I have been facing difficulties accessing my Facebook and Instagram accounts for about a week now. I recently changed my password to Gene@[redacted] on Wednesday. However, later that day, my account got hacked, and I am unable to reset the password as the hacker changed it. My account is under Lisa Gene Hall Marlowe, but I lost access to my phone and email passwords last year. In the meantime, I created another Facebook account using my maiden name, Lisa Gene Hall. I recently experienced a hacking issue with my Facebook and Instagram accounts. On the 18th in the afternoon, my accounts were breached, and despite my attempts to resolve it by creating a new account and providing identification and screenshots, I have been unable to regain access to my original accounts. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the device where I was signed in, which is also the only recovery option linked to my account. Despite remembering one old password I've used previously, it seems this password was changed long ago. Consequently, I am unable to regain entry to my account, resulting in the loss of personal connections and related accounts. My intention is solely to regain access to my account to set a new password I can remember securely. The last password change was approximately a year ago, and I have encountered difficulties recovering the account ever since.

I have enabled two-factor authentication, but it keeps identifying my device as new, even though I have been using it for the past 3 years. When I try to log in on my mobile, it asks for a verification code and then a code from the generator, but I cannot access the generator code as I am unable to log into my account to retrieve it. I have been struggling with this issue for the last 4 days and don't want to create a new account. I recently acquired a new device and can no longer access my email or the phone number linked to my account. I attempted to use a friend's profile as a backup, but I couldn't access the information or view the profile pictures to identify my account. I've been locked out of my account since October 21, [redacted], despite submitting my driver's license and receiving a thank you email from Facebook for this. After attempting to follow the recovery links in the email, I was able to turn off two-factor authentication but still faced the same lockout message from October 21. I've resubmitted my ID 4 to 5 times now and can't seem to move past this point.
