I have been unable to access my Facebook account for over 2 weeks. After replacing my broken cell phone, I tried to log in on my new phone with the same number, but it's logging me into an old account from before I was married. The correct account is under [redacted], but it keeps making me use my Gmail account with the wrong picture. I want my active account with the picture of me and my son to work so I can stay in touch with friends and co-workers. Please help me regain access to my recent account. This situation is frustrating, and I don't want to lose access to Facebook as it is essential for me. Contact me through any of the emails provided or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you. Heather E.

I received a fraudulent video through Messenger without any warning. When I tried to view it, I was prompted to log in to Facebook. After logging in, the video wasn't there, and my friend warned me it was a hack. Concerned, I posted a warning to avoid opening any links from me. Deciding to change my Facebook password, I received a verification code via my phone. However, I was then asked for a generation code, which I'm unfamiliar with. Now, I can't access my Facebook account. The hack led to my friends being spammed with the fake video, causing one friend to lose $[redacted] from her bank account. Her debit card was cancelled, but the hackers attempted another $[redacted] withdrawal without success. To resolve this, I need to restore my Facebook access and obtain the necessary generation code.

Last Wednesday, my account was accessed by someone who changed the password and email associated with it. My name is Hunter Healy, and my usual email address is [redacted] I can also confirm ownership of the linked Instagram account, bucketlistbih. The new email on my Facebook account is [redacted], which is unfamiliar to me. I need assistance in reclaiming access to my account. Despite completing the Secure Account steps and submitting my ID, I received an email stating that I need to provide a matching form of ID for verification. The message indicated that access cannot be granted until the required ID is received and verified.

I need to recover access to my original Facebook account under the name Renee Gulledge. I've been unsuccessful in receiving a password reset email, even though I've tried multiple times. In the process, I accidentally created a new account named Renee U. Gulledge without my friends and messages. My mobile number, shared with my boyfriend, is [redacted]. However, when I request a password reset, the reset email goes to a different account under the name Ricky Drake. The old mobile number listed ([redacted]) is outdated, and I can't access it. I want to restore my original account with my picture resembling Ava Gardner in a black dress smoking a cigarette. The account linked to Ricky Drake has a picture of him wearing a ball cap. Kindly assist in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I currently have my Facebook account linked to an AOL email. I updated all my passwords half a year ago, and I usually have everything saved on my phone. Unfortunately, my phone is now broken and I cannot access any of my accounts or passwords. I've attempted to recover my Facebook and Gmail accounts without success, even after changing the backup information recently. I am unable to receive verification codes as I no longer have access to my phone number or email. Despite sending various forms of identification to Facebook, such as my passport, driver's license, birth certificate, and Social Security card, I have not received any response. Both Facebook and Gmail are suggesting I create new accounts, but I am seeking assistance to recover my existing accounts.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account.
Around a month ago, I noticed an unfamiliar friend request notification and began receiving notifications related to the Facebook New York marketplace, despite being in Michigan.
I have attempted the usual methods to recover my account and change my password. When prompted to receive a verification code via email, my name and email address appear correctly, but my profile picture is the default gray silhouette instead of my actual picture.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook, including submitting proof of identity after their initial response requesting verification, I have been unable to recover my account. I am still not receiving the code in the email notifications.
This situation has left me feeling confused and frustrated.
Thank you,
W. Wilson

I have been locked out of my Facebook account with the following message:
"We received your information. If we still find that you're not old enough to be on Facebook, your account will be permanently disabled. This is because your account doesn't follow our Terms of Service. We're always looking out for the security of people on Facebook, so until then you can't use your account."
Every attempt to contact Facebook fails, and I keep getting redirected to a Facebook landing page with this message. I've tried to lodge a review without success. Contacting the Facebook Help Community also fails as it won't let me post.
I suspect that my account has been hacked, possibly leading to identity theft. A friend searched for my profile on Facebook but couldn't find it.
How can I regain access to my account? How do I contact Facebook for assistance with this issue?

I have been receiving daily spam emails from the following email address for a week now: Facebook [redacted] etc. I received the same message each day, claiming someone logged into my Facebook account from an iPhone 11 Pro. Despite reporting the user and changing my password several times, the unknown email address persists. I suspect this is a fraudulent email. Could you confirm if this is a legitimate message from Facebook or advise me on what steps to take? The content of the email I receive daily is as follows: "Dear julie.heyman, A user just logged into your Facebook account from a new device iPhone 11 Pro. We are sending you this email to verify it's really you. Report the user/Yes, me. Thanks, The Facebook Team."

Hello! I need to discuss a matter from a few months ago regarding my promotion on Instagram under the handle @shshirts. Following the end of the promotion, I noticed a charge which led me to believe the promotion had involuntarily renewed, prompting me to cancel the direct debit on PayPal. Consequently, my ability to advertise on Facebook has been restricted, impeding my plans to kickstart a new business. I am willing to promptly settle any outstanding dues if I have inadvertently incurred charges for the promotion. It would be greatly appreciated if my Facebook and Instagram accounts could be reinstated. I have also initiated the review process. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a notification from Facebook stating that my account was suspended for violating Community Standards. I was offered a downloadable file supposed to assist me in resolving the issue, but it was simply a log of my unsuccessful attempts to address the problem. Facebook mentioned a 30-day window to appeal the decision but provided no details on the appeal process or the alleged violation. I feel unjustly accused without the opportunity to defend myself. I request Facebook to reinstate my account and grant me access to my account information.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding certain Instagram accounts engaging in the promotion of sex work and solicitation. The accounts in question are instagram.com/bellota-baby, instagram.com/babychynese, Instagram.com/francisfphoto, and instagram.com/dyroart. These accounts have been actively supporting sex workers through their stories and engaging in shoutouts for them. Accounts like instagram.com/dyroart and instagram.com/francisfphoto have explicit content featuring porn stars, current escorts, and OnlyFans workers from Venezuela and Colombia. Similarly, instagram.com/bellota-baby and instagram.com/babychynese, owned by the same individual, also share sexually suggestive posts. For example, they link to an OnlyFans account offering adult content and escort services. Despite reports to Instagram, these accounts continue to violate the platform's policies. I am reaching out to you because of our previous communication, hoping you can address this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team for action. Instagram should be a safe space for all users, and these accounts promote illegal activities that go against the platform's guidelines. I trust that necessary measures will be taken promptly, and I kindly request updates on the actions taken to maintain a secure environment on Instagram. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received an email around 1:00am CST notifying me of someone logging into my FB account. Subsequently, at 1:27am, I got a security code which I didn't use as I was asleep. Following this, at 1:34am, there was a notification about my password being changed. By 2:48am, I was informed about my primary email getting changed to "[redacted]," which is not mine. I cannot recall if my original email was [redacted] or the more recent [redacted] listed on my FB page now. I'm worried about the security of my personal information and that of my contacts. I request guidance on how to regain access to my account. Thank you.

I was hacked on Facebook, and the hacker changed my email and password. I am unable to access my account despite verifying my identity with Facebook. The workaround provided by Facebook is using the false email address, making it difficult for me to receive codes. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and secure it. Facebook should remove the false email address and allow me to change the password, especially since my identity has been verified. I have been attempting to change my password over the past 48 hours without success, leading Facebook to suspect me of spamming. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I don't check Facebook (FB) often, but I needed to login to view a post. When I tried, I received a message requiring extra verification due to an unusual login. The only option given is to contact three friends for a confirmation code, which I don't want to do. Attempting to find alternative verification methods just loops back to the same message. I'm unsure if this is a legitimate FB page as it looks different from what I remember. I also tried resetting my password but still faced the same confirmation request. This is consuming too much of my time, so I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Ultimately, I may have to give up on using FB if this problem persists. Thank you for your help; I hope to access my account without further complications.

I received an email notifying me of a password change on my account, even though I did not make the change. I attempted to secure my account through the provided links on Facebook, where they offer to send a 6-digit code to an email address or phone number to assist with account recovery. However, the email listed is no longer mine but belongs to the hacker. Despite clicking to receive the code on my phone, I do not receive it, even though Facebook has my number on file. Whenever I try to recover my account and indicate that I don't have access to the email or phone number listed, Facebook still prompts me to provide my email, sends a verification code to the hacker's email, and I am unable to access it. All I want to do is log in and delete my account.

I am Varun Gupta, a Facebook user. Recently, my account was deactivated without any warning, and despite reaching out through email, I have not received any response from Facebook. This lack of communication makes me feel like the company is not concerned about its users. I believe I have the right to know why my account was deactivated, especially since it was an old account with sentimental value. The company's silence on all platforms has left me feeling like something dishonest is happening on a large scale. I hope that my issue will be addressed promptly, and that the company's reputation for caring about its users will extend to me as well, as poor customer service can greatly affect the company's image in the market.

Hello Facebook Team,
My account has been disabled and I cannot access Facebook anymore due to a violation of the Community Standards. I believe there was a mistake as my account is linked to my PUBG account, which has a high level, and my Facebook account did not break any rules. Please reconsider your decision and reactivate my account.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly as my account will be permanently disabled in 30 days. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Thank you, Facebook Team.
