Hello, I am seeking assistance to have my Facebook account reinstated. Yesterday, on 3/01/19, I logged in twice, once at 8am briefly, and then around 12pm for a short time on the marketplace. Later, my 2-year-old used my phone for YouTube. Upon my attempt to access Facebook again between 3-4pm, I discovered it was disabled. This account, under the name Jordan Carol Avelar, has been a part of my life for around 8 years and contains all my family photos. I was requested to upload an ID, which I did. While my ID displays Jordan Carol Hohmann, my name has been changed back and forth on Facebook. As me and my fiancé, who I've been with for over 8 years, are planning to marry and share the Avelar name, I updated my Facebook name to reflect that. I am eager to comply with any steps necessary to recover my account. The profile holds precious memories of my children, including their births, and it would mean the world to have it restored. I am willing to provide any additional information needed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I'm having trouble accessing my other account. It is prompting me to enter a code from the code generator, but I have not received a code via SMS. The Facebook ID is amandabee91607. My email is [redacted] The profile picture is of my 2-year-old and the background picture is of my older son with my younger son in the hospital. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

My family is assisting our nephew in reclaiming his cherished Facebook account. He has special educational needs and struggles with literacy, relying on the platform to stay connected with friends, family, and acquaintances. Despite multiple phone and email changes, he has unintentionally locked himself out of his original account and created a second one. Our attempts to recover the account through standard procedures have been unsuccessful due to forgotten email passwords and a changed mobile number. Accessing his account is crucial to him, and we are willing to provide any necessary security information to ensure his privacy. I, Jack's aunt, am reaching out on his behalf as we understand the significance of this to him. I have my own Facebook account and am eager to assist in any way possible. Thank you for considering our request. Sarah MacPherson

I recently received a call from an individual claiming to be from Facebook using the number [redacted]. They mentioned having a check for me but needed me to purchase a $50 iTunes card for FedEx to deliver a $50,[redacted] check to my doorstep. This person even shared images of others holding big checks at their doorsteps. I recall a similar situation in January when someone pretending to be from FB asked me to buy $[redacted] in iTunes cards for a $50,[redacted] check. I only bought $[redacted] worth before becoming suspicious and backing out. Now this new person is suggesting I only need a $50 iTunes card for FedEx to deliver the check. I find the situation fishy and believe it might be a scam. I plan to wait for your clarification before taking action. Kindly reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt response.

My Facebook account has been disabled and I am unable to login. When I try to log in, a message from Facebook states that they need to secure my account and have requested that I input my phone number for a verification code. I followed the instructions and entered the number associated with my account, but I keep receiving an error saying that I need to input a valid phone number. I have tried multiple times with both the current and another number linked to the account, but I am still facing the same issue. The number attached to my Facebook account is (+[redacted]) [redacted]8. My login details are: Email: [redacted] Password: [redacted] I am unsure what to do next as the displayed number is the one linked to my account, and I need help resolving this matter to regain access to my Facebook account.

Hello, I am Jennifer E Shelton from Boca Raton, Florida, and my Facebook username is /peneelane. On Facebook Messenger, I encountered an issue with Jason Cushing from Boca Raton, Florida, where I could not respond to our conversation. After checking my account, I realized he was no longer on my friends' list or searchable. Despite updating my app, ensuring good internet service, and following the help page instructions, the problem persists. While Jason denies blocking me, and I am certain I did not block him, I am confused about this situation. I recently reinstalled the app to reconnect with Jason. Kindly address this issue and restore our connection on both Facebook and Facebook Messenger for communication. If not possible, please inform me so I can consider other options for staying in touch. You can reach me easily via email at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. Jennifer E Shelton

I believe my Facebook account and Messenger have been compromised. Two friends contacted me today regarding suspicious conversations. One friend received a message claiming I had won a lot of money and ended up sending $[redacted] via PayPal to an unknown email address after a chat on Messenger. The other friend received a message asking for a favor to bring a liter of milk, which I did not send. Both friends later contacted me, realizing the messages were not from me. It seems that someone has gained unauthorized access to my Facebook account. What steps should I take to address this issue? How could someone have accessed my account?

Facebook's decision to allow videos of animal abuse while removing content depicting abuse against people seems inconsistent and concerning. I have reported various videos showing animal cruelty, but they have not been removed, which is troubling. Additionally, Facebook appointed a non-local individual as the admin of a local page who then proceeded to remove members and act inappropriately. This person has a history of taking over pages worldwide and has questionable business practices. The platform's tolerance of such behavior, including allowing the sale of adult products despite violating marketplace guidelines, is disconcerting.

I have been struggling with setting up my Facebook business page for almost two weeks. After my page was unpublished without any reason, I managed to get it back after appealing. Now, as I attempt to create my first ad for about the tenth time, I was unexpectedly logged out and asked to upload a face picture for security verification. Despite not using Facebook for personal reasons, I complied and sent my photo. My business and website are ready, but Facebook's constant issues are hindering me from launching my first ad. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I simply want to focus on running my business smoothly. As a newcomer to Facebook, I am disappointed with the experience so far and urgently seek assistance to proceed with advertising on my business page. Your help in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

I recently encountered someone named Alfred Kamron Moore through a mutual friend. Our conversation was pleasant initially. However, he suddenly created a new profile, claiming he was blocked by Facebook. Despite my attempts to set boundaries, his behavior became inappropriate when he expressed jealousy and asked for personal information including my credit card details. When I refused, he persisted, and I eventually had to block him to protect myself. Upon revisiting his profile, I noticed he had changed his location to the US after claiming to be in another country. I regret deleting our conversations, as I now feel uneasy and concerned for my safety due to his actions.

I inadvertently ended up creating 2 Facebook accounts last Thursday while switching phones from Verizon to AT&T. When the sales representative transferred the data, the Facebook account did not transfer over as usual. AT&T tech support assisted by retrieving the same code number used for the new account from Verizon. Despite having both accounts, I couldn't delete the new one, so I left it that way. Recently, someone reported my account as hacked, and I received a termination email from Yahoo. Both accounts seem to be gone now, leaving me feeling devastated. As an 81-year-old great-grandmother with limited tech knowledge, I'm upset and desperate to have my original account restored. My daughter initially set up the account, and I don't have access to her password. The account holds sentimental value as it connects me with [redacted] friends globally due to my involvement in the purebred dog community. I turn to Facebook and Messenger frequently, as they are crucial for me. Restoring the original account with pictures of my German Shorthaired Pointers is essential. I appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. Thank you for your understanding and help.

Hello, I'm Richard Nnamdi Agyei. My facebook account was locked on March 27, [redacted], for verification, but was unlocked after submitting my ID. On March 1, it was blocked again, and despite providing my passport, it was disabled. I'm requesting Facebook to restore my account, acknowledging I may have breached the rules. I suspect a report from asking a lady out led to this. Also, I couldn't attend a Cody Johnson concert in Texas, choosing to sell my e-ticket on Facebook. People hesitated due to my race, requesting the ticket before payment. I use PayPal for safe transactions. Now, I've opted to not sell the ticket on Facebook and urge Facebook to restore my account. Contact: [redacted], Facebook: Richard Nnamdi.

Hello, I am attempting to access my Facebook account on a new mobile phone since my current phone is broken and in need of repairs. Facebook is requesting a security check for me to confirm my identity, offering two options: sending a security code to the broken phone (which I cannot receive) or approving the login on another device (this option also prompts the same security message). Unfortunately, I am currently unable to unlock my Facebook account. Thank you. Best regards, Dan R. [redacted]

Dear Facebook Team, I am seeking assistance with recovering my account on FB. After resetting my password using a code sent to my cellphone, I was prompted to recover my account due to security concerns. I chose the option of asking 3 friends for a 4-digit code. I have successfully obtained the codes from my friends, but when I enter them, I receive an error message stating, "The text you entered didn't match the security check. Please try again." I have ensured the accuracy of the codes but continue to encounter this issue. I am hesitant to upload my ID cards and would appreciate help in resolving this matter using the method of collecting codes from my friends. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I am reaching out regarding cyberbullying targeting me, two family members, and slandering our names and character online. Despite repeated attempts to contact Facebook and the family responsible, nothing has been done to remove the harmful content. The situation has escalated to the point where even the Steve Wilkos TV show has been involved. False accusations regarding my late boyfriend have been made, blaming me for his passing, despite the autopsy indicating otherwise. I urge for the immediate removal of the slanderous content and for the individual responsible to be informed of potential consequences from both myself and Facebook. Cyberbullying can have severe consequences, and I fear for others facing similar situations. Thank you for addressing this promptly; otherwise, legal action may be pursued. Sincerely, Cori Fischer Email: [redacted] The individual responsible: Lynn Hensley Woodbridge, VA Her late son: Charles Tumey

I have three accounts that I opened when I was younger and using a less user-friendly mobile phone. The information on these accounts is confusing my clients and friends as they are unsure which account to reach me on. I am unable to delete these accounts myself as they have been inactive for years and I no longer have access to them. 1) Tichaona Matinye, single from Umtali living in Harare, has 40 friends, and was last used on 25 August [redacted]. It has my profile picture. 2) Tichaonamatinye Matinye from Umtali has 30 friends, and no posts as I forgot the password since it was a trial account created on an old Nokia phone. It has no profile picture. 3) Tichaona Matinye, another account I opened but never used. It has no friends and no profile picture. For verification, you can find information about me on the WWW or contact the Dean online at Catholic University of Zimbabwe (Bulawayo campus) page.

Hello, my name is Shelter Akosru. That's the name on my ID card and the same name I used to create my Facebook account. I had a call with my aunt on Messenger last night, due to the time difference it was Tuesday night. The next morning, Facebook asked me to provide a phone number and upload a picture of myself. I followed the steps, but they disabled my account. This account is essential for me to communicate with friends, family, and people around the world. I also use it to share the word of God with others. I believe my account was disabled by mistake or possibly hacked. I urgently need it back. Please assist me in recovering it. Thank you.

Hello, I received codes from my Facebook friends to recover my account. However, every time I enter the code, I keep getting an error message saying, "The text you entered didn't match the security check. Please try again." I even have a screenshot of the code from my friend. I followed the correct procedure to ask a friend for help, but it's still not working. The Facebook help center hasn't been helpful, and I really need to regain access to my account. I have tried everything correctly, but Facebook is not allowing me to log in. Please assist me with recovering my account without facing the security check issue repeatedly. Thank you.
