals. After following instructions to close and reopen my account about six months later, I found three different identities using my account with my name and information alongside someone else's photos. I primarily use the account to see my sister's pictures and occasionally for dating, but I have always operated within the guidelines. Someone has tampered with my account, and I am troubled by this. I urge quick resolution to regain access before I escalate the matter to the authorities for investigation. I value my long-standing account, which I rarely use, and hope to address this issue promptly to avoid further escalation.

I own a business with a Facebook page. A client I fixed hair for didn't follow instructions for aftercare, leading to issues. Despite my attempts to resolve the problem, the situation escalated with verbal abuse, threats, and now a negative review. I involved trading standards, the police, and a solicitor. The authorities advised the individuals to stay away. However, they posted a damaging review that I reported but remains online. This incident is out of character for my business in the three years since its establishment. Considering the police are involved, I seek Facebook's cooperation in removing the review.

My account has been hacked, and I am struggling to recover it. I receive a code on my number for recovery, but when I need to confirm my identity, I do not receive the code despite multiple attempts. Even entering the codes provided by a friend did not work. I have contacted my service provider, and they claim there is no issue on their end and advised me to reach out to Facebook. I recently received an unjust review on my Facebook Business Page. I am wondering if there is a way to disable the review section. I didn't intend to have reviews on my page and am disappointed by the negative feedback. I am unfamiliar with the person who left the review, and it feels as irrelevant as someone critiquing an Italian restaurant for not serving seafood when I do not even own this type of establishment. I prefer to have no reviews at all to prevent further unfair comments. If disabling the review section is not an option, I may have to consider deleting the page and starting anew.

I encountered an issue while using Facebook on my Samsung A7. Upon opening the app, I received a "Session expired" message. Upon attempting to log in, I was prompted to verify my account. I faced challenges clicking on the other devices option and then opted for the "Verify friends" feature. Despite successfully verifying my friends, I encountered a "Connection lost" error followed by a blue screen upon retrying. Even after closing and reopening the app, I faced the hourly limit exceeded error.
I then attempted the "Verify your comments" option, which resulted in a similar connection error and blue screen upon retry. Despite correctly verifying the comments, the issue persisted, and I encountered the hourly limit exceeded error again. Switching to my computer, I was informed that the feature was unavailable at the moment.
Resorting to accessing Facebook support, I changed my password successfully, only to discover that my account was locked, and the identify feature was unavailable. As a writer reliant on Facebook for my audience, I am concerned and seek a resolution to prevent losing access to my account.

My Facebook account was disabled on June 27, [redacted], after I unwittingly accepted a friend request from my close friend U.K. whose account was hacked. Despite my innocence, Facebook disabled my account, and the help desk has not been responsive to my pleas for reinstatement. Prior to this, my account from 6 to 8 years was also disabled in March [redacted]. I have always adhered to community standards and policies and am unsure why my account has been affected. Dear Facebook Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally complain about being banned from using Facebook. I believe the ban was unjustified as it occurred when I used the Live feature to show the ICC Cricket World Cup [redacted], as reported by Gazi Tv Bangladesh. This is the second instance of being banned and I find it completely unfair.
Initially, I was banned for going Live and sharing a cricket match on Sky Sports, a service I subscribe to in the UK. This had no connection to Gazi Tv, yet I was reported and banned. I fail to comprehend why this action led to a ban, as I was simply sharing my excitement for a cricket match involving my country's team on my own TV.
Shortly after, on July 6th, [redacted], I went Live from Lord’s Cricket Stadium during the Bangladesh V Pakistan match to update friends and family. This ban was also triggered by a report from Gazi Tv, despite the fact that I was within my rights to share my experience at the stadium. I am not affiliated with Gazi Tv and had purchased a ticket for the event.
I feel the Facebook team unjustly banned me without a thorough investigation. I request a comprehensive review of the situation to avoid future unjust bans and to reinstate my disabled account promptly.

I'm having difficulty accessing my other account under the profile [redacted] I'm unable to reset the password or change the phone number associated with it. This is concerning as the account holds cherished family photos, including pictures of my children when they were babies. Despite creating a new account due to the issue, it has now been disabled. I have followed all the necessary steps to recover the original account, including trying to reset the password using my new phone number, but to no avail. I suspect I am experiencing malware that is preventing me from using Messenger. I think it originated from someone I sent a negative message to in early June. After sending the message, I received a **-hour ban, then a three-day ban, and subsequently, a series of seven-day bans without sending any messages thereafter. I have accumulated over twenty seven-day bans from a single message in June. I am concerned about this issue and seek assistance. I can provide screenshots of the blocks on my account if needed. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter so I can use the Messenger app without further interruptions. Thank you.

I am currently in the process of setting up my eCommerce business on Shopify with a friend. This will be a side venture for me, and I plan to use Facebook as the advertising platform for my business. As I am still preparing and have not yet launched my website (www.caserystudio.com), I encountered issues when trying to create a Facebook Business Manager account multiple times.
I received a message from Shopify informing me that I am temporarily blocked from creating a Business Manager by Facebook due to integrity policies. The message advises me to try again later or use an existing Business Manager. I am unsure about the policy violation and would appreciate it if someone could review my case and guide me on how to successfully create a Business Manager account.

I am writing to report that my Facebook account was disabled on May 11th around 4:00 AM. I have been a user for 9 years and managed a fan base group for Bangladesh Cricket Captain (Mashrafe Bin Mortaza) called "Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (Mashbook)," which has also been disabled. I created this community to bring together cricket enthusiasts and I was the first admin.
I always adhered to Facebook's rules and regulations, and if I unintentionally violated any, I apologize. I have provided my Passport, NID, photo, and official ID card for verification. My account and those of 20 office colleagues were disabled simultaneously, possibly in error. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account and group access.
I hope Facebook will resolve this issue promptly.

I have always used the option to reset my Facebook password via SMS. I created my account years ago, and the email linked to it is now disabled. I contacted Yahoo, but they cannot recover my email due to inactivity. Unfortunately, Facebook is not giving me the option to recover via SMS either, even though I can find my account by searching my phone number. The profile I'm concerned about is under the name Jazzmin Nickels, and the email linked is [redacted] I submitted my valid Texas driver's license for verification to the email provided for recovery, but I have not received any updates regarding my recovery. Can support assist me in recovering my account so I can use Facebook again? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I've had a Facebook account since [redacted]. Recently, I created a new account, disabled both old and new accounts, and then reactivated them to add friends. During this process, Facebook locked me out of my new account and requested my phone number for verification. After entering the code sent to me, I regained access. However, shortly after, Facebook locked me out again, asking for a picture of myself for further verification. I complied, but my account remains temporarily disabled while they review the photo. I'm unsure what to do as I'm unable to access my account, which happened on July 17. While my old account is functioning fine, my new one is still locked. I did not send the same profile picture and hope the additional image I provided will assist in confirming my identity. I'm eager to have my account unlocked as I've just added all my friends there.

I have had the same Facebook account for over 10 years, almost since it first came out. During all this time, I have never gotten into trouble, posted anything inappropriate, or broken any rules. Recently, my account was hacked, and I immediately changed my password because I suspect my ex-girlfriend, who had access to my Snapchat, was behind it. She posted something without my knowledge, which was swiftly removed. Despite reporting the hack and regaining access safely, I woke up one morning to find my entire Facebook account gone - no explanation, no contacts, no pictures. This has left me extremely upset and disappointed. I urgently need an explanation for why this happened and would like to retrieve my pictures, particularly those with my son that are irreplaceable. After a decade of using the platform without any issues, losing all my data without any clarification is distressing.

Last week, a Facebook "friend" by the name of Rene Alberta left threatening comments on 5 photos on my timeline. I reported one comment, and I suspect my fiance reported the others since they were on his tagged photos. To prevent further threats, I blocked her. I have screenshots of all the concerning photos and comments and wish to report them to Facebook as violent. I am reluctant to unblock her to report the comments as she could cause more issues on my timeline. Rene Alberta has a history of making threats online, predominantly against celebrities, and she seems mentally unstable. Recently, she has directed her aggression towards Facebook friends, including two others I know. The violent nature of the threats worries me, especially since I am unaware of her current whereabouts.

However, when I tried to log in 4 to 5 months later, I found that I couldn't remember my changed password. I recently discovered that my Facebook Messenger account was hacked, and a video was sent to many of my contacts. Taking swift action, I changed my password and logged out from all devices. However, upon trying to log back in, I'm prompted to verify my identity due to suspicious activity. Clicking on "get started" leads me to a page informing me that my account is temporarily locked for security reasons. Despite attempting to go through the security check by clicking "continue," I keep receiving an error message stating that the feature is unavailable at the moment. I have encountered a recent issue with our Facebook group "My Anime Land" where we suspect we may have been "Ghost Banned" by the platform. Each time I express my opinion, I receive a 30-day block from your platform. I recently made a comment regarding a video of individuals raiding a store, and although I mentioned the race, I was promptly given a 30-day block. However, there have been instances where disturbing content, such as children chanting anti-American messages or people burning our flag, has been allowed to stay. I served multiple tours in the military, defending the freedoms we hold dear, including freedom of speech. My comment may have been deemed controversial, but I believe it reflects a truth I stand by. I respectfully request the removal of the 30-day block, as I value my freedom of speech.
