This morning, someone altered my account by changing the password, email, and adding two-factor authentication. I followed the steps to reset the password, included an email address ([redacted]), and uploaded a picture of my driver's license. Even after changing the password, I can't access my account due to the request for a 6-digit login code. I didn't set up this authentication and don't have the code. My Facebook account was hacked and appears to have been deactivated. The associated email has numbers which I do not use. I can be found by my phone number, but the hacked account has no content. I believe my password was changed while I was asleep with proof in attached emails showing activity in San Francisco while I was in Washington visiting my parents. Despite trying to contact Facebook with a friend's account and sending my ID, access remains denied. A friend noticed my account seems to be entirely wiped out. This feels like a targeted attack rather than spam. I urgently seek assistance to regain access to my account and at least retrieve my lost pictures. Thank you for your help.

I'm reaching out because my Facebook account has been hacked and seems to have been deactivated. The email associated with it contains numbers, which is not how I set it up. The profile under the name Schmarr Mostapha has been emptied, with no photos, history, or friends. I need help recovering my account.
On May 14th at 11:58pm, someone changed my password using a reset code while I was asleep. Then on May 15th at 2:58pm, the password was changed in or near San Francisco, a location I couldn't have been as I was in Washington state visiting my parents. Despite my attempts through a friend's account, I can't reach anyone for help. Whenever I try to send a photo ID, I receive a message requesting a matching form of ID.
A friend informed me of the complete deletion of my account. Any messages I sent are erased, indicating a deliberate attack. I'm aware hackers usually target payment details, not delete accounts. I'm unable to upload my ID successfully.
I urgently seek help to restore my access to Facebook and at the very least, recover my photos from the account.

Yesterday, on May 18, [redacted], around 3 or 4 pm, my Facebook account was hacked by someone in Chicago, IL, using an iPhone XS. They changed my email, phone number, passwords, and even set up a two-factor code, locking me out of my long-term account (Ebony Powell). This hacker also added their own two-factor authentication without my knowledge, which I discovered when I received a message on my phone. As I was trying to reset my password, I was kicked out of my account due to an unauthorized two-factor code. Despite reaching out to friends and family for help, they too have been blocked by the hacker. I urgently need access to my account as it contains personal information and photos. The hacker keeps changing the email, phone number, and password associated with the account. I feel helpless as I am unable to reach out for assistance. I need help reporting a scam on Facebook. I bought a harness and leash from a company called True Harness. They only have an email, no phone number. They claimed to have sent the items, but the post office never received them as there was no label. The company insists they sent it and even sent a replacement when I didn't receive the first package. The delivery service says they need a label from the company. How can I resolve this and get my money back since the company refuses to refund me or provide the products?

I have been unfairly banned twice from my account, Jake Maute, for 30 days each time. Following the second ban, I was told my account is under review, but I haven't been provided with specific posts that violated community standards. Facebook seems to be searching extensively to find reasons to ban me. My page is private, with only friends who choose to see its content. Last Saturday night, before midnight, my account was hacked. I call it hacked because someone changed the email and phone number linked to my account. When I tried to recover it, I couldn't because it had been altered to a hotmail address. Please help me recover my genuine Facebook account; it's crucial to me. I've done everything to regain access but unfortunately, some individuals have scammed me. After I paid them, they blocked me. I'm extremely stressed as I really need my original account back. I have blocked multiple accounts on my video page, yet they keep appearing on my Facebook watch. I am frustrated that there is no foolproof way to avoid videos I do not wish to see. When trying to block a user, I encounter difficulty in completing the action, perpetuating the issue of unwanted videos showing up repeatedly. It is incredibly frustrating to block a video only for the same one, under a different name, to resurface. I expect better control over my video feed and urge Facebook to address this issue promptly. Communication with Facebook support for resolving long-standing issues like this should be more accessible. I have spent two years attempting to rectify this problem to no avail. I am disappointed and eager for a resolution.

I lost my phone about two months ago, and both Facebook and Messenger were working fine at the time. I had strong security measures in place to prevent hacking, including a two-way verification code. Upon further investigation on the Facebook website, I discovered a different account named Parvej Kha, with a changed profile picture. Subsequent login attempts were unsuccessful, and I could not find the Parvej Kha account either. I am struggling to regain access to my Facebook account after being hacked. Despite changing my password and trying to follow the steps to secure my account, I am prompted to enter a code from a generator which I can't access as the hacker logged me out from all devices. Even when attempting to verify my identity with a picture of my ID, I faced issues as Facebook claimed it didn't match my profile, despite being the person in the picture. The same challenge persists with Messenger. I am considering taking a break from Facebook due to these ongoing difficulties. My account appears to be empty when checked by a friend, and I am uncertain if my attempts to report the hacking incident have been successful.

Today, on May 21, [redacted], around 4:30 PM, I received a friend request from an account named Jyoti Gupta. She obtained my WhatsApp number and coerced me into engaging in a video chat with her. Following the chat, she recorded the video and is now threatening to distribute it to all my Facebook contacts. I have already paid her Rs. [redacted], but she is demanding more money. She has captured screenshots of all my friends, making it impossible for me to deactivate my account without risking her sharing the video. She has deleted her own account and could potentially use a fake one to distribute the videos, leaving me powerless against her threats.
