Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been a Facebook user for 2 years. My account was hacked today at 11 a.m. My name is Singh Roshan Sodhi. The contact email associated with my account was [redacted], and my mobile number is [redacted]. When I tried to log in at 4 p.m., I received a message saying, "Your session expired." I changed my password, but the hacker also changed the email associated with the account to something like sonamlama. Fortunately, my mobile number was already set as the primary contact and I had two-step authentication enabled. Despite the hacker changing the number in the security settings, I did not receive the OTP/SMS. The main issue now is that when I try to recover my account using the "find my account" option with my mobile number, I am not receiving the OTP. I am unsure who the hacker is, but they seem to be quite clever. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I am having trouble accessing my account even though I am entering the correct information. My account is registered under the name Nicharrism with the phone number +[redacted]21 and email [redacted] I recently purchased a new phone to try to resolve this issue. I lost access to my old account, Nic Max, which had the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted] due to losing my phone. This morning, my Facebook account was hacked. I received notifications at 4:02 a.m. that my password was changed, followed by a switch of my email address to a Hotmail account at 4:08 a.m. Unfortunately, the hacker also disabled my phone number as a password reset option. Facebook's lack of customer service made it challenging to report the issue. Despite Facebook policies, I created a new account, but my attempts to reset the previous password led to the new account also being locked.
My consulting business relies on my hacked email account, so regaining access is crucial. Additionally, I received an email indicating that a new account was established under the name Ngoc Dep Trai, which was linked to my email address on the "Welcome Email" from Facebook for the new account.

Hello, my name is Kim Heckman. I am using my boyfriend's Facebook account to reach out because my personal account was hacked three days ago. Despite trying to recover it using the "forgot password" and OTP options, the hacker changed my password and added two-step verification. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated email or phone number to regain entry. I have submitted my photo ID three times in an attempt to regain access to my account to no avail. On the morning of Friday, June 25th, I received an email from Facebook (verified) mentioning that I had breached their community guidelines (which I was unaware of) and suggested I log in to request a review if this was a mistake. Upon logging in through the app, I noticed my profile picture was changed to a different language, and I encountered the same notification. I completed the form they provided through the link, using my email [redacted], and submitted my driver's license for identification as requested. However, I couldn't clarify on the form that my profile picture change was not done by me. They notified me that my account was disabled and irreversible after one review, focusing on the content rather than acknowledging the possible hacking of my account. Despite my attempts to email them for clarification, I received no response. Additionally, I am unable to access my Oculus Quest 2 for the same reason. I've lost access to two business pages, particularly Schools Out Entertainment, geared towards school-aged children. In over 20 years on Facebook, I never faced a suspension, directly jumping to having my account disabled without any communication from Facebook. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. I need assistance with my Facebook account, which was blocked a week ago. I was informed by the Facebook community that I violated their standards, although I am unsure of what I did wrong as I always comply with the rules. I recently attempted to log in to my Facebook account and realized that I may not have activated two-factor authentication. Despite this, I tried to set it up. I suspect my account has been compromised as I received a password change notification via email on June 11th from a location far from me. During the verification process, only the first and last letters of the email address are visible, which do not match my actual email. While my phone number remains the same, I am unable to enter the verification codes sent to me; the first code works, but subsequent ones are continually rejected. Despite receiving the correct codes via SMS, I am unable to access my account from any device as the email associated with it has been changed without my authorization. My boss is currently locked out of her Facebook account as it was hacked. Despite changing her password, she is unable to regain access due to the code generator requirement. None of her devices are recognized, and every login attempt prompts for the code. She has provided her Texas State ID, ID, and a medical bill with her home address to no avail. Since most bills are in her husband's name, the medical bill was the best alternative proof. She has resubmitted this information numerous times without success. Is there a way to recover her account without the code generator? I have been assisting her with research, but the available information online seems discouraging. I made a purchase on Saturday from a seller who offers cleaning supplies bundles. We agreed on the price, and I made the payment through Facebook Pay. However, the seller informed me that she only accepts another form of payment after I had already sent the money. She explained that her Facebook store page is not connected to her desired payment method. Even though she delivered the products, she didn't accept the payment, so I had to pay again. On June 30th, at 7:03 am CST, I received an email notifying me that someone had accessed my Facebook account without my authorization using Edge on Windows 10 at 6:58 am CST. Shortly after, at 7:20 am CST, I got another email saying my password was changed at 7:19 am CST from IP address 47.42.[redacted].[redacted] in Lincoln City, Oregon. This location is unfamiliar to me as I have never been there. Subsequently, at 7:23 am CST, I received a third email from The Facebook Security Team informing me that my account was disabled due to not meeting the Community Standards, giving me 30 days to request a review. Attempting to reset my password and request a review has been impossible since my account is disabled. Facebook is crucial for me to keep in touch with family and friends, especially during my pregnancy. I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can share important updates with my loved ones.

I suspect that my Facebook account has been compromised. I am unable to access it as it demands a code from an authentication app or the FB code generator, which I had not set up previously. The individual who gained entry to my account added their email for verifications, and when I request verification codes, it goes to an unfamiliar email address. Even when I ask for codes through text messages to reset my password, I am still prompted for that code. I have sent my ID multiple times, altered my password, conducted extensive research, and am still unable to resolve this login issue. I have been using Facebook for more than ten years and I am anxious about potentially losing all my data (memories, photos) as a result of this account breach. On June 28th, I noticed my Facebook account was accessed without my knowledge on June 29th. When I tried to log in, it indicated the number was not linked to any account and the password had been changed. I was shocked to discover my account name was altered to "f frk white" and the profile picture and status were also changed. Additionally, the linked email and phone number were modified. Despite trying to reach out to Facebook for assistance, I have been unable to recover my account. This is distressing for me as the account is tied to my game ID where I made purchases amounting to 2.7 lacs. I sincerely hope Facebook can assist in recovering my account.

My advertising account was disabled at first, and I resolved it with the help of Facebook Business Support. However, today, my personal account got locked. I suspect it may be linked to setting up my account on a new phone, but I can't be certain. I've submitted my ID, which has been approved.
