It's been over a month since I've been able to access my Facebook account because I forgot my password. I've tried all the methods provided by the Facebook help desk, but none of them have worked due to the system being unresponsive. I even tried reaching out to my Facebook friends for help, but have not received any response from Facebook. I've also attempted the "forgot password" option multiple times and have not received any codes on my phone to reset my password. I've been unsuccessful in finding a direct contact for Facebook and that's why I'm here seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently tried to log into my Facebook account from my home computer but realized I forgot my password. In attempting to recover it, I inadvertently triggered a security measure that blocked my account. Hi GetHuman team, I am having trouble accessing Facebook Marketplace. They have informed me that my account has received 3 reviews for violating their Community Standards, which has led to my account being permanently blocked. I was only aware of one review and thought it had been addressed previously. I can still partially view a conversation in my Support Inbox related to this issue, but it only displays one message - my response to a Facebook claim. The claim was in regards to me selling boxes of collectible action figures without the figures, clearly stated in the ad. Despite clarifying this to Facebook, I received no further communication until I was blocked. I did not receive any notifications or messages from Facebook about any other alleged violations, therefore, I was not able to defend myself or address any additional claims. Currently, I am unable to reach Facebook to resolve this matter. I have attempted to report it as an error through Report a Problem but have not received a response. Any guidance on how I can: 1. Review the alleged violations. 2. Understand what actions I took to defend myself. 3. Communicate my concerns to Facebook and receive a response would be greatly appreciated. A Facebook user named Rachel Collins has been harassing and manipulating my Facebook pages, leading to my accounts being suspended or blocked. She has been creating numerous fake profiles of random women on the Facebook dating app, contacting me to solicit sex. Despite multiple complaints to Facebook authorities and an investigation conducted on her, the issue remains unresolved. On December 31, [redacted], my account was hacked, resulting in it being disabled for a violation of community standards related to child exploitation. The hacker also made unauthorized charges on my card linked to the marketplace, totaling nearly $[redacted] before I could stop it. Subsequently, there were two more fraudulent attempts on my card the following day, each over $[redacted], raising my suspicions further. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover my page, which holds precious memories from over 12 years. As a parent of two young daughters aged 9 and 12, the thought of inappropriate content being posted on my behalf is distressing. My focus is on retrieving these irreplaceable photos rather than regaining access to the page. While rebuilding the page is possible, recovering these memories is crucial to me and my children.

Hello, I am Zina Wiggins, the Admin for our non-profit organization, New Beginnings Educational Center, with my Facebook account @zpwiggins. We are facing a problem where two accounts, @NewBeginningsMGM and @nbedcenter, got merged by the previous director, Perdale Johnson, who is no longer with the organization. The @nbedcenter account was accidentally deleted, and we need it restored as our website and email addresses are linked to it. Furthermore, the @NewBeginningsMGM account still shows Perdale Johnson as the business owner, although I was the owner for the @nbedcenter account before the merge. My Facebook account has been locked for security reasons. Despite verifying my identity multiple times, the links provided to reset it are not functioning. When attempting to use the link in a browser, it says it's not found, and clicking on it redirects me to the identity verification process repeatedly. The option to log in and change my password leads me back to verifying my account. While I could create a new account, the painful reminder of my late son through memories is something I am not prepared to lose just yet. I appreciate the security measures, but I feel desperate as none of the email instructions are working, and I'm trapped out of my account with no way to contact Facebook. A person from my Facebook friends list messaged me asking for a phone code, and in my stress, I unknowingly fell for a scam. Now, I've been locked out of my account and threatened. Three years ago, I used to have the number ([redacted]), but my SIM card broke, and I couldn't recover my Facebook account linked to it. Recently, someone logged into my old account, but when I messaged them, they went offline. I discovered there's an unknown account with my old number, so I sent a friend request. The person accepted and confirmed it was their number recently, but they also had it before me. I'm shocked and confused as to who is using my old number, which two people had before me. 2FA Issue I added a prepaid number, [redacted], to my Facebook account under the name Riza Salim Romez. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the email address I used and no longer have access to it. I had set up 2FA/SMS in the settings some months ago, where a code is sent to my phone number every time I log in. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account.
