There was a person using a Facebook friend's profile to deceive me about winning grant money. Claimed to have received $10,[redacted] and mentioned seeing my name on the winners' list. I informed my parents, who believed it was my friend, and we sent $[redacted] for an Amazon gift card as instructed. However, the person then claimed that FedEx would deliver the money, which never happened. When I inquired, they stated that the IRS had blocked the delivery and demanded a $[redacted] tax payment to proceed.

I was in the process of deleting my old Facebook account to start a new one. While creating the new account with a Gmail address, Facebook asked for a clear photo of my face for verification. I sent the photo but now can't log in until it's verified. I hope it gets resolved quickly as I was eager to build my new account. Evidence of being the same person is in my old account's last post about deleting it and the new account's first post introducing it. Facebook can contact me via the email below for updates. I'm looking forward to getting back to building my new account soon.

I recently had a post flagged by an auto-detection system, appealed the decision, which was later overturned. Despite this, I find myself with a 7-day ban. This seems unfair as there was no violation, only an issue with the automated system. This is the second time this has occurred, and it is frustrating. My account should be reinstated to its normal status promptly since the decision was reversed with the acknowledgment that the content followed Community Standards. Yesterday, I underwent a procedure at the doctor's office to remove some skin cancers. When I returned home, I turned on the TV only to learn of a terrible event in New Zealand that had just occurred. Feeling confused, I tried to get more information on Facebook by clicking on a link, but it turned out to be an unverified page with disturbing content, so I left quickly. Later on, I discovered that my Facebook page had been taken down after leaving it for a few hours while visiting my neighbors. Now, I'm concerned that it may appear I created a fake page, especially since I use my former married name due to past domestic violence. Losing access to my page means losing precious photos of my grandchildren and other memories. I rarely post about current events, mostly focusing on topics like climate change. As a 62-year-old woman on a Disability Pension in Australia, I feel helpless without my Facebook account, which is my main connection to my family. I believe Facebook might have mistakenly viewed me as a security threat, but I haven't received any notification from them. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter to regain access to my account and reconnect with my loved ones.

I am seeking assistance regarding my late grandson's account being misused by his mother to post hurtful comments about family members. This is distressing as my grandson, Tyrone Bridson, passed away last September. The account should be locked as it is being used by his mentally unstable mother, causing turmoil in the family. The account names used by my grandson were varied, such as Ty rone or Ty Bridson. Currently, the offensive post is on the Tyrone Bridson account, referencing a message from four years ago mentioning a person named "peni". My daughter shared a screenshot from my grandson's phone, including inappropriate language, which his mother, under false guise, posted two months after his passing. It is crucial for this false account to be deleted since my grandson is deceased, and his mother's actions are misleading and hurtful. I kindly request your intervention to address this distressing situation.

I am still awaiting the return of my original Facebook page despite providing detailed explanations for my situation. I am keen to have my original Facebook profile restored with all my family and friends, not one with an incorrect profile picture and only 21 friends. If deactivating my account was the result of inadvertently clicking on a malicious link yesterday, I apologize, as I have now lost access to all my groups and many family connections. I mostly share content on environmental issues, such as climate change, so I am puzzled as to how Facebook identifies undesirable accounts. I am concerned about the legality of Facebook having access to all my photos and memories without my consent. My account was compromised by a hacker at around 08:10 am GMT +2. When I attempted to change the password, I discovered I had already been logged out. The hacker also altered the password and login number, preventing my access. Visiting Facebook on the compromised account was not helpful as I no longer had access to the phone number associated with the account, which now belonged to the hacker. Facebook requested to log in using a known device and usual location, but without the correct number, I couldn't proceed. I value my account, which I have had since [redacted], and hope to regain access to it. My phone is an iPhone 5s, and I am located in Luwingu, Northern Zambia, Africa.

I have been blocked by Facebook for 30 days due to an alleged violation of community standards regarding speech. I believe this action by Facebook is unfair as I did not violate any standards. I intend to take legal action against Facebook as I have evidence proving my innocence. The post I shared was not my own, and Facebook mistakenly attributed it to me, causing the block without considering the original owner. My Facebook account is linked to the phone number [redacted]. I've been dealing with harassment on the platform for almost a year now. Despite law enforcement's efforts to assist, the harasser creates fake accounts with disturbing names like "kill yourself," "I'm gonna kill you," "I'm gonna rape you," "I'm watching you," "fat whale," and uses them to report my account. To protect myself, I've used a different name on Facebook, which led to my account being disabled. This individual is creating multiple profiles, over [redacted], to harass me. I altered my name to Russian to prevent them from searching for me, but my account was still disabled. I have screenshots of all the evidence. It would be helpful if a Facebook tech specialist could investigate this situation further.

I am unable to access my account which holds crucial information necessary for my daily life. When attempting to log in, I receive an error message stating that there is no account associated with my details, despite using it regularly for the past 5 to 6 months. Hello, last Wednesday, there was a global crash on Facebook, causing me to be unable to log in. Despite receiving a six-digit code to reset my password, I could not regain access to my account which I've had since [redacted]. I was then compelled to create a new account, resulting in the loss of 90% of my contacts. After sending friend requests to those I could remember, I encountered an odd issue where the system kept prompting my confirmed contacts for additional friend requests. Furthermore, updating inaccurate information on my personal profile has proven to be challenging. I have already reached out twice to Facebook with no response, highlighting their poor customer service. I understand Facebook's vast user base, but I am disappointed in the lack of direct customer service available. Hello, I am seeking assistance with accessing my personal account, which is crucial for communicating with my relatives in my home country and has been active for 10 years. Following a phone change last Wednesday, I downloaded the Facebook app on my new device but have been unable to sign in.
