My personal Facebook profile was hacked in Jan/Feb [redacted]. The hacker changed the email associated with the account to s*****d@m***.com. I can't change the email back because I can't log in and the hacker's email isn't available. When trying to reset the password, the verification process fails due to the incorrect email. I've tried unsuccessfully to recover the account and even involved a lawyer to contact Meta, but haven't received any response. I've been a member for 15 years, and I can provide identification and photos to prove my ownership. I'm hopeful that this issue can be resolved soon.
