Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account because of a small mistake during a phone change. After logging into my account, I tried to set up two-factor authentication with my new phone number. I removed one old number successfully but encountered a problem trying to delete the other. I received a notification asking if I was trying to log in, suspecting someone else was accessing my account. When I clicked "not me," Facebook automatically disconnected me and requested login approval. Despite having access to my email and phone number, I faced difficulties when selecting the phone number recovery option because the old number appeared. I have all necessary account information and can provide my identification card and new number. I kindly request assistance to regain access to my Facebook account. Apologies for any language errors. Thank you.

There is a Facebook page under the name Sarah Brandon, although it may not be her real name. She engaged in disturbing behavior by video calling me inappropriately and then threatening me when I hung up. She mentioned sharing images and videos online and with my family. I feel harassed and violated as she knows personal details about me and my family. I have deleted my Facebook account due to this distress. This individual's actions are unacceptable, and it seems she may be attempting to scam or blackmail people. I cannot risk my family's safety. I reported the incident, and the video was removed from Vimeo. I hope others are made aware of this situation to prevent further harm.

Dear Facebook Team, I encountered an issue when trying to log in to my Facebook account. After selecting the "Disagree with the decision" option, I followed the steps to confirm my identity by submitting my passport ID. However, when I tried to send my ID, it failed to submit, displaying an error message stating, "Your information couldn't be submitted. Log in to your account to get back on Facebook, or to see further instructions." Upon attempting to log in again, I was met with the same message indicating that you disagreed with the decision. I kindly request that you remove these obstacles and grant me access to my personal Facebook account, as it holds great significance for me. Thank you for your assistance. Junaid Malik

I am experiencing trouble logging in to Facebook on my Samsung S21 Ultra phone. Despite verifying my identity through email and even changing my password, I am unable to log in because the 2-step verification code is not supported on my device. The error message "[redacted] content not supported" appears when attempting to receive the code on my phone. The troubleshooting steps I have taken include uninstalling the Facebook app and clearing the messaging app cache, as suggested by Samsung support, but the issue persists. I am seeking assistance to have the 2-step verification code sent to my email instead of my phone for access to my account. Thank you for your help.

I need assistance with my Facebook account. I received a notification stating that my account is not visible to others and I am currently unable to use it due to a disagreement on February 3, [redacted]. The message mentions that it typically takes a little over a day to review such cases. The notification also explains that there is a delay in the review process due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on staffing. I am concerned about the outcome of the review. If my account is compliant with Facebook's Community Standards, I should regain access. However, if it is found to be in violation, my account may be permanently disabled with no option to appeal. I am hoping for a positive resolution to this issue.

Hello, my name is Ioannis Kouvalis and you can reach me at [redacted] I have two main Instagram accounts - ioannis89s and santorini.photopath. Unfortunately, my personal account ioannis89s has been disabled. I want to clarify that I have never discriminated against anyone or used any inappropriate content. I believe it is unjust that my account was disabled because my content is of high quality and my profile has been active for over 7 years. I hope the issue with my account can be resolved soon, as I am even considering closing my Facebook and Instagram accounts due to this situation. Thank you for your attention.

I recently discovered unauthorized changes to my account, including new pages and a different email linked to it. After promptly resetting my password, removing the unauthorized email, and enhancing security measures, I found myself logged out of all devices. Despite repeated password resets and reporting the account breach, I'm stuck in a loop requesting a login code while being unable to log in to generate it. In my efforts to verify my identity, I submitted my Driver's License ID, but I remain unable to access my account due to exceeding login attempts post-password change. To await resolution, I've created a temporary profile, as I encounter difficulties reaching customer support via phone for assistance in regaining access to my original account.

My Facebook account is currently locked. I initially thought it was due to a security breach, but it seems the reason might be related to some of my posts. I have since taken them down and provided the requested photo ID. Unfortunately, the image I sent only included my grandson instead of both of us. The business page I would like to regain access to is "moments2photo," owned by Lynette B. I hope to resolve this issue soon as my business activities are being affected, including my inability to boost posts on Instagram. I am eager to speak with a representative to help me with this matter.

My account (username sweetness0710 or Tara Mick) was compromised on December 22, [redacted], leading to weeks of trying to recover it and dealing with issues like two-factor authentication and creating a new email. Despite reporting the situation to Facebook and asking for help, I got no assistance. When Facebook finally disabled the account in January after my persistence, they failed to fully address the situation, allowing the hacker to continue using it. I faced further complications when attempting to create new accounts and getting locked out by Facebook, while the hacker retained access. I eventually managed to create a new Facebook account without interference. Concerned about identity theft, I signed up for protection and encountered another breach when someone accessed my Instagram from Nigeria. I quickly changed the password without issues. However, discovering that Facebook reactivated my old account for the hacker was infuriating. Despite changing my Instagram password, the hacker circumvented security measures by providing a new email address accepted by Facebook. This breach has resulted in lost connections, financial loss, and damaged trust. Facebook's lack of support has pushed me to consider seeking legal advice if the issue remains unresolved.

I recently discovered that my email account was compromised during the night. I woke up to an email from my provider notifying me about the breach. The hackers managed to change the admin settings and posted an inappropriate video on my Facebook page. As a result, my account was rightfully closed. Although I acknowledge the violation of community standards, this is the first instance of such behavior on my account. I was informed that my Facebook page would be under review for a couple of days, yet it has been over a week with no access. I am now given a final warning to contest the findings within 18 days to avoid permanent disablement. Despite my efforts, I cannot locate where to appeal these decisions. My page editor has also confirmed the presence of unauthorized users on my account. It is crucial to reinstate my Facebook page promptly and remove these unauthorized users to regain control.

Guri, On February 27, [redacted], you received a decision that your account on Facebook is currently not visible to others and you are unable to use it. The review process usually takes over a day to be completed. Due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there may be delays in reviewing your account as there are fewer staff available. Facebook will re-evaluate your account to determine if it complies with their Community Standards. If it meets the standards, you will regain access to your account. However, if it is found to violate the standards, your account will be permanently disabled, and further appeals will not be allowed.

Hello, I will communicate in French to express my opinion regarding the consideration I no longer have on Facebook. I had created an account under the name: Anaïs Arnaud (ID card), and another account with the same identity using a profile picture of the planet Earth for both accounts. I was removed both times, probably because I did not engage with images and contacts as the friends list was empty. I assume it was due to comments on international news articles. Having both accounts disabled was unpleasant. I believe it's crucial for you to understand that as a citizen residing in France, I have the right to freedom of expression. Otherwise, I will seek further assistance from the Facebook community to regain my property, which is the last Facebook account. Help me. Respectfully, Anaïs Arnaud.

Hello, I am Rajdeep Das from India, and I am reaching out because my Facebook account has been mistakenly disabled. I have been facing various problems with no assistance from Facebook so far. Thank you for your support. Kind regards.

I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. While I am able to access it from my laptop and have successfully changed my password and email address, I am unable to log in from my phone. When trying to log in using my Gmail account, I am prompted for a login code that I am not receiving via SMS or email. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Whenever I attempt to request the code either on my laptop or online, I am redirected back to the authenticator page in a frustrating loop. My phone number is correctly listed in my profile settings, yet I am still unable to receive the code. It seems like the code has been lost in the Facebook system. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Feel free to contact me for any additional information that may be required. Thank you, Kervin Lubin.

Good afternoon, On March 4th, [redacted], there was a post made on Brittany Bright's page that was also hacked. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this at the time. I interacted with the post thinking it was someone I knew, only to realize later that it was a scam. I was promised $[redacted] but ended up losing all my money. Following instructions in a Facebook message, I made 2 videos, not realizing it was a scam to gain access to my account. I lost access to my account and had to create a new one, now named Alexuis Wallace. I would appreciate help in taking down the old account, as I don't want others to fall victim to the scam like I did. Thank you, Alexuis Daggs

Last July, my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed the email and added 2-factor authentication. I have been trying for months to resolve this, but I can't reach a real person at Facebook. I sent my ID for verification, but the security response came from a no-reply email, so I couldn't proceed. Oculus directed me to Facebook security, but I'm unable to locate my account by email anymore. I'm stuck and unsure what steps to take since I can't access the links provided last July, and my account seems to be inaccessible.
