I recently updated my email address on Facebook, removing the old one and adding a new one. Despite using the new email for months, Facebook has reverted back to the old one, which I no longer have access to. I didn't include a phone number on the account, so I'm unable to regain access due to Facebook's error. Facebook suggests I contact three friends for a secret code, which isn't an option for me. Even when someone else tried to help, it was unsuccessful. Facebook's lack of customer support makes it challenging to find a resolution. I'm concerned about a potential scam I experienced last night involving an individual claiming to be from Facebook. During the interaction, the person, who identified as Jim Dale, mentioned fixing issues on my Facebook account. He accessed my computer remotely, claiming to clear out "Dark Web" materials. He requested payment via pre-payment cards, which raised red flags for me. When I proposed alternative payment methods, he insisted on pre-payment cards available at CVS. The former Executive Director at Moving Forward Towards Independence, Holly P., left and her old company email is still listed as the admin for the organization's Facebook page. They want to change it to Tina N.'s email, but it seems impossible. If not feasible, they prefer to delete the page due to the sensitive content on it. Abigail S. mentions that Tina N. and her own name are on the organization's website. It's uncertain if the Facebook page is linked to a Business Account. Abigail cannot access the page since the admin email is outdated.

On July 31st, [redacted], my account was hacked, leading to the creation of 2 pages with individual ad accounts. One of the accounts seems to have been restricted on August 15th, [redacted], which I discovered after receiving the notification. Despite my efforts to delete the pages on Facebook, they keep reappearing when I visit Facebook Business. I am hesitant to provide details for the review fearing that the hackers might regain control. I simply want to remove their pages. The issue is that it appears I am the owner, yet I am unable to delete the pages due to the account's restriction. If I proceed with the review, will I regain access to the pages? And after deletion, could the hacker be alerted and attempt to undo it?

I received a notification from Facebook stating that I have been banned for three days due to my comment on a video showing a woman abusing a four-month-old child, which was on TV last night. My comment was: "I would have beat the hell out of her the cops would not have stood a chance." It's important to note that this is not a hateful, bullying, or harassment comment. "Would have" is past tense, indicating something that occurred in the past. The misunderstanding by Facebook's automated system is concerning as it inaccurately penalizes me for a statement that is not current or relevant. I believe this action reflects poorly on Facebook, portraying them as the bully. I urge Facebook to review and correct this error as the automated system seems to lack critical thinking. - C.H.

I have been unfairly restricted by Facebook for expressing my views on traitors. The community standards seem to stifle freedom of speech rather than protect the community. I feel targeted as a conservative user and constantly face censorship. The platform seems biased against certain opinions while allowing harmful content to flourish. Despite the suspension, I will not back down from speaking my mind. The double standards on Facebook are clear, and it's disheartening to see real Americans silenced while others spread hateful messages freely. The 30-day ban doesn't deter me; I will continue to stand up for what I believe in.

I apologize to the Facebook security team for my mistake. I inadvertently uploaded inappropriate content to Messenger without realizing it. This video was sent to me via the IMO app and automatically saved to my Gallery. That morning, I was chatting with a friend from university who wanted to see our latest campus photos. Unaware of the video that had been sent to me while I was asleep, I unintentionally included it in the messages. I deeply regret this error and hope for the opportunity to restore my Facebook account. I assure you that I will be more careful in the future. I provided my identity card to confirm ownership of the account and followed the instructions accordingly. However, my account has been blocked since October 11th. Prior to the block, I received an email about an unusual login from Milan, which is nearly [redacted] km away from my location. I clicked the link to secure my account as I did not make that login. I then changed my password, only to find my account blocked due to security concerns upon logging back in. The following day, I attempted to access my account again, only to encounter a page suggesting that I had violated Facebook's policies, which is frustrating since my account was compromised. I have been using this account for years to keep in touch with friends and family in Australia and the UK, including school friends from the 1970s. I go by Dru now, so I don't have identification with Andrew on it. I have relatives in Australia. I created a new account with two-step authorization, but my preference is to unlock my old page and set up two-step authorization on it. I haven't received a clear explanation for why I was locked out. I am confident that my friends and family would recognize if I were hacked, as it has happened before, and they ignored the messages knowing they were not from me. I have been using Facebook for over 13 years without any issues until 19 October when my account was unexpectedly blocked for violating community standards. I disputed the decision as the specific standards breached were not communicated to me. Attached is a screenshot of the notification.

I have been experiencing hacking issues on Facebook, and despite my efforts to identify myself by confirming my comments, Facebook keeps denying access to my account. My page is public, and the comments in question are indeed mine. I have been reporting this to Facebook for months, seeking help to secure my account.
