I made a payment of £35.00 on the 12th of June directly into the seller's bank account for a bracelet. Despite numerous conversations, I have not received the item or a refund after almost 11 weeks. The seller claimed to have sent the bracelet and then later mentioned it was back in their possession. They assured me multiple times that I would receive the bracelet promptly, but this has not happened. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I contacted my bank, which suspects a potential scam and is investigating. After 9 to 10 weeks, I gave the seller a final 3-day ultimatum to return my money to my bank account, providing all necessary details, yet I have not received any response. As an 82-year-old registered disabled lady battling Rheumatoid Arthritis for over 35 years, the stress of this situation has taken a toll on my health, and I simply wish to have this matter resolved.
