I have been unable to access Facebook on my new phone. It stopped working on my old phone a week or two ago, before I replaced it, so I'm unsure if I was hacked. When trying to reset my password, I keep receiving an "Error" message after entering the reset code. There might be two Facebook accounts under my name. If so, the correct one should be linked to my Gmail address: [redacted] My profile picture is on the correct account, and my cell phone number is [redacted]. If there is another account, I would like it deleted. I began setting up a new account in [redacted] but never finished it. That incomplete account might have been hacked and has no picture. I need to delete that one. When my old phone stopped working, Facebook Settings wouldn't let me switch to the correct account. I need guidance on how to regain access to Facebook. Thank you for your help!

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account as the password has been changed, and I am unable to access the associated email to reset it. The Gmail account linked to my Facebook has not been used in over 8 years, and I cannot recall the password to reset it. Despite attempts to update the Gmail password, I am unable to receive emails for verification. Additionally, there seems to be a discrepancy with the phone number linked to my Facebook, as it ends with "22," which is not my current phone number. To my surprise, a strange emoji of grapes was posted in the bio section of my account, which I did not do. For resolution, I am willing to provide further verification such as a picture of my driver's license or engaging in a video call. Your assistance in recovering my account is greatly appreciated.

I was chatting with a friend about her husband when my Facebook account suddenly got disabled for reasons unclear to me. I have been a Facebook user for 7 to 8 years without any history of solicitation or scamming. I am puzzled by this sudden account disablement. I own a Facebook portal and if my original account is not reinstated, I will seek a refund for the portal as it is useless to me without access to my account. I hope to have my account restored promptly. Thank you, Dennis R.

Hello, I have reported an individual on Facebook and would like to ensure appropriate action is taken against them. The person in question has caused offense by making insensitive posts about two individuals who recently passed away due to train-related incidents that included suicide. This individual, who goes by the profile name Connor Farewell, has been vocal about feeling inconvenienced by these deaths and has gone as far as making three separate posts about it. I have taken the step to block this person, but I believe their behavior is unacceptable, particularly in discussing sensitive topics like suicide. I possess screenshots of the posts as evidence. I sincerely hope that Facebook will address this matter promptly. Thank you.

My Facebook account, which I have been using since [redacted], is currently under review and was deactivated by Facebook. It seems someone reported that the name is incorrect. I tried to change it from Estelle Looi to Estelle Lml, but it appeared as Estellr Lml by mistake when I submitted it. As a Malaysian Chinese, it's common for us to use an English name like Estelle socially even though our official Chinese name is Mei Lin. I have been using Estelle as my English name and Looi as my surname since I was 15 years old, and now I am 39 years old. I have also been involved in Malaysian drama series before moving to Taiwan with my husband. There are many articles about me in local newspapers and magazines using the name Estelle Looi. Facebook is requesting official ID, which only shows my name as Looi Mei Lin. I hope to reactivate my original account where I have stored contacts and photos since [redacted], unlike my new account. Additionally, the accounts of my deceased relatives and friends are gone, and I cherish the memories on them. I am reaching out for help to restore my account under the email looi_meilin@ yahoo.com, with the name Estellr Lml, which was supposed to be Estelle Lml changed from Estelle Looi.

I recently installed Facebook Messenger on my phone and confirmed my identity via the code sent to me. I used the app without any issues, although I didn't have a profile picture due to personal reasons. After reinstalling the app a few times, I suddenly got locked out of my account for alleged suspicious activity. They requested a photo of my face for identity verification, which I found intrusive considering my privacy concerns. I reluctantly sent the photo only to learn it was a new Facebook policy. It has been a week, and I have not received any updates on the situation. I am unsure why this occurred and how long the review process will take. Can someone provide me with more information on this matter?

Hi there, My friend recently discovered that his Facebook account, which he hasn't accessed in over 5 years, was hacked. The profile picture was changed to an inappropriate image along with Arabic text. The issue is that the account is linked to the email address, [redacted] When he tried to log in, he found out that the password was changed on March 2, [redacted]. He no longer uses the email and can't remember its password. Attempts to recover the email through Microsoft failed due to insufficient information. Additionally, he can't use his new mobile number to log in. Concerned about the hacker's activities, he wants to regain access to delete the account. Despite reporting the hack to Facebook, there hasn't been any progress. He's willing to provide any required information to verify the account ownership. We hope for a resolution soon. Best regards, James

Hello, a few months ago, my account associated with the email [redacted] was disabled by Facebook for suspected spamming, which was not the case. I was communicating with a criminal who owed me a substantial sum of money as ordered by the court. I provided my ID multiple times as requested, but my account remains disabled after several weeks with no resolution from Facebook. Today, my new account linked to [redacted] was locked for security reasons, and I suspect it may have been hacked since I received multiple messages from unfamiliar individuals from various regions, whom I have already blocked. I have submitted a photo with my friend Emily Stenhouse from her recent 21st birthday party as requested evidence. In the photo, I am on the left with brown hair and a pink shirt. Emily can verify this image through her Facebook account under the name I provided. Given the lack of progress on my previous account, I am uncertain if this new issue will be promptly resolved. Facebook is crucial for my business under the name 'IT WORKS,' and the income loss due to these account disruptions is significant. I urge Facebook to immediately unlock both of my accounts.

Hello, I hope you are having a good day. My Facebook username is Prince Choko Onuche. My Facebook account was hacked, possibly due to clicking on a link. On 1st March [redacted], around 12:58 am, I received a notification while being online. The notification was about an SMS that I did not receive. When I clicked on it, it directed me to my security settings, where I noticed someone attempting to change my email address to [redacted] Not recognizing this email, I tried to delete it, but my password was no longer working. Consequently, I was logged out of all my Facebook apps and browsers. I received a notification from Gmail stating that someone was trying to access my account, prompting me to secure it. I followed the steps to confirm my account through friends' photos, changed my password, and deleted any unfamiliar emails associated with my account. Despite numerous attempts and password changes, my account remains blocked after 5 days. As my account holds valuable data accumulated over the past 8 years, I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your prompt response.

I work as a Solutions Architect at Econet Wireless (Private) Limited ZW, the leading company in Zimbabwe across various metrics, including tax, revenue, and employee count. In my role, I focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance services for our 8 million active subscribers, many of whom use our targeted airtime bundle for WhatsApp communication. Our urgent need is to access the WhatsApp Business API to enable multiple agent interactions and connect a chatbot to streamline customer service. Despite a prepared developer team, we face challenges due to the lack of API access and mounting support issues. We are keen on implementing lead generation, digital marketing, and further enhancements but are currently at a standstill. Your prompt response or guidance on connecting with the relevant executive would be greatly appreciated to address Econet's current predicament effectively.

I am currently unable to access my long-standing Facebook account, which dates back 20 years. Suspecting that it may have been compromised, I received a security alert indicating an attempted login from Atlanta, Georgia, prompting me to change my password. However, after doing so, I found myself locked out of the account. Despite repeated attempts, the authentication code, supposedly sent to my phone, never arrives. Moreover, I received notice of my phone number removal. Consequently, I set up a new account for Messenger while awaiting a resolution from Facebook to restore my original account. The situation is distressing as my account holds cherished memories and photos of my children. Although I receive email notifications, I am powerless to regain access. I am hopeful for assistance to reclaim my original account. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Christine M. di Palma (formerly Christine Melendez)

Hello, I am having trouble adding a shop to my Instagram page. I completed all the required steps, added my products on Facebook Messenger, and followed all the necessary procedures to be approved for the Shop feature on IG. However, I keep receiving a message stating that the shop is not available for my page. I suspect this may be due to the fact that my manager originally created the Facebook page, while I own the IG page. Despite removing her from the FB page and attempting to remove her from the Business Manager page, her name keeps reappearing automatically. I have also gone through the diagnostic steps without success. I really need assistance in getting the shop button on my IG page and resolving this issue. I have tried everything I can think of and would appreciate your help in fixing this matter. Thank you.

Greetings, I go by the username Myinterestdaily on Facebook. Recently, I have noticed what I believe to be discrimination against me and my fellow Malaysians on the platform. I use my page to promote my online business and affiliate ventures. However, every time I make a post, it seems to be flagged for violating community standards. I am part of various affiliate groups on Facebook, and I've observed my friends sharing affiliate links without any issues, unlike me. For instance, a post I made without any links got flagged for violating community standards. I even attempted to repost a friend's link and encountered the same blocking issue, which they did not face. I am questioning if this is discrimination against Malaysians or even racism by Facebook. I'm puzzled as to why my posts are consistently blocked and why Malaysian posts seem to be targeted compared to identical ones from other countries. Remarkably, I've been blocked three times since opening my account, with the latest occurrence just a few hours ago. Could this be a reason to initiate a petition against Facebook in Malaysia if they are indeed being discriminatory? I would appreciate it if this matter could be thoroughly investigated.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, which was disabled a few months ago. Despite multiple attempts to appeal through Instagram, I have not received any responses. @jjmalibu suggested reaching out to Facebook, as their disabled account was successfully reinstated after contacting them. My Instagram page, @mynakedkitchen, was disabled a few months ago. Despite my efforts over the last couple of months, I have been unsuccessful in restoring it. With 33K followers, I made sure to adhere to Instagram's guidelines strictly, avoiding any nudity, including bare bottoms. The content was a light-hearted show featuring men cooking either naked or in their underwear. It's frustrating to see other pages displaying nudity go unchecked on Instagram. I am hopeful that my account still exists and kindly request its reinstatement. Thank you for your attention.

I made a mistake by sharing a nude photo on a friend's live stream and now I'm worried about potential legal consequences. It's frustrating that we can't freely show our bodies without judgment. I appreciate Facebook because it allows me to connect with beautiful women and has been a source of support. Unfortunately, I've faced threats of violence in the past. I reside in Shreveport, LA, and my name is Earnest Charles Barr. I'm 32 years old, turning 33 on May 26. I've never had a memorable birthday due to family issues. Despite challenges, I cherish life. I seek assistance as I've faced difficulties with relationships. I'm healthy, proactive, and always willing to assist others. I long for genuine love and recall past romances that left an impact on me. Can Facebook provide support to someone like me, earnestbarr, who is feeling lost and in need of help?

Hello, I am constantly receiving friend requests from fake accounts and hurtful messages, which amount to cyberbullying. This has been ongoing for 8 months. It all started after ending a relationship with someone, and his new partner is behind these attacks. Despite blocking multiple accounts and adjusting my privacy settings, I continue to be targeted. I even took a break from Facebook, but the harassment persists. I am looking for a way to prevent anyone from inviting me unless I invite them first. This situation is taking a toll on me, and I am seeking a solution to end this cycle of abuse.

Good morning, I am reaching out on behalf of my friend (A.L.) who recently had her account compromised, leading to the termination of both her accounts. She was not involved in any of the unauthorized activities that occurred during this breach. One of her accounts contains important business contacts, while the other holds precious memories of her late husband, who passed away. These accounts are the only places where she has stored these pictures and contacts. While I understand the privacy constraints you face, could you consider allowing her temporary access to retrieve these vital pictures? Any assistance you could provide during this distressing time would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and have a pleasant day.
