Hello. I am requesting assistance with updating my contact information on my Facebook account, which resulted in me being locked out. Due to a serious accident that left me with severe injuries, including multiple fractures and being in a coma, I have been away for a while. I received a recovery email and successfully reactivated my account, but due to moving to a new address, my IP address and phone number have changed. When I attempted to update this information, I was locked out again due to the different IP. I believe I should have the freedom to log in from any location I choose. Could you please re-enable my account, disable the IP lockout, and allow me to make the necessary updates at my convenience? I can still be reached through my email at [redacted], but I now have a new phone number. I kindly request that you suspend the current restrictions until I can finalize the changes and update my new IP address. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently faced an issue with my Instagram account being disabled unexpectedly. Despite following all the community guidelines, my account got disabled, which seems to be a common problem. When I tried to address this by clicking on "Learn More," various messages appeared prompting me to verify my identity by submitting a photo holding a white paper with my details on it, including a code sent to my phone number. Unfortunately, Instagram has not resolved this issue yet, and I have tried multiple support links without success. My username on Instagram is "Lynx.ldn." I am looking for assistance as I have exhausted all other options to regain access to my account. I believe Instagram mistakenly disabled my account, and I hope to resolve this promptly.

About four months ago, I realized my Facebook account had been hacked when I couldn't log in. Despite following the instructions on the Help Centre's Hacked & Compromised Accounts page and entering my email and mobile number, Facebook still couldn't find my account. The hacker changed my email to b*************[redacted] and my mobile number, blocking me from resetting passwords. Hello, I'm Marie and I am the administrator of a Facebook page called Bordeaux Wine Trails. Previously, I was able to seamlessly post updates from Facebook to our Instagram account "@bordeauxwinetrailstours." However, for the past few weeks, I have encountered difficulties sharing posts between the two platforms. Whenever I attempt to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts, I receive an error message.
Additionally, when trying to reconnect my Facebook page to the Instagram account, I am only able to link it to my personal profile, Marie Dupont, instead of the Facebook page. I am unsure why this issue has arisen and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Two days ago, I encountered login issues with my Facebook and Instagram accounts. It seems like I violated some community guidelines, but I am unsure of the exact reason. I received a recovery code via SMS but couldn't find the page to enter it. Despite numerous attempts to request a code, I keep getting the same message about waiting 24 hours. On Instagram, I managed to enter the code, but then faced difficulties uploading proof of identity. The message prompted me to fix the problem on Facebook, which is where I seem to be stuck. I have a concern regarding my Facebook account. My friend hacked it, so the account got locked. They returned it to me, but they had changed the phone number and email associated with it. Before the account was locked, it was connected to two emails. I lost access to the first email two years ago. I tried to remove it from my Facebook account, but was unsuccessful. I added a new email, which my friend also removed. Now, to unlock my account, I am only being prompted for the old email that I no longer have access to. I kindly request other verification options, such as a code sent to my phone number or an identity confirmation process. Your assistance in unlocking my account would be greatly appreciated. Hello, since June 26th, [redacted], I (M.H. from Chemnitz) have had my admin/page role removed from my business page without any explanation. All of my employees have also been removed from our company website, making it inaccessible. Interestingly, we can still post on Instagram, but I am unable to access my Facebook business page through Facebook.

I created my profile using the name Donnie Barela around four years ago. After my partner and I separated, I became a full-time single parent with little left due to my partner stealing and destroying my belongings, including sentimental items. She changed the password to my Facebook account, which I had since middle school, to "donnie boii." I used to send pictures to myself in Messenger to preserve memories with my son. However, my Facebook account got hacked months ago, and I haven't been able to access it. I tried contacting the woman who now has my old phone number to ask for the verification code, but she was uncooperative. I have reached out several times without success. I urgently need Facebook's assistance in regaining access to my account. For over three weeks, I have been trying unsuccessfully to log in. Despite submitting my driver's license for identity verification, I remain locked out. Someone has maliciously hacked my account, changing both the email address and phone number associated with it. This is the third time in 8 days that I’ve tried to get this resolved. Last Monday (10/18), my account was hacked, and the hacker changed the account email and phone number. They also established a Facebook pay account and used it to send a payment out of my checking account. The account has been deactivated/disabled. I’m asking that the account be restored to me. It contains personal and business contacts, and there are people I can’t reach. They also hacked into my affiliated pages: Band of the Two Rivers and Trumpet Santa. I'm struggling to regain access to my Facebook account under the name Molzbolz Leishes. The Facebook messenger two-factor authentication is linked to my phone number +[redacted]9, but I am not receiving the code to log in. My Gmail account [redacted] is used for recovery, but I can't receive the reset code there because it's connected to [redacted] I request that my phone number +[redacted]9 be removed from the two-factor authentication for Facebook messenger and added to my Facebook account to allow me to regain access. I have two accounts: one under Molzbolz Leishes with the phone number +[redacted]9 and email [redacted], and the other under Moriki Bolz Leishes with the Original Gmail account [redacted] and a different phone number. My account was locked a few hours ago, and I do not understand why. I was reposting an ad in the marketplace as it had sold earlier in the evening. I had more than one of this item for sale so I proceeded to repost the item after the first purchase was made. Upon doing so, I suddenly received a notice that my account was locked due to suspicious activity. I was prompted to verify or go through a security check. However, almost immediately, they wanted to send me a verification code. The issue arose when the email address listed is not the one I set up on the account, [redacted] I also had the option to receive a text message, and the number listed is one I have access to, [redacted]. When I changed my phone number on Facebook, I noticed a number added to my account that I didn't recognize and removed it. Now, the problem is I selected to receive a text, but I never got a code, and now the text option is unavailable. I fear my account being locked will cause my two sales on the marketplace to cancel, which is concerning as I am between jobs due to contracting COVID-19. Unlocking my account is immensely important to me currently, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I would like to confirm if some profiles I set up over the years are deactivated due to reasons like lost passwords, incomplete setup, or unlinked to emails, phones, and laptops. It would ease my mind to know if these profiles under the names 'Kat Kate Strumpf' and 'Ash Kathrin' have been hacked or are still in use. On September 13, [redacted], my phone broke, causing an issue with my Google Authentication linked to my Facebook account. I have reinstalled Google Authentication on my new phone, but the codes generated do not match. Despite submitting my NJ Driver's license multiple times, I keep receiving emails from Facebook requesting an accepted form of ID that matches the account information. The email received states access cannot be granted until the requested identification is provided. It has now been over a month since I lost access to my account.
