I am Harley C. I cannot access my Facebook account because I reset my phone and no longer have access to the old email linked to it. I have already submitted my driver's license for verification, but it was rejected. I have important photos on my account that I need, especially those with my father before his stroke. I am willing to provide additional proof of my identity using my various documents if necessary. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account as soon as possible.

Last week, I was tagged in a post that I shouldn't have clicked on. The next day, I discovered I was locked out of both my Facebook and Google accounts, not by my doing. Despite resetting my Facebook password, I couldn't receive the two-step verification code to access my account. I've submitted my photo and driver's license, but I haven't received the necessary six-digit passcode since Saturday. There seems to be no code generator option available to me. Seeing someone from a different state logged into my account is distressing as I have family photos stored there. As a precaution, I've created a new email and added my mom's email address for safety. I appreciate any assistance in sending me the needed code to regain access to my Facebook account.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the company page for H. Beck Inc. It was created in [redacted] by a former employee, Richard Merritt, who left the company in [redacted]. Attempts to reset the account have been unsuccessful as the phone number for verification is outdated and no longer associated with H. Beck Inc. While I can access Mr. Merritt's company email, I am unable to reset the page due to the verification issue. If we are unable to regain access, I would like to request the removal of the page from Facebook. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to your response. Thank you.

I opened an account recently, and now I'm unable to access it due to being asked to verify my identity with an ID, even though I never uploaded any pictures of myself. I followed the instructions but couldn't log in. Despite submitting the ID as requested, I never received the follow-up email mentioned. My account is now locked, and I haven't been given any explanation. I also set up a business page and paid for an ad that I can no longer manage due to this issue. I am frustrated by the lack of customer support from Facebook and the handling of this situation. I submitted an appeal to regain access but have not received any response or emails as promised. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly, especially since my credit card information was used for the ads.

Dear forum members, I am currently facing issues with my Facebook account, maureen hiron, as it has been hacked along with my other accounts via my email address. Unfortunately, the hackers have altered my security details preventing me from accessing my account. I am seeking to have my account unblocked, but due to the compromised nature of my previous email address, I have created a new one solely for security purposes. I want to retain access to my friends on Facebook and am looking to have the account operational with the new email. I can be contacted at [redacted] going forward. Thank you. Best regards, Maureen H.

Hello, Facebook community. I am encountering an issue with a security check prompt on my account. Facebook is requesting a security step that involves sending a code to my old mobile device, which I no longer possess. I had to create this new account to seek assistance as I cannot access my original account, which is linked to my business page. I have tried changing and resetting my password successfully, but after logging in, I am stuck at the security check screen displaying my outdated phone number. I have searched through forums but couldn't find a solution for bypassing this security check when the saved number is no longer valid. Some suggestions mentioned using a drop-down arrow near the profile picture to report the issue, but I am not seeing this option on my screen. I do not need guidance on changing passwords but specifically need help with the security check stage. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as I am unable to find a contact email for direct support. Thank you.

Hello Facebook community. I am encountering an issue with the security check process as Facebook is requesting a code to be sent to a mobile device that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I had to create this new account to seek help with my business account, which is linked to my original account. Even after successfully changing my password, I am stuck at the security check screen that displays my outdated mobile number without the option to verify via email or access any drop-down menus as suggested in some forums. I have searched extensively for assistance but have not found a solution for individuals facing this specific challenge. If anyone can provide guidance on how to bypass the security check when the linked number is no longer valid, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I manage two Facebook pages, The Golden Rose Cakery and Free Derrick Miller. When I tried to like some comments on my page today, I got an error message saying I have been temporarily blocked from doing so. Initially, I thought this only affected my pages, but now I can't like any posts or create new ones on my personal page. I'm confused about the cause and need help because this is crucial for running and promoting my business.

Hello, I work as the marketing coordinator at "Cholaca," a liquid chocolate company. Recently, our advertising account, under ID: [redacted], was disabled, putting my job at risk. Despite our content being generic and mild, the account was flagged. We target a diverse audience, including grocery stores, health-conscious chocolate consumers, rainforest advocates, bloggers, and brewers interested in chocolate beer. I ensure that any ads directed at brewers are for individuals aged 25 and above. I also have a separate personal account for music without any problems. Once, a chocolate video faced rejection for "sexual content," which was later approved upon appeal, depicting an innocent scene of an older couple sharing a kiss after opening a Christmas gift.

I have been using Facebook for over 9 years and have had a profile and a page. In the last 6 months, fake celebrity profiles have been spamming my comments. Despite banning and reporting them, I get temporarily suspended for liking and sharing too fast. Previously, I would complete a captcha to prove I'm not a robot. I've reported these issues but they persist. I plan to screen shot the fake profiles as evidence since this has happened repeatedly over the years. I reached out to Facebook through the community, but my notifications stopped, and I suspect my profile may be compromised. I urgently need assistance as a long-time user. Please, I need help resolving this. Thank you, Teresa/MissTree18 (Page) Teresa D. (Profile)

I operated a Facebook account for my business for approximately six years. In April [redacted], my business transitioned to an Ltd, leading to a name change from Handy Help Peter Szucs to Peters Handy Help Ltd due to verification requirements by the company's house. In December [redacted], I attempted to update my Facebook profile to Peters Handy Help from Handy Help Peter Szucs. Despite facing initial denials and a lack of understanding for the reasons, after three attempts with customer support, the change was eventually approved. However, the issue now is that Peters Handy Help only appears as a page on the business profile with no existing name. This has resulted in me missing Messenger messages from customers, which is a significant problem since I reside in a location with poor phone signal. As I have begun showcasing my projects online and receiving job requests, I am hesitant to delete the current page. I am unsure how to resolve this situation but wonder if it is possible to delete Handy Help Peter Szucs and elevate Peters Handy Help to the business profile. I am at a loss regarding what steps to take next.

Today is Natalie M.'s birthday. I saw on Facebook that donations to charities were requested for her birthday. Thinking Natalie asked for this, I donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Later, Natalie clarified she never made this request; it was a Facebook feature. I am upset that Facebook initiated a request Natalie didn't want. Why does Facebook have this capability? I believe it's inappropriate. Moreover, Facebook stored my credit card information when I made the donation, presuming Natalie's request. I am troubled by Facebook's unauthorized solicitation of donations on behalf of individuals. I would like an explanation for this practice.

Hello, I am currently experiencing harassment from an individual who has been abusive towards me for a long time. Despite my efforts to block multiple Facebook profiles, a new one was created with false details, like the date of birth today. I need assistance in finding a solution to prevent the ongoing harassment, as simply blocking this person has not been effective. Should I consider deleting my profile altogether? The profile causing issues belongs to Clara Valenzuela and recently commented on a photo where I was tagged an hour ago. Despite adjusting my privacy settings and blocking accounts associated with this person, the harassment continues, with strangers contacting me on behalf of this individual. Please provide guidance on how to address this distressing situation.

I am in the process of starting a Facebook marketing business aimed at managing ads for small businesses. I originally set up two ad accounts for a spray tan company that eventually chose a different direction. Currently, I have four new businesses ready to work with me, along with five potential clients interested. The demand for my services is picking up pace, and I need to expand the number of ad accounts I can operate. If possible, I would appreciate the allowance for more ad accounts to continue aiding small businesses in running successful Facebook ads. Thank you for your assistance. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by reaching out in this manner. This is the only channel I am familiar with for communication. I am struggling to understand the ad account limits on Facebook. I had five accounts but had to close two, and now, even with those two closed, I seem to be unable to operate five accounts. Your clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

A few days ago, my account got hacked, along with others. There was a scam where someone mentioned me in a video, prompting me to enter my account details on a fake website promising gift cards. Subsequently, others contacted me because the scam mentioned them too. Later, I was logged out, and now I can't receive the SMS code to log back into my account. Every time I try to resend, I get an error message "BAPIErrorDomain error [redacted]." I've been trying to regain access for days but to no avail. I also can't access Messenger.

There is a fraudulent Facebook profile named "John Jason" that repeatedly sends messages to me and my ex-wife. We have been blocking and reporting the profiles, but new ones keep appearing or the reported ones are not being removed. It's becoming a serious issue that I have even involved the police. I suggest returning Messenger to its previous settings where only friends can message us to avoid random strangers stalking us. If action is not taken to address this matter, I might have to reconsider using this platform. It would be helpful if you could provide me with the account details (IP address, login location) of the individual behind the fake profiles so that I can take legal action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My husband and I are encountering a disturbing situation where someone has created two separate pages using our names and photos on Facebook. They have used these fake pages to initiate conversations with our real account, making false claims and accusations, including harming children. We need help proving that these conversations did not originate from us and tracing the IP address used to create the fake pages. We have sought assistance from various police stations without success, and we require this evidence for a legal matter. Any guidance on how to trace the IP address and obtain copies of the information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Chelsea Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]
