I recently discovered that using the Messenger app requires creating a Facebook page, and I am in the process of doing so. However, I am facing issues getting the verification code to confirm my phone number despite entering it correctly. After not receiving the SMS, I requested the code to be sent to my email, which I received. However, I am still unable to receive the confirmation code. This problem persists across my phone, tablet, and desktop devices, and I am hoping for a solution. I am disappointed as I have yet to receive the confirmation code. I believe Facebook should allow the use of Messenger without a Facebook account.

Hello, I am Dumitru Ghica. About a month ago, my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed the associated email, phone number, and even my name from Titus Ghica to Titus Lars. I have tried all the online recovery options, including submitting my photo ID to Facebook, but nothing has worked. I also hired a company called "Hacked" to assist with recovery, but they just followed the same steps I had already tried. If I am unable to regain access to my account, I kindly request that it be deleted to prevent any unauthorized actions being taken under my name. Thank you.

Dear Community, On the ninth day, I encountered an unfortunate incident where my Facebook account got hacked. The hacker shared inappropriate content on my profile, leading to Facebook detecting a suspicious login. Despite timely action on my part, my account was disabled. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account that I created back in [redacted] or early [redacted] during my deployment in Iraq. The username was tied to my army email [redacted] Since retiring in [redacted], I no longer have access to that email. I changed my password in late August or early September [redacted], and the phone number on the account ([redacted]) was for my home phone in Altoona, IA. However, I can't reset the password as I no longer use my army email and have a new mobile phone number ([redacted]). Despite remembering an old password (QT2sweet22!!), it doesn't grant me access. I now have different email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and my current mobile number is [redacted]. I tried creating a new Facebook account in [redacted] with [redacted] but would prefer to retrieve my old account with a profile picture of me and my children and [redacted] friends.

A few days ago, my account was hacked, and I suspect the hacker altered my information. I received emails in a foreign language and couldn't understand what was happening. When I and my mother searched, my account was missing. Please, I am desperate for help to recover my account. The email linked to my account was [redacted], and [redacted] was also associated. My name is BeshekaGracey, and I've had this account since around [redacted]. It holds valuable conversations and information about my deceased son that I need back. I created a new account with the same name at [redacted], which was my original email years ago. I tried to add [redacted] as a recovery email, but I am unsure due to the language barrier. I have already submitted a copy of my ID, but I'm not sure if you received it. Recently, while using my new Facebook account, it was suddenly disabled, and I was asked for an ID and given a code to enter, being told to wait for a day. I am completely lost and just want my original Facebook account restored. Please assist me.

I need assistance with accessing my Facebook account after changing my cell number. Even though I updated my contact information, I am still unable to log in or create a new account. Facebook representatives suspect my phone was compromised, but that is not the case. They are suggesting I purchase a card to unlock it, which I am reluctant to do as I believe I should not have to pay for this. Since June 25th, when I was hacked, I have been unable to regain access to my account. The agents I've spoken to have been unhelpful and impolite. I simply want access to my Facebook back and for them to delete the hacked profile. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account, and this is very distressing because all the pictures of my late daughter are stored there. I have been using this account for several years, so I am unsure why I suddenly cannot log in unless it has been compromised. I have attempted to verify my identity by submitting a photo of my driver's license. My email associated with Facebook is [redacted] Due to security concerns, I have changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. The login code is being sent to my old number instead of the new one. I kindly request assistance in recovering access to my account so I can retrieve the cherished photos of my deceased daughter Autumn and my grandchildren. Dear Facebook Support, I am reaching out regarding the disabling of my Facebook account, facebook.com/stevearuni, due to a possible hacking incident. The timeline of events indicates my account was compromised on Monday, June 27th, around 12:09 PM, leading to a suspension just 14 minutes later, possibly due to an offensive post. Subsequently, I received a message about potential unauthorized access at 1:14 PM, prompting me to change my password by 8:17 PM on the same day. Unfortunately, upon trying to log back in, I found my account disabled. Despite the "Review Requested" notification, I am unsure if a review process has been initiated, especially considering the limited time frame mentioned. I have attempted to contact [redacted] and [redacted] but received no response. Could you please expedite the resolution of this issue, as it has now been 16 days since my access was restricted? Hello, my name is Romel Jesus Alvarado Tapuy. I speak Spanish but am writing in English. Yesterday, Tuesday, July 12 at 11:12 pm, someone or something stole my Facebook account (Ronal Alva) by changing the main email and password, leaving me unable to recover the account. I tried to verify my account using my national identity document and managed to link 2 of my emails to change the password. However, a problem arose as there are 3 emails linked - 2 are mine and 1 belongs to the individual who stole my account. When attempting to change the password, a verification code is sent to all 3 emails, and the thief is quicker in entering the code, preventing me from regaining control. I am seeking assistance in removing the thief's email ([redacted]) from the account to proceed with changing the password. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account. Previously, I had an old email linked to my account which I never really thought about since I was always logged in. However, one day I woke up to find myself logged out of Facebook, and I realized I no longer had access to the old email. I tried to change the email associated with the account but was unable to do so. Additionally, I didn't have a phone number linked for verification. In an attempt to simplify things, I tried to delete another old Facebook page linked to my current email, but instead, my current page went under review for deletion in 21 days. I've submitted an appeal using my boyfriend's email but it's been 5 days, and I'm still waiting to hear back. This is concerning for me as my Facebook account contains important family photos.

I have faced repeated consequences on Facebook for the same issue. After serving a 24-hour suspension, I now find that my posts in a group I manage are being limited in the feed and my wall is hidden from others for 19 more days. This feels like double punishment, especially since one of the posts in question was a harmless conversation with another veteran about my experience with comas resulting from injuries in Afghanistan, along with a respectful photo. Such discussions are crucial in the veteran community. It's frustrating that I'm still facing repercussions for these same actions. I am considering moving to Parler due to this censorship issue affecting veterans. Living in a veteran community in Fort Harrison, Montana, I feel compelled to advocate for free speech among veterans. I urge Facebook to handle this situation appropriately. I was disabled on Facebook on June 28, [redacted]. I supposedly have 2 pages and 1 post that goes against community standards, specifically human exploitation. I was very upset because I know for a fact that I didn't deceive or harm anyone. I did post looking for people interested in going abroad with the sincere intention of helping them through a legitimate agency I know. It was my first time posting something like that because in many Facebook groups I joined, scammers were common. I didn't want to post it, but I felt sorry for my fellow countrymen who fall victim to scams. I had no ill intentions, just wanting to help. Honestly, I didn't know it was prohibited and against community standards. I sincerely apologize, and I assure you, I won't do it again. Thank you very much.

My group account for a rabbit sanctuary has been disabled. For 22 years, I have been helping neglected or abandoned rabbits by neutering, vaccinating, and finding them new homes. I run a nonprofit unregistered charity that relies on voluntary donations to support these rabbits. Recently, Facebook disabled my group, and I'm seeking advice on how to inform people about rabbits needing homes without violating Facebook's rules. Despite others selling animals on similar platforms, my focus is on animal welfare and not profit. All donations received are used to help more rabbits. I recently started a job as a virtual assistant using Facebook Marketplace. While trying to post a house for rent, my account got restricted. The person I was assisting asked for my login details to help reactivate it, but after doing so, I found myself logged out and unable to log back in. It seems like my account was hacked as I can no longer find it using my phone number or email address, and it seems like the phone number associated with the account was changed. This account is essential for my income, and I have tried everything I can think of to recover it. Unfortunately, it seems like I might have been a victim of a scam.
