I am currently having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I was logged out and cannot recall my password. The phone number linked to the account was transferred to my daughter's account, and I no longer have access to it. Furthermore, I have forgotten the password to the email connected to my Facebook. This situation is frustrating, and I believe I should be able to answer security questions to regain entry. I have cherished memories and important pictures on my Facebook account, which I have owned for over nine years. I am seeking alternative methods to regain access without resorting to costly support services. I am hesitant to pay for assistance that may not guarantee a solution given my financial constraints. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at [redacted] and the previous email associated with my Facebook is [redacted] I am willing to provide additional personal details from my account if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Sincerely, Kira Rose Harmon

I have been struggling to access my Facebook account for weeks due to the 2-step authentication feature. I just need to update my phone number on my account to receive the code and remove the app. Despite sending my photo ID, security questions, and even holding up the ID with a picture of myself, I am still unable to log in. I am desperate to retrieve my children's photos on there, my only connection to them. Facebook, please consider the countless others facing the same issue and either remove this authentication or provide a solution for everyone. Kindly update my contact number for the recovery code to be sent to my email instead, as I no longer have access to my previous number. Thank you.

My Facebook account holds many precious memories and photos shared with friends that I don't have saved elsewhere. I am committed to enhancing the security of my account to prevent unauthorized access. Please help me regain access to my account; I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Sandeep Singh

I have been threatened by an individual named Rehaan Roy who has gained access to my account. He is demanding a selfie from me, threatening to share inappropriate photos of me with my family and friends. He claims to be in love with me, and if I do not comply, he will post damaging content about me online. The police have not been helpful, so I am turning to this forum for assistance. I am anxious and feel harassed by this situation. Please help me prevent any unauthorized posts on my Facebook account and notify me of any graphic content. I am unsure how to handle the situation on Facebook Messenger. Thank you for your support.

Good morning, I recently decided to create a Facebook page for my business, changing the name from Reiaz Muhammad to Ryo Investments and Company Limited. Though I prefer to keep my personal life private, I was open to sharing some photos and connecting with friends. However, after creating the page, I made the mistake of removing all friends, blocking new requests, and refraining from posting personal pictures. When asked to submit a photo of myself, I complied. Shortly after, my account was disabled during a security check. I assure you that all my information and pictures are accurate. Attempts to create new accounts have been unsuccessful. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you

I am in need of assistance re-enabling my personal Facebook account, which has been disabled for over a month now. I have followed the guidelines by using my real name and business name for the 'Username'. When I try to log in using my phone number and password, I am met with a message saying "Your account has been disabled." My account includes the correct email address and date of birth. I submitted my ID to Facebook for review a month ago through the provided form but have not received any confirmations via email or phone regarding this request. I also attempted to seek help through the forum, but I am unable to proceed as it requires me to log in, and the process halts with the "Your account has been disabled" message. Do you have any suggestions on how I can successfully reactivate my account?

I was recently blocked from posting on my personal page for sharing an innocent photo of my toddler daughter and cousin playing in their underwear after splashing around outside. The image is not inappropriate or harmful in any way. I am disappointed by this action as I use social media to share moments with my loved ones. My page is private, and my friends and family agree that this restriction is unjustified. I received no prior warning and was blocked immediately. It is frustrating that such a harmless post led to this. I am considering deleting my Facebook accounts due to this unfair situation. I have shared more explicit content in the past without repercussions. I urge you to address and resolve this issue promptly.

I need help with an impersonation problem involving my 9-year-old daughter. I am divorced from my ex-husband and have full custody of our daughter. He has supervised visits once a week. My daughter has a Facebook Kids account linked to my page, and my ex is blocked. He has a history of drug addiction, jail time, and mental health issues. He created a fake account for her that she can't access. I worry her friends may unknowingly add this account. She isn't allowed phone contact with him, and he may give her login details. This situation violates our custody agreement. Please assist me promptly.

Yesterday morning, I discovered that both my Facebook and email accounts had been compromised. I received messages indicating that my passwords had been changed without my knowledge, leaving me locked out of my accounts. I did not attempt to change my passwords, so this is concerning. When I tried to verify my email, I noticed they were asking me to confirm a phone number that does not belong to me or my country. As my Facebook account is linked to my music page "Sierra Griggs Live and Acoustic," which contains my banking information for my online shop, I urgently removed myself as an administrator to prevent unauthorized access. I am unable to access my account due to not having the phone number associated with it from nine years ago. Additionally, I provided my social security number to Facebook when setting up my shop and can verify it if necessary. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account.

To the Facebook Management Team, Subject: Request for Reinstatement of Disabled Account I am writing to request an appeal on behalf of my friend and teacher, Mr. Macos Karam from Kurdistan, Iraq. Mr. Karam is an English teacher and the CEO of Macos Organization, an esteemed educational institution in the Kurdistan region. Mr. Karam's account was disabled due to an inadvertent action by an admin, causing significant inconvenience for him and our online educational programs. We sincerely apologize for the admin's mistake in posting a picture that violated Facebook's community standards. This was an unintentional error, and Mr. Karam had no knowledge of the post, which is not representative of his usual conduct on the platform. Mr. Karam has been an active Facebook user since [redacted] without any prior violations of the platform's policies. He is dedicated to serving and educating people, offering English lessons free of charge. I kindly request the prompt reactivation of his account to allow him to continue his valuable work. Hello, I am Umut Can. Recently, I accidentally logged into my old Facebook account after 4 years because the Gmail password keeper remembered it. Despite being frustrated with the situation, I attempted to delete some things on my old account. As a result, Facebook disabled my account, thinking I was the attacker. I submitted my National ID, visa, and driver's license, but the response email indicated it was not enough. The other option provided was even more challenging, involving five people, including a 12-year-old boy and individuals over 75, to verify my identity. I am eager to regain access to my account and have sent numerous personal ID photos. My email address, [redacted], is secure, and I am ready for a real human to assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time, Umut Can Apaydın

A group page named "SHOT STABBED BEATEN OR ROBBED DOUGHERTY LEE" inaccurately posted my son's arrest record along with a senior picture from 4 years ago. When I tried to address this by contacting the page admin as per Facebook's suggestion, they were rude and unresponsive. Despite my efforts to communicate, they even reposted the offending content on their separate page "SSBOR DOLEE" and shared screenshots of our private messages without my consent. These groups claim to promote community 'awareness,' but in reality, they make derogatory comments about the individuals they feature. It's concerning that their pages are named after violent crimes while they share information about non-violent arrests. This raises questions about what true community awareness means to them. I strongly believe they should reconsider their page's name and stop disclosing private interactions publicly while hiding behind their online anonymity.

Hello, I am a member of the Dev Team at CRI agency in Montreal, Canada. Several years ago, an employee set up a Facebook account under his name for our company to create apps for clients. Since the employee left and the associated email was no longer active, we updated the account with a new email ([redacted]) and changed the name to reflect its purpose as an account for our developers. However, upon trying to access the account, we found it disabled, likely flagged due to the updates. Unfortunately, as the account was originally under the former employee's name which we changed to a generic one, we are unable to verify through the help center. This has led to us losing access to the apps we developed for our clients. We urgently need assistance to regain access to the account as we are in the process of launching apps for our clients. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sophie from CRI agency's Dev Team.

Urgent Appeal Dear Facebook Team, I recently discovered that my personal accounts were disabled on October 29, [redacted], and November 17, [redacted], due to being hacked. It appears the hacker sent inappropriate content to my friends, leading to the accounts being considered in violation and disabled. I believe this was unjust and a violation of my privacy, causing significant issues personally and professionally. I kindly request Facebook to review my appeal and reactivate both accounts promptly. The accounts are crucial for my work, studies, and personal connections. I have explored ways to recover disabled accounts online but prefer to resolve this matter through official channels with Facebook. I would like to emphasize that my name includes a double surname, "Benkhalifa-Belhaj", both of which are legitimate. Please understand this is not identity theft. I have attached copies of my passports for verification. Here are the details of my accounts for reference: - Previous account: [redacted] Name: Salem Belhaj | Username: salem.belhaj.[redacted] - Current account: [redacted] Name: Salem Ab Belhaj | Username: salem.ab.belhaj1 I can be reached via email at [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Dr. Salem Ab Belhaj Head of Lab & Dentistry Department at Hay Al-Andalus Health Center & Branch Chief of Libyan Laboratory Medicine Syndicate, Tripoli – Libya

I created an account over two years ago using an old mobile number as my username. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that number and have forgotten it, leaving me unable to access my account. My photos are trapped on this Facebook profile. Could you assist me in deactivating it? I no longer require this account but am unable to access it due to the forgotten mobile number now out of use. The profile name is KrishKa, with the first letters capitalized. It is my profile with a photo of me under that name. Please, could the Facebook team delete this profile? I want to avoid any issues since my photos are stuck there for no good reason. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently joined Clayton & Little and was tasked with updating our Facebook information, specifically the location tag for Instagram. While attempting to manage the business page using an account set up by a former employee, my boss experienced being locked out. The account is linked to the former employee's company email, the only access we've had to our company Facebook page. However, we are now being asked to provide ID verification (see attached screenshot), which we are uncomfortable doing with the former employee's information. This individual was the sole access point to our company page. Is there a way to grant someone else access to our Clayton & Little business Facebook page? If not, what alternatives do we have for updating or deleting the page? You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you, Chloe

I recently had a security issue with my account, where someone tried to access it without my permission. I followed the steps to reset my password, entering my old password and creating a new one. Despite trying multiple times, Facebook is still not granting me access. I now find myself locked out and unable to recall my updated password. It seems like I need assistance in setting up a new password since I am currently unable to log in to my Facebook account.

I have been active on Facebook for five years without any issues. Recently, I have been flagged twice in three months, which is concerning. My business has been reported by someone, and while the first flag was resolved by Facebook, the second one remains unresolved. As a participant in a competitive industry, I suspect that these reports are coming from a competitor or their associates. The latest flag was regarding a video, while the previous one was due to an alleged violation. This has wrongly portrayed my legitimate business as fraudulent. The video in question was filmed in a TV studio, with all proper permissions in place for its posting. It has been online for 2-3 years without problems, so I am baffled by the copyright claim. It seems evident that I am being unfairly targeted by a competitor. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue.

Hello, I am Sam, an intern with Charles Group Consulting, a Boston-based political consulting firm. Our company created a Facebook page in [redacted] but has not been active since [redacted]. The page was set up using an email from a past employee whose account has been deleted. We are seeking assistance to gain administrative access to the account to engage with our clients on social media. We are exploring options such as reporting the page for deletion, creating a new page, or merging the existing one with a new page where we would only have ownership of one. Feel free to contact me via email or phone to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

I have a query about the ad account I'm managing, specifically about the pixel connected to it. I've been trying to create Lookalike audiences based on product content IDs from the pixel data and other Lookalike audiences, but the numbers are not increasing as expected and seem stuck below [redacted]. I've received feedback from experienced Facebook ad users who believe it's a glitch, yet the issue persists. Could someone please assess the pixel to identify and rectify any potential issues? Time is of the essence as my client is on a tight schedule. I can provide more details if needed. Looking forward to a prompt response. Drew G.
