In May [redacted], my account was disabled due to an impersonation report, which I did not commit. I kindly request the reactivation of my account or information to dispute this accusation. I've attempted to resolve this via Facebook's online procedures. Upon following the link in the email from last year, I encountered issues logging in as it does not recognize my email. Trying to log in on the Facebook home page yielded the same result. I filled out an appeal form in the Help Center, but the email still did not match an existing account. Exploring the Community Help did not provide a solution either. Frustratingly, I tried to create a new account but was informed that the email was linked to a disabled account. This dilemma seems to stem from the account being disabled for an extended period.

This is my third attempt to seek assistance. Approximately 14 years back, my daughter set up my Facebook account on an iPod given by my niece, Kyra. She was 8 years old at the time and created the email, password, and Apple ID. Kyra, now in her 20s, does not recall this information. My daughter recently obtained a new iPhone, and after a visit to the Apple store, she managed to reset her password. However, I have discovered that my inability to access my original Facebook and Messenger accounts is because I am linked to my daughter's account. According to Verizon and TechGeek, our accounts are automatically connected. I urgently need to access my account for essential information related to legal matters. Despite being truthful, I feel unfairly judged due to others' past mistakes. Suggestions to create a new account overlook the seriousness of my predicament. I hold a position in a department of the United States Federal Courts and am facing a divorce and dissolution of a 38-year business partnership. The situation is particularly critical due to important correspondence from my daughter that must be verified. I currently use a new Galaxy S9+ after using the iPhone solely for Wi-Fi, which is now inactive. Thank you.

I have been restricted on my Facebook account due to overactivity. Unfortunately, while trying to join groups, I exceeded the usual level of activity. I realize now that I was behaving repetitively due to my Asperger's syndrome. My carer, who helps me due to my bipolar disorder, was briefly away, and I lost track of my actions. I understand my error and assure you it won't happen again. From now on, my carer will supervise me whenever I'm on the PC to prevent issues. Using Facebook is crucial to my daily routine for learning and stimulation. I hope this information helps you understand my situation. If you have any recommendations or questions, please let me know. It would be very distressing for me to lose access to my account, considering the challenges I face daily. I trust that the restrictions are standard procedures and not a form of discrimination against individuals with disabilities. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my account promptly.

My account was hacked on August 18th. I have already made some changes, but the hacker blocked my mother from my account. Unfortunately, I can't friend her because her page has been memorialized. It's devastating that I can't access her Facebook profile and see our old posts. Our relationship is clearly visible on both our pages. I really want to reconnect with her on Facebook. I didn't block her intentionally, and even though I unblocked her, it seems like her account has been unfriended. I used to be her legacy contact. I can provide any necessary identification details. According to Facebook policy, unblocking someone allows them to see your public posts, but it doesn't automatically refriend them. Since my mother has passed away, I can't send her a friend request as suggested by the rules.

I need help verifying a situation that seems suspicious to me.
I received messages from someone named Gregmatthew Thompson claiming to be from Facebook, but I suspect it might be a scam involving money using Facebook and FedEx. I have some contact details like a phone number, names, and most of an address, but I need advice on how to report this to Facebook so they can investigate.
If it turns out that I have actually won a secret Facebook lottery as he mentioned, I would like to confirm its legitimacy, as the winnings he talks about could be really helpful to me.

I recently regained access to my Facebook account after it was hacked, using the platform's security measures on my Safari browser. I do not have the Facebook mobile app installed, only the Messenger app. I secured my account with an SMS code to my cell phone number. Due to my limited internet access (no Wi-Fi on my computer and no data on my iPhone), I couldn't utilize a mobile hotspot. Despite going through the security steps multiple times, I noticed an active device in a familiar location accessing my account. Although I can receive SMS codes on Safari, the Messenger app didn't send me one despite multiple attempts. When I tried to log in on a friend's computer, it prompted me for a code from the Facebook code generator, which I hadn't set up. When I tried setting it up on Safari, the page wouldn't load. I'm seeking advice on how to resolve these issues.

Someone accessed my Facebook and Facebook Messenger without my permission. They changed my password and posted using the name Sandra Lc Phillips on my account. I tried to delete the account, but couldn't. I need it deleted as soon as possible. I have already raised this issue on Facebook but have not received a response. The person is still using my old account. Thank you, Justin Badia from Magnolia, Ohio.

Hello, I am having difficulty posting items for sale on Facebook's marketplace. I have tried various categories like tools, health and beauty, arts and crafts, and miscellaneous, but my ads keep getting denied without any explanation or guidance on how to fix the issue. I have been attempting to sell these items for almost 8 months due to a medical concern, but despite following similar wording to other sellers who have their items listed, mine are continuously rejected. I am considering reporting other listings that are similar to mine if I am unable to post mine successfully. For assistance, please contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your help in getting my items listed and sold.

I am seeking access to my previous Facebook account as I have forgotten the password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated email and my phone number on file is no longer valid due to safety concerns. This has made it impossible for me to retrieve the login details automatically. Access to this account is crucial as it contains documentation from an incident three years ago. The name on the account is Orion Fischer, with the previous phone number being [redacted] and the linked email as [redacted] I have created a new account but require access to the old one for historical information. I need help contacting a real person at Facebook. My account was locked after someone reported me as an impostor. They created a fake account using my pictures and my first and maiden name, omitting my married name. Even after explaining this, Facebook accused me of impersonation because the fake account still used my first and maiden name. I am frustrated with Facebook's process where I must prove my innocence rather than being assumed innocent until proven guilty.

My account was unexpectedly disabled by Facebook and they requested my ID, to which I promptly uploaded the front and back. However, after reviewing my ID, they stated that I am not allowed to use Facebook. In the message I sent with my ID, I expressed my confusion and concerns about the situation. My account name is Pascal Yolo, but my real name is Pascal Schmidt, which I clarified. The reason I use "Yolo" is because it reflects my life motto, especially since battling cancer, encouraging me to live each day fully. I have not provided false information on my account created years ago, nor have I breached any of Facebook's policies. The potential reason for the disablement could be due to reports from individuals I rejected or blocked, mainly older individuals contacting me inappropriately. Losing my account means losing touch with many friends who support me in my cancer fight, as most of my real-life friends distanced themselves upon learning about my illness. I kindly request assistance and hope for a resolution to this issue.

I've contacted Facebook multiple times, but after being informed that I'm not permitted to use the platform, they stopped responding altogether. My account was unexpectedly disabled, and Facebook requested my ID, to which I submitted the front and back. However, they then informed me that I am still not allowed to use Facebook. In my case submission, I questioned why my account was disabled - is it due to my displayed name as "Yolo" instead of "Schmidt"? My full name is Pascal Schmidt, but I use "Yolo" as it is my life motto. Facing cancer, I cherish each day. Losing my account means losing connections with many friends I have solely on Facebook. I haven't provided false information since creating my account years ago, nor have I violated any terms. It is possible someone reported me after I rejected their advances or blocked them. I kindly declined interactions with older individuals and blocked them when they persisted. My Facebook friends, especially during my battle with cancer, are my main support system. Can you please consider my situation upon reviewing my provided details and ID, and assist me in reactivating my account? Thank you.

I am inquiring about the reason behind the deactivation of my account. My profile displays the name Pascal Yolo instead of Pascal Schmidt, my legal name. I chose the name Yolo as it reflects my personal motto following a cancer diagnosis, prompting me to embrace life fully each day. The connections I have established on Facebook are vital as many of my friends solely communicate with me through this platform. Over the years, I have not misrepresented any information during the account setup process. I am surprised by the account deactivation as I have always complied with Facebook's terms and guidelines. It is possible that someone reported my account after I declined their advances or blocked them, especially individuals contacting me due to my sexual orientation. Despite facing rejection, I always responded politely before taking the action to block them. Losing access to my account would result in losing touch with significant support networks during my battle with cancer, especially since some real-life friends distanced themselves upon learning about my illness. I implore for assistance in resolving this matter. By verifying my provided details, checking my identification, and recognizing that my genuine name is Pascal Schmidt, aged 24 from Germany, I hope to regain access to my account with your understanding and support.

My email address is [redacted] Initially, I was blocked from the marketplace. Despite multiple requests, it continues to show me the message that my account is under review, and it remains blocked to this date. Suddenly, I am also unable to log in to my Facebook account as it repeatedly asks me to confirm my identity. I have tried changing the password several times as requested, but the issue persists. I am very frustrated. Today is my birthday, and I cannot utilize my accounts. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

My daughter is unable to remember her password for her account. Despite multiple attempts to receive the code via email, nothing has been delivered. We have checked all folders to make sure it's not in spam. She no longer has access to the phone number associated with the account. We've tried all methods listed on here repeatedly without success. We are willing to provide any necessary information. Please send the code to my email instead, [redacted] Another family member, Becky B., can also receive the code at [redacted] If you can manually send the code to my daughter's email, [redacted], or provide a one-time password, it would greatly help us resolve this issue quickly. Thank you.

My Instagram account, @breminism, was hacked and I'm seeking assistance to regain access to it. The password and recovery email have been changed. The suspicious activity occurred around 6pm on 8/31/[redacted] when I received a notification of an unknown login. Shortly after, I was locked out due to the password being changed. This account is meaningful to me as I have many close friends on it and have owned it for years. Some of my previous usernames on the account were arianabreande, sso.bre, teletubbre, and nickibrenaj. I usually log in from an iPhone 8+ or previously a 6s. I am willing to provide a photo of myself holding up a specific code for verification. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received a message from Facebook claiming I was an imposter, resulting in my account being locked. To verify my identity, they requested various documents including my ID, a piece of mail, a bill, and a hospital record, which I promptly provided. I was able to regain access temporarily but was later accused of being an imposter again, leading to my account being shut down. I explained that my hair color is dyed and that my appearance in the photos differed due to the passage of time. I rely on Facebook for social connection as I am not very mobile, especially given that most of my friends have relocated. I pleaded with Facebook to review the evidence I submitted, emphasizing that I do not engage in such deceitful behavior at the age of 63. I feel frustrated and upset by the assumption of guilt until proven innocent by Facebook. I encountered restrictions when sending friend requests, which raised concerns about their knowledge of my social circle. Financial constraints prevent me from paying for assistance. During the incident, my profile picture featured a yellow iris from my garden, whereas the imposter used a photo of me in a yellow t-shirt beside my grandmother's plant. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Sincerely,
D.T. Battle

My account was wrongfully disabled due to a false report. After appealing to Facebook, they accused me of suggesting nudity, which I never did. Despite reopening my case, Facebook's response remains the same. Do you even review our reports? Numerous users share explicit content without consequences. I have been targeted by hackers and spammers who successfully sabotaged my account. Despite multiple appeals, Facebook's system wrongly insists I violated community guidelines. This closure has disconnected me from lifelong friends. Feeling disheartened by Facebook's incompetence.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with being locked out of my Facebook account due to unauthorized login attempts from locations like Canada while I am in the UK. Although I previously received codes via text to unlock my account, I am currently unable to receive them as the email connected to my account is inactive. Despite creating new email addresses to resolve the issue, none of them are receiving the necessary codes. I have checked all folders, including junk, with no success. I even received a message stating that I was temporarily blocked from the code-sending feature due to misuse, but I have not been misusing it. I need assistance in being able to receive these codes on my email to confirm my new address and prevent further unauthorized access to my account. This has become a daily frustration, and I seek guidance on how to fix this ongoing problem.
