Hello, Good morning. Around a year ago, I lost my grandfather, who had a Facebook account that he shared with my grandmother. Although not very active, they used Messenger to receive photos from the family. After his passing, my grandmother continued to use the account to stay connected. We decided to convert it into a memorial account, not realizing the limitations it would bring. Now, she can't access Messenger to retrieve the shared photos. We created a new account for her, but she wishes to regain access to the original account to retrieve the photos, even if it means making her the designated account holder. Is it possible to revert the memorial account back to a regular one to recover the photos? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, My Facebook account was hacked on Friday... I have been trying to reset my password since then, but every time I receive the code or the link, I IMMEDIATELY get the message: "Warning The number you entered does not match your code. My Facebook account was hacked, and the password and linked email were changed. I received an email from Facebook security for verification, but when I indicated it wasn't me, I faced issues. I tried obtaining a code and even used my driver's license for verification, but after multiple photo attempts, I couldn't meet the requirements. Now I'm stuck without any other options on how to resolve this issue.

I'm unsure if I inadvertently broke a rule in Marketplace as I'm currently unable to access it. I would appreciate guidance on avoiding this issue in the future. Despite no account breach, I encountered trouble when trying to update a listing for an apartment. Subsequently, access was revoked and upon re-entry, the Marketplace was unavailable for posting the listing. Anomaly struck when attempting to submit an appeal form, as none of the cells were interactive for input. Regrettably, I was unsuccessful in lodging an appeal. Any assistance you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

In May [redacted], my account was hacked by someone impersonating a friend on Facebook who asked for a code under the pretense of being locked out of their account. Regrettably, I fell for this and lost access to my account entirely. The hacker then reached out to my family and friends via Messenger, pretending to be me and asking for money. Fast forward to October 1st, and the hackers have reopened my account. I am seeking assistance to reclaim my account from these individuals. Can anyone offer help?

Hello, I have always used an SMS code to log in to Facebook. However, I am now being prompted to use an authentication app or a device I am not currently logged into. I haven't set up the app and can't log in with the second option. Unfortunately, I can't locate my recovery codes either. I'm unsure what to do next.

My account password expired because the season ended, and despite trying to reset it, I only received one security code ([redacted]) in 2 days, which is not working. I haven't received any more codes after that initial one. Please send me the code to reset my password to my contact at [redacted]6. I am experiencing difficulties on Facebook with changing my profile picture and name since becoming verified. I am attempting to switch my profile photo occasionally and alter my name from my legal name "Steven" to the name I commonly use, "Steve". Every time I try to make these changes, I encounter error messages or restrictions stating modifications can only be made once a month, prompting me to wait. Even after waiting, the platform does not allow the changes, advising me to try again in another month. I have also attempted to cancel my paid "verified" subscription without success. I have been struggling for months to simply update my name to "Steve" and upload a new profile picture. Is there any solution to this issue?

My Facebook account was hacked recently, and the hackers changed the email and removed my phone number, preventing me from logging in. They also changed the password. I need help recovering my account as I can provide all necessary information to prove my identity. I want the hackers out of my account since they have been posting on my behalf.
