I am facing difficulties with accessing my Facebook accounts. I have two email addresses and multiple FB accounts under different names - Kimberly Lacroix and Kimberly Peters Lacroix. My son's name is Christopher Peters. My phone number is [redacted]. After a recent phone reset, when I tried to log back into FB, the verification code they sent didn't work, and then I got blocked for "misusing" the feature. Trying my second email led to another issue where I ended up on my son's account. Please assist in resolving these account problems promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Murray Starling. I recently noticed that there is a picture of someone I don't recognize on my old account, although most of the other photos are of me which I uploaded myself. I have tried my best to report this issue, but technology is not my strong suit. Additionally, one of my Facebook friends was removed from my list, possibly due to a system update while I was messaging her on my older tablet, which has since been merged with my new one. I'm okay with the merge, but I'm upset about losing my connection with my friend and facing some issues on websites like Superheroine which I can only access on my phone now, not on either of my tablets. I can still see my friend's posts, but I'm unable to interact with them by liking or commenting. I'll sign off for now. I recently got a new phone and encountered an issue trying to recover my Facebook account after multiple failed login attempts. I managed to obtain the codes sent to my friends for verification, updated my email address, and clicked on the link provided post entering the codes. However, despite attempting to re-send the email containing the recovery link multiple times, I never received it. I waited for a week but no email came through, so I filled out a form on Facebook's support forum for assistance. Unfortunately, despite submitting the form months ago, I have not received any response from Facebook's support team. My Facebook page, Abigail Pike Consultant, is linked to my Instagram page @abigailpikeconsultant, but it incorrectly has my current work's payment details from Pro AV Ltd associated with it. I have updated the payment method on my Facebook business page to my PayPal account, but when I try to link it in the Instagram app, it still connects to the work direct debit account. I'm seeking assistance to rectify this issue.

While creating ads, I received a message prompting me to log back in due to inactivity. I couldn't log in because I needed to verify my identity with a photo, which I promptly submitted. In a rush to adhere to our business plan, I created a new account and had my cousin grant me access to the ad account via the business manager. Subsequently, my account was flagged for suspicious activity and disabled. Although my original account was seemingly approved later, I encountered issues editing ads as it stated only active accounts could do so. Despite attempts to reactivate my account through verification from my backup account, the process was unsuccessful. It seems things have become quite chaotic, and I require urgent assistance as my business operations are at stake.

Last December, I was contacted by the Swedish police regarding an account linked to Peter Zeattmann. They suspect I may have committed a crime through this account. I believe someone else may have created multiple accounts using this name. I want to clarify if I have violated any rules or committed a crime unknowingly. My account was hacked, but I want to ensure I have not broken any of your policies.

I am reaching out to inform you that my estranged husband has been utilizing Facebook for over three years to verbally abuse my children and me, which violates a court-ordered barring order. I have sought legal intervention multiple times, but he persistently disregards the orders to remove defamatory content. He has created pages solely for tarnishing my family's reputation and frequently slanders us on his personal account. This ongoing behavior has adversely affected the mental and physical well-being of my children and myself. I implore you to take action by shutting down his account, including any associated accounts under names such as Andrew O Driscoll and Andy O Driscoll, to prevent his bullying tactics. The false information he spreads causes distress in our small community and puts us at risk of further harassment. As per the data protection act, I believe it is your responsibility to prevent such online abuse. I can provide numerous screenshots of his harmful posts and threats via email if you specify an address. It is crucial to stop him from escalating the harm he inflicts on us, as we are enduring significant distress.

On August 12, [redacted], at around 11:00 PM, I received a message on Facebook from a person I can't recall adding as a friend, mentioning a grant opportunity. Another individual, Terry Junior Scott, was introduced as the contact for the grant. After filling out a form and receiving confirmation numbers from Terry, I unfortunately fell victim to a hacking incident. Terry altered my account details, making it impossible for me to regain access. Despite multiple attempts, my wife and I were unable to recover the account. Facebook suggested a cyber technician for a fee, which I couldn't afford. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this situation and reclaiming my account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account, as it appears to be temporarily locked. Upon trying to recover it and changing my password, a message is displayed, informing me about suspicious activity detected on the account. The notification explains that the temporary lock is a security measure due to potential compromise from a phishing attack. I have been unable to access the account for three days now. Thank you.

I have an old Facebook account dating back to when I was 11. It contains embarrassing content that I want to delete. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email associated with the account as I used multiple emails when I was younger and have since deleted them. I remember the password but not the fake date of birth I used. The account was hacked and liked strange Russian groups. It has one unknown friend, and the content is linked to an old Twitter account I can no longer access, though it should be deleted by Twitter's cleaning algorithm. I am eager to have this content removed. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account due to an incorrect password. After changing it, I was logged out of all devices and unable to access my account even with the updated password. I've tried to use the recovery process with 3 friends' help, but it keeps saying, "You are trying too often. Please try again later." I provided a new phone number as I no longer have access to my old email and phone. Although I received a security code from Facebook, I am unable to input it as the system only indicates that the password was changed without prompting me for the code. The recovery steps keep resulting in the message, "You are trying too often. Please try again later."

My account has been disabled for payments. I am unable to enter a payment method. I was informed about suspicious activity, but now I am told it's resolved and to add a new payment method. However, I continue to receive an error message. I've contacted FB multiple times, provided necessary information like my Driver's License, and explained the issue, but I still can't update my payment method. I simply want the old payment method removed and the ability to add a new one to my account.

Hello, I am Nick Phillip Bratcher-Bouyer and have been struggling to recover my hacked account, Nick Bratcher-Bouyer (Young Aladdin), along with the associated email [redacted] It's been two years since I last logged in, using the password DNO34oIq315963. I also have another Facebook page named Aladdin Rassemblement Des Gens. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account, [redacted]-XXX-[redacted]. I'm finding it challenging to remember details from that time, but would like to provide photo ID for verification. I have important photos and old contacts I wish to retrieve. It was initially opened under the name of African-Caribbean Sports Forum Northern Ireland (ASFNI), but the name was changed suddenly to Asfni-sport Asfni without the knowledge of most of our trustees. This has caused confusion among our members and trustees. My business page, Furever Rescue, has been hacked. I possess documentation verifying that the non-profit Furever Rescue belongs to me, as I am the president and co-founder, supported by legal paperwork from the Secretary of State of Illinois. My admin status was wrongfully demoted by my previous business partner, who then transferred ownership of the page to an unknown individual. I am the rightful owner of the page but currently have no access to it. Furever Rescue's mission involves rescuing homeless animals, working with at-risk youth in Chicago, and launching a program to introduce service dogs into inner-city schools. I have exhausted all options to regain access to my account, including using trusted contacts and attempting various passwords. During the recovery process, a verification code was sent to my old email address linked to my Facebook account, which I no longer have access to. I successfully updated my email address and password with the help of trusted contacts but am unable to log in as I am prompted to verify my email with a code that was sent without a link. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my original Facebook account as I prefer not to create a new one. I urge you to establish more effective ways for people to reach out to you. Every attempt we've made to address this matter has failed due to your lack of accessibility. On Sunday, August 12, Travis K. posted a distressing message on Facebook before taking his life. Despite numerous reports, you've only added a warning label to his post, leaving his family's pain exposed to the public eye. The insensitivity and poor customer service displayed by your company is deeply troubling. Considering the ongoing legal troubles you face for similar inappropriate content on your platform, failure to remove this post within 24 hours will prompt me to escalate this issue to the relevant authorities.

Yesterday, I discovered that my Messenger account has been hacked. Someone shared pictures of a conversation from Messenger with my military boss. By 1:00 PM, I found out I couldn't access my account even with the correct password. Then, at 3:22 PM, I received an email from [redacted] stating that my account is set to be deleted in two weeks (expires on August 28th). Can you please assist me in recovering my account? I am hopeful we can identify the hacker who misused my Messenger account in such a harmful manner. It's strange that I didn't receive a notification email from Facebook this time, unlike in the past when there were attempts to hack my account. Thank you for your help in advance.

Recently, Facebook started asking for a 6-digit code that requires a code generator, but I can't find the option to generate the code. The platform suggests getting the code through my phone, yet I haven't updated my phone number. I'm unable to use fancy cell phones for apps. I've emailed twice asking for the code to be sent to my Gmail and also sent a photo of my driver's license. I urgently need to access Messenger to contact people but I'm stuck. I have two Facebook accounts under different email addresses. Despite reporting the issue multiple times without any response, I found out today that Facebook doesn't provide user support. In June [redacted], I couldn't access my original account due to a forgotten password, and later discovered it was linked to my old work email at Sprint. I created a new account with a different email. I'd like to either merge the two accounts, retain my original one as it contains a group for my High School reunion, or delete both and start afresh.
